In order to develop the standard service model of Korea Coast Guard at fishing port, which responses to the demand of users and provides them with the high quality service of maritime administration, the services performed by a branch of KCG are analyzed and the level of familiarity with them are investigated. The degree of affair achievement is quantitatively standardized by assessing the workload of branch office. The standard model of affairs is formatted and the programs of organization, resource operation and education are proposed.

음장의 공간적 변환(Spatial Transformation of Sound Field; STSF)기법의 주요 원리를 간단히 소개한 뒤, STSF에서 Reference 신호의 사용을 보다 상세히 취급하고자 한다. Reference의 보통의 형태(표준 Reference)는 음장 모델에 포함될 전체음장의 일부분, 즉 이 Reference의 연관이 있어 포함될 부분을 결정한다. 결국 한 개 의 표준 Reference는 항상 적용되어져야 한다. 2번째 Reference의 형태(삭제용 Reference)는 모델로부터 원치 않는 무관한 음장성분을 제거하는데 적용된다. 이 Reference와 밀접한 음장 부분이 모델로부터 제거될 것이고, 그렇지 않는 경우는 포함된다. 실제 예에서는 삭제용 Reference가 암소음의 억제와, 음원의 어떤 독립 적인 성분의 억제를 위해 어떻게 적용되는가를 보인다.

해상교통관제사의 역량기반 교육훈련의 실시를 위해 개인의 역량을 파악하고 조직이 요구하는 수준에 대하여 개인에게 필요한 맞춤형 교육을 실시하는 것은 해상교통안전을 증진시키고 조직 내 전략적 인적자원관리를 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 신임 해상교통관제사의 역량기반 교육훈련 과정 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Conpetency Standards)과 IALA 권고서 V-103/1에서 제시된 해상교통관제사의 직무역량을 통합하여 하나의 역량모델로 구성하고자 하였다.

REST(Representational State Transfer)는 분산 컴퓨팅 플랫폼 모델이며, 세계에서 가장 큰 분산 응용인 Web에서 사용하고 있는 웹 구조 스타일 모델이다. 현재 웹의 기본 요소는 URI, HTTP, XML(HTML) 이며, REST는 이러한 인터넷 표준만을 사용한다. REST 에서 리소스의 식별은 URI로, 상태는 상태가 표현된 문서(리소스)로써 HTTP를 통해 전달된다. 리소스의 내용은 XML로 기술하며, 리소스 탐색 및 참조에는 HTTP의 표준 메서드인 GET, PUT, POST, DELETE 등만을 이용하는 것으로 분산 컴퓨팅을 모델링하고 있다. 따라서 서비스마다 다양한 메서드를 기억하여야 하는 SOAP 기반 웹 서비스에 비해 REST 모델의 분산 컴퓨팅 응용은 확장성 및 웹 친화성 측면에 있어서 매우 유리함을 알 수 있다.

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, data plays a vital role in enhancing the productivity of industries. To advance digitalization in the construction industry, which suffers from a lack of available data, this study proposes a model that classifies construction site photos by work types. Unlike traditional image classification models that solely rely on visual data, the model in this study includes semantic analysis of construction work types. This is achieved by extracting the significance of relationships between objects and work types from the standard construction specification. These relationships are then used to enhance the classification process by correlating them with objects detected in photos. This model improves the interpretability and reliability of classification results, offering convenience to field operators in photo categorization tasks. Additionally, the model's practical utility has been validated through integration into a classification program. As a result, this study is expected to contribute to the digitalization of the construction industry.

Because VPN(Virtual Private Network) uses internet network, the security technique should support it and evaluation technique based on standard should support it. Therefore the method should be organized that can evaluate the security of VPN based on the related standard. In this study, we intended to construct the security evaluation model through combining CC(Common Criteria) which is a evaluation standard and a part of security(Confidentiality, Integrity, Non-repudiation, Accountability, Authenticity) evaluation of ISO which is the standard of software quality evaluation. For this, we analyzed the quality requirements about intra-technology and security of VPN and constructed the evaluation model related to the quality characteristics of two international standard. Through this, we are able to construct a convergence model for security evaluation of VPN. Through accumulating the evaluation practices for VPN in the future, the suitability and validity of the evaluation model must be improved.

This paper is to study and implement 3D Virtual Face Aesthetic Surgery System which provides more satisfaction by comparing the before-and-after plastic face surgery using 3D face model. For this study, we implemented 3D Face Model Generating System which resembles 2D image of the user based on 3D Korean standard face model and user's 2D pictures. The proposed 3D Virtual Face Aesthetic Surgery System in this paper consists of 3D Face Model Generating System, 3D Skin Texture Mapping System, and Detailed Adjustment System for reflecting the detailed description of face. The proposed system provides more satisfaction to the medical uses and stability in the surgery in compare with other existing systems.

In Ubiquitous Information society, real shape of spatial information and accurate position information are required. Spatial information standardization is needed to service for the people. International standard was defined to ensure compatibilities of various standards, technologies, and terminologies and to promote mutual trade certain criteria and standard forms were established through international agreement. International standard is made by International Organization for Standardization, and International Standard Organization Technical Committee 211 manages the geographic information field. ISO TC 211 is working on LADM (Land Administration Domain Model) which defines administration law and spatial surveying component related to land and efficiently manages data and land systems of the countries. This study introduced processing of standardization of a surveying package which is related with LADM and comparing it with Korea Cadastral information system.

환경 민감 지도는 해양 유출유 사고 시 효율적이고 신속한 방제 업무를 위한 유용한 정보이다. 그러나 해상교통 및 안전 분야 종사자는 전통적으로 해도 및 전자해도 사용에 익숙하여 현 환경민감지도의 색상 및 심볼의 낮은 친숙도가 지적된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자해도의 제작 표준에 해당하는 수로데이터 표준모델에 따라 환경민감지도 데이터를 제작하고 전자해도 표현방법에 따라 표시 하였다. 세부 연구 내용으로 환경민감정보에 대한 객체와 속성, 표현 심볼 및 색상에 대해 정의하고, 기존 환경민감정보를 내부 전자해도 포맷으로 변환하였다. 다음으로 내부 전자해도 데이터를 전자해도 표현방법에 따라 전자해도 레이어에 중첩시켜 그 결과를 확인 하였다.

항해사가 타선과의 충돌위험 인지 및 피항을 위한 Radar/ARPA 교육훈련은 오래전부터 STCW협약에 의하여 각 해양계열 및 수산계열 교육기관에서 실시되는 교과목명, 교육시간, 교육내용이 상이한 것으로 조사되었다. 하지만 각 교육기관에서 발행한 이 교육훈련과 관련한 증서는 동일한 효력을 가지고 있다. 이에 Radar/ARPA 교육훈련 내용의 세부사항이 표준화될 필요가 있으며, 최저 평가에 대한 표준도 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 Radar/ARPA 교육환경 개선 및 시나리오 개발, 실습노트, 평가 툴(Tool)에 대하여 개선하고자 하여 이들을 개발 제안하여 이 교육훈련의 효율적인 교육방안을 위한 기본적인 표준모델을 개발하고자 한다.
