  • 1. 서론 : Nanofiltration(NF)은 분자량이 200-1000인 유기물과 음이온 및 다가 이온등을 일가 이온으로부터 선택적으로 분리함으로써 유기물의 농축과 이온의 선택적인 분리를 동시에 행할 수 있는 분리 공정이며, 순수의 제조, 과일과 야채주스의 농축, 저알콜 맥주와 와인의 제조, 낙농 산업에서 유제품의 농축, 섬유공업에서 염료와 이온의 분리 및 제지공업의 폐수 처리 등에 응용되고 있다. NF용 막재료로는 셀룰로오스 계열의 고분자나 폴리아미드, 폴리술폰, PAN등이 연구되어 왔으며 최근에는 친수성이 좋고 가교를 하지 않고도 이온 결합에 의하여 강도를 유지할 수 있다는 아이오노머의 성질을 이용하여 아이오너마를 Nanofiltration용 막재료로 이용하려는 연구가 이루어지고 있다.[1-3] 그러나 아이오노머의 미세구조와 유기물의 분리특성간의 관계에 관한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분리막의 성형성을 향상시키고자 알킬메타크릴레이트가 도입된 아이오너머를 합성하고 알킬기의 길이나 이온의 함량 등 고분자의 구조에 따른 아이오노머막의 분리특성을 연구하여 아이오노머막의 NF용막으로서의 응용가능성을 살펴보았다.

A Study on Static Electricity and Optical Retardation with Different Rubbing Fabric films (폴리이미드 및 폴리아미드막에 있어서 종류가 다른 러빙재질의 러빙에 의한 정전기 및 광학리타데이션의 평가)

  • We have studied the static electricity and optical retardation generated by rubbing the surfaces of polyimide (PI) and polyamide (PA) films. The static electricity increases with the rubbing strength (RS) and varies with the different PI films. We also investigated how the differences in the rubbing fabric affects the magnitude of the induced static electricity; the order of this effect is nylon > rayon > cotton. The induced static electricity is not only directly related to the values of the specific resistivity of the rubbed PI films, but also the RS and the ability of the rubbing fabric to generate and add a static electric charge. The order of the optical retardation produced by the rubbing fabraic on rubbed PI films is nylon > rayon > cotton, coinciding with the order of the generated static electricity.

  • 1, 3-Di(dodecanoyl)-2, 7-dioxy-6, 8-di(2-hydroxyethyl)-1, 3, 6, 8-tetraazacyclodecane(DDDT) and pentaerythritol monostearate(PMS) were synthesized as a main component for softner. O/W type softner(DPSA) was prepared by blending DDDT and PMS with polyoxyethylene(10) castor oil, polyoxyethylene(20) oleyl ether, and polyoxyethylene(10) monolaurate. After treatment of DPSA to all cotton fabrics, the physical properties such as tear strength, crease recovery, and flexing abrasion resistance were measured. As a result of the measurement, DPSA was proved to be durable softner with good softness.

  • In this study, we describe comparison of insulation characteristics of polyamid papers with heating conditions. The partial discharge behavior until breakdown and breakdown strength for thermal degradation films are observed in $SF_6$ gas chamber. The four layered NOMEX films of thickness of 50${\mu}m$ were used as solid insulation films and the sphere of which diameter is 40mm to sphere electrode system was used and each insulation films were inserted between sphere electrodes. The used gas pressure was 1.0bar and used temperature was each of 250$^{\circ}C$, 270$^{\circ}C$, 300$^{\circ}C$, 320$^{\circ}C$, 350$^{\circ}C$ and the voltage were applied until breakdown films.

  • Polystyrene-polyimide core-shell microsphere was prepared by dispersion polymerization using poly(amic acid) as the stabilizer. Iron oxide was formed at the microsphere by thermal decomposition of iron pentacarbonyl impregnated in the microsphere. The magnetic polystyrene-polyimide microsphere was monodisperse and the size was about 500 nm. The magnetic polystyrene-polyimide microsphere had 40% of iron oxide, which was identified as $Fe_3O_4$ by X-ray diffraction.

  • 최근들어 많은 연구자들에 의해서 고분자 재료를 이용하여 약물의 방출속도를 조절하며 이를 통해서 장기간에 걸쳐 치료 유효농도이상의 혈중농도를 유지 함으로써 치료효과를 극대화 하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 고분자 재료를 이용한 macromolecular drug의 방출조절에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. Macromolercular drug은 인슐린, 알부민등의 단밸질과 유로키나제등의 효소와 같이 약효는 매우 높으나 적절한 투여 수단이 발견되지 않아 투여가 매우 번거로운 단점을 가지고 있다. 이와같은 macromolecular drug의 대부분은 구강을 통해서 투여하는 것은 거의 불가능하며 체내 반감기도 매우 짧아서 절절한 투여방법의 개선이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구실에서는 macromolecular drug의 투여방법을 개선하고자 다공성 고분자막을 이용하였으며 생체 환경의 변화에 대해서 투과속도가 변화하는 자극감응성 고분자 막을 개발하고저 기질로 사용한 고분자 막의 표면에 기능성 모노머를 그라프트 반응을 통해서 도입하고 이의 이용 가능성을 확인하였다.

Flexural Behavior of Fiber-Reinforced Concrete by Fiber Types (보강섬유의 종류에 따른 섬유보강 콘크리트의 휨특성)

  • In this study, the flexural behavior of fiber-reinforced concrete by fiber type were evaluated. As a result, the flexural strength of the hooked steel fiber-reinforced concrete(HSFRC) was lower than that of the amorphous metallic fiber reinforced concrete(AFRC), however it was shown strain-softening behavior by the pull-out of fiber. The flexural strength and the equivalent flexural strength of polyamide fiber-reinforced concrete(PAFRC) were lower than other specimens, but the equivalent flexural strength ratio was similar to that of AFRC. The flexural behavior of the fiber-reinforced concrete was associated with the bonding and pull-out properties of the fiber and matrix depending on the fiber type.

Study of Surface Properties on Fouling Resistance of Reverse Osmosis Membranes (역삼투 분리막 표면 특성의 내오염성 상관 관계 연구)

  • The primary objective of this study is to elucidate the contribution of the electrostatic and molecula structural properties of an active layer of the thin film compsite (TFC) membranes to fouling tendency. The studies of surface morphology and surface charge were very effective in understanding fouling behaviors of the reverse osmosis (RO) membranes which were the thin film composite type of ployamide. Results of microscopic morphology analyzed by atomic force microscopy (AFM) and surface charge analyzed by electrokinetic analyzer (EKA) showed important factors affecting the fouling of RO membranes. The active layer of the composite membrane possessing realtively neutral streaming charge and less roughness provided a RO membrane with slowly decreasing flux.

Dyeing Properties of Protein and Polyamide Fabrics with Arrowroot Extract (칡뿌리를 이용한 단백질 및 폴리아미드 섬유의 염색성)

  • In this article, arrowroot is extracted in distilled water, and its dyeing properties on wool, nylon, and silk were investigated. Also the effect of mordanting (Al, Cu, Sn, Fe and Cr compounds) on the wash fastness are measured. The wavelength of maximum absorption of the arrowroot extract appears at 250 and 300nm below pH 7, but they shifted to longer wavelength at higher pH values. It appears that the optimum condition of the dyeing of wool, nylon, and silk fabric with arrowroot extract is $60^\circ{C}$, 60 min, and pH 4.0. Mordant treatments are effective in improving wash fastness of polyamide fabrics.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the rear energy transfer amount and time delay capability of the protection panel that has been impated by a projectile and the protection panel reinforced the foam polypropylene on the rear of the fiber reinforced cement itious composites, and compared and analyzed the load resistance capacity, energy dissipation capacity, and impact delay capacity when dynamic extreme load were applied to the specimen.
