본 논문은 수동 코드 분류 규칙과 예제기반의 자동 학습을 이용하는 한국어 표준 산업/직업 코드 자동분류 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 산업과 직업에 대하여 설명하는 자연어를 입력받아 해당 산업/직업 분류 코드를 생성하는 시스템으로 수작업으로 구축된 규칙을 적용한 후 규칙이 적용되지 않는 레코드는 예제 기반의 학습을 이용한 자동 분류 시스템에 의해서 해당 코드를 할당한다.

Coding of occupational and industrial codes is a major operation in census survey of Korean statistics bureau. The coding process has been done manually. Such manual work is very labor and cost intensive and it usually causes inconsistent results. This paper proposes an automatic coding system based on example-based learning. The system converts natural language input into corresponding numeric codes using code generation system trained by example-based teaming after applying manually built rules. As experimental results performed with training data consisted of 400,000 records and 260 manual rules, the proposed system showed about 76.69% and 99.68% accuracy for occupational code classification and industrial code classification, respectively.

This study provides the underlying data on the inclusion of medical technologists in the category of medical personnel. Medical personnel are defined in the Medical Service Act as physicians, dentists, oriental medicine doctors, midwives, and nurses. In the act, medical technologists shall be classified into clinical laboratory technologists (clinical pathology technologists in the Korean language), radiological technologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dental technologists, and dental hygienists. Although South Korea's medical personnel do not include medical technologists, Japan and Taiwan define them as medical personnel. Various standard occupational classification such as International Standard Classification of Occupations 2008, Korean Standard Classification of Occupations 2017, Japan Standard Occupational Classification 2009, Taiwan Standard Occupational Classification 2010, and USA Standard Occupational Classification 2018 were compared. The education system for medical health technologists was explained to include 4-year university and 3-year junior college programs. The roles of medical technologists in medical practice, therapy, and medical assistance were outlined. These basic materials incorporate the need for discussions about the meaning of including medical technologists in the type of medical personnel. These discussions will contribute to the legalization of medical technologists' professionality with regard to their inclusion in the type of medical personnel.

본 연구과제는 건설업체의 현재 문제점은 각 업체별로 상이한 분류 및 식별코드체계를 사용, 품목표기방식, 속성 포맷의 불일치, 용어와 단위의 불일치, 현 업계에서 사용하는 코드 분류체계는 호환이 되지 않고 국제적으로 사용할 수 없는 부적합한 실정이다. 따라 기존의 통합정보시스템과 별개로 관리 운영이 이원화되어 오던 각종 건설정보를 건설CALS/EC 핵심기술을 적용하며 건설표준 ERP 템플릿시스템을 개발 할 목적으로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설표준 ERP 템플릿시스템과 건설통합분류체계의 표준코드의 연계로 건설CALS/EC 핵심기술이 적용된 건설표준ERP(통합DB)를 구축과 건설공사의 물량산출 데이터의 체계화된 물량예측과 물량공정의 통합화와 설계정보, 시공정보 및 관리유지정보의 연계하여 그리고 현장관리 및 원가관리정보의 통신망접속으로 건설통합정보를 제공한다.

Needs on ensuring compatibility and conformity of equipments that are used in logistics functions - such as packaging, transporting, loading/unloading and storing - are raised. This article presents a classification scheme for analyzing the interfacing characteristics of logistics equipments focusing on standardized pallets of unit load system. International and domestic classification systems are reviewed and analyzed; as a result several problems are issued. Methods to resolve the problems, to specify the attributes of logistics equipments and to represent the semantics among them using semantic web technology are proposed. This study could make it possible to examine the conformities of interfacing equipments automatically.

본 논문은 통계청에서 실시하는 인구주택 총조사로부터 획득된 각 개인의 직업 및 직종을 기술하고 있는 자연어를 입력받아 입력된 자연어가 의미하는 한국 표준 산업/구업 분류 코드의 후보들을 생성하는 산업/직업 코드 분류 도구를 제안한다. 코드 분류는 분류할 코드를 문서 범주로 간주하면 문서 분류와 동일한 문제로 생각할 수 있다. 하지만 본 산업/직업 코드 분류 문제는 입력되는 자연어의 길이가 한 두 문장 정도로 매우 짧아 문서 분류에 사용될 자질들이 개수가 주어 기존의 문서 분류 기법을 적용하기 어렵다. 이에 본 논문은 표준 코드를 기술하고 있는 내용을 미리 색인하고 입력된 자연어로부터 질의어를 생성하여 벡터공간모델로 질의어를 검색후 질의어와 일치율이 가장 높은 코드들을 분류될 후보 코드로 계시하는 정보검색 기법을 이용한 산업/직업 코드 분류 도구를 개발하였다.

With the rapid distribution and active usage of the Internet, information search and retrieval through Internet has become a primary form of information access. This ubiquity of information access through Internet means the increased significance of search performance offered by Internet portals, since the optimization of search performance by portal has strong implication for the effective access of information through Internet in general. In this context, this paper investigates the classification scheme used in the directory service of internet portals, which provides selected and organized access to Internet information. First, the author analyzes the deployment of directory classification of standard subdivision topics used in traditional library classification system, with emphasis on the table composed of the form and approach, which are applicable to diverse subject areas. Then, based on this analysis, he proposed a method of applying certain subdivisions of the standard subdivision to directory service of Internet portals.

소프트웨어 제품의 품질을 보증하는 일은 매우 중요하며, 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126은 소프트웨어 품질 및 특성 및 측정 메트릭 표준을 제공하고 있다. 이때 ISO/IEC 9126에서는 소프트웨어를 프로그램, 절차, 규칙 및 관련문서로 한정하고 있기 때문에 데이터의 품질에는 적용할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 품질 평가 및 제어를 위하여 데이터 오류 형태를 분류하고, 이를 기반으로 데이트 품질 특성 및 부특성을 분류한다. 데이터 품질 특성 분류는 ISO/IEC 9126에 정의한 소프트웨어 품질 특성을 데이터 오류 형태에 대응시켜 추출한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 데이트 품질특성 분류는 지식 공학(knowledge engineering)시스템이 최종 사용자에게 제공하는 데이터나 지식의 품질 측정 및 제어에 기준이 된다.

본 논문에서는 한.영 기계번역을 위한 한국어 품사 분류를 한다. 한국어 표준문법에서 제시되는 품사 분류 기준은 의미, 기능, 형식의 세 가지 기준을 적용하고 있으며, 자연언어처리에서도 같은 분류 기준을 바탕으로 하고 있다. 품사 분류에 여러 가지 기준을 적용하는 것은 문법구조 이해 및 품사 분류를 어렵게 한다. 또한 한.영 기계번역시 품사의 불일치로 전처리가 필요하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 하나의 기준을 적용하여 품사 분류를 한다. 방법으로 한국어 표준문법에 의하여 말뭉치에 태깅하고 문제점을 찾아내며, 새로운 기준에 의하여 품사 분류를 한다. 본 논문에서 분류된 품사는 한국어 문장에서 통사적 역할이 동일하고, 영에서의 사전 품사와 동일하다. 또한 품사 분류의 모호성을 제거하고, 한국어의 문장 구조를 명확히 표현하며, 한.영 기계번역시 패턴 매칭에 의한 목적언어 생성이 가능하다.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, data plays a vital role in enhancing the productivity of industries. To advance digitalization in the construction industry, which suffers from a lack of available data, this study proposes a model that classifies construction site photos by work types. Unlike traditional image classification models that solely rely on visual data, the model in this study includes semantic analysis of construction work types. This is achieved by extracting the significance of relationships between objects and work types from the standard construction specification. These relationships are then used to enhance the classification process by correlating them with objects detected in photos. This model improves the interpretability and reliability of classification results, offering convenience to field operators in photo categorization tasks. Additionally, the model's practical utility has been validated through integration into a classification program. As a result, this study is expected to contribute to the digitalization of the construction industry.
