중국조혈모세포은행(CMDP)은 1992년 창립 이후 중국 홍십자회의 관리 하에 운영되어지고 있으며 기증희망자들의 모집, HLA(조직적합성항원형) 데이터입력, 예비검색, 이식등의 일을하고있다. 전문병원과 HLA검사연구실의 전문가들로 구성되어진 위원회는 중국조혈모세포은행의 발전에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 중국조혈모세포은행의 예산은 주로 국영자선복권의 기금과 사회적인 도움으로 이뤄진다. 중국조혈모세포은행은 경영팀, 기증자업무팀, 과학기술팀, 교육팀 등 총 4개의 팀으로 구성되어있다. 2007년 1월말 기준 전국에 30개의 기증희망자등록지부와 25개의 HLA검사실 및 정도 관리 검사실을 가지고 있고, 50만 명 이상의 기증희망자가 등록되어 있으며, 1996년 국내 최초 비혈연 조혈모세포이식 후 583건의 이식을 하였다.

뉴미디어를 통한 시각적 커뮤니케이션 방법에서 타이포그래피의 역할은 모션그래픽의 발전과 함께 핵심적인 정보전달의 영역으로 자리 잡고 있다. 최근 입체영상구현 기술연구는 실재감 있는 영상을 제작하기 위해서 다양하고 새로운 영상 제작방법들이 시도되고 있다. 그러나 모션 타이포그래피를 이용한 입체영상 제작방법에 대한 연구는 많이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모션타이포그래피에 텍스트의 움직임을 이용한 방법, 카메라이동에 의한 방법, 편집 및 합성을 이용한 방법 등 세 가지 실험을 적용하여 입체적인 모션타이포그래피 영상을 제안한다.

Guillaume Apolinaire and Filippo Marinetti who are pioneers of the early 20 century in point of breaking traditional typographic rules and making particular typographic communication styles,have considered as the same categorytypoillustration or pictorial typography-in other studies evenif they have' particular differences. Their chromcal and theoretical background, works, exPressive materials and methods and the values were analyzed through thesis, books, periodicals and internet materials, and researched the characteristics. There are clear differences in the view of arranging type; expressive materials, sentence struction, layout. The most important differences are concrete expression by Apolinaire and abstract expression by Marinetti . These differences and characteristics made the base of Dada typography and the concrete typogaphers as Bradbury Thompson and Herb Lubalin were influenced by Apolinaire, abstract typographers as Piet Zwart and Neville Brody were influenced by Marinetti.

We compared the effects of two different systems of collagen matrix protein application on the survival and the biological functions of cultured primary hepatocytes. The rat liver primary hepatocytes were grown for approximately 40 days in vitro either on single collagen gel or between collagen sandwich gels. The morphological changes were observed for this culture period. While the hepatocytes grown on single gel began to die around at 7 days of culture, the cells grown between collagen gels still maintained their viability and began to die after 15 days. As markers for liver hepatic functions, we determined the biochemical activities of hepatocytes such as the secretions of albumin, fibronectin, fibrinogen, urea, and the reduction of secreted ammonia. We found that the rat hepatocytes cultured between collagen gels maintained fairly good biochemical functions than the hepatocytes cultured on single gel did. Therefore, the application of an extracellular matrix protein, collagen, in sandwich form was confirmed as a better choice for maintaining the functional hepatocytes culture for long term in vitro.

As the interests in social inclusion is increasing, researches on social inclusion in the welfare of the disability positively are being implemented lately. It is required to be the reconsideration on previous perspectives and suggestion of the necessity of a new concept for acquiring equal accessibility on rights and resources, etc as a citizenship. It is evaluated to be useful as the perspective or approach of social inclusion in suggestion of policies and practices tasks for enhancing quality of life of the disadvantaged including the disabled and for their participating fully in overall social scopes. Therefore, firstly on tried to make understanding in each concept, constituents, characteristic, usefulness and restriction, etc about both of social exclusion and inclusion fundamentally. On discusses how to conceptualize social inclusion of the disabled, and meanings in applying the concept or approach of social inclusion to welfare of the disability through the based mentioned results.

Anti-aircraft gun system is used for low-level air defense system and has more than twin guns with high firing rate in order to maximize the capability of defense. Gun's vibration and bullet's variance has a critical effect on accuracy and hit probability of weapon system such as anti-aircraft gun system with high firing rate. Typical mechanism to reduce the amount of vibration and shock during gun-fire process is very important design factor. In this paper, the suspension characteristics of the vehicle are studied for the improvement of isolating performance of gun firing system with high firing rate. Gun fire test for the vehicle is conducted and computational models using Recurdyn and Adams are created based on test results. Through this study, results of computational analysis are compared with the real test results, which includes type, location and quantity of suspension and gun mechanism are selected for anti-aircraft gun. From the result of this study, we could make basic design and consider the proper component of the system such as suspension and gun spring.

본 연구에서는 강우시 경사지 밭에서 발생하는 토양유실량을 저감하기 위하여 지표피복재의 유무와 강우강도를 달리하여 실외인공강우 실험을 통하여 평가하였다. 인공강우 실험은 경사도 28%와 각 시험포는 $5\times30m$의 크기로 strawmat+PAM+sawdust, control(bare), strawmat+PAM, strawmat+PAM+rice husks를 4개 조성하고, 각 시험포는 하단부에 강우유출수를 채취할 수 있는 설비(flume)를 설치하였다. 대조구 실험을 위하여 각 시험포에서 발생하는 직접유출량과 유사량을 비교 분석하였다. 시험포의 토양은 양질사토로 일반 고랭지 밭의 흙과 동일한 성질을 가지고 있는 토양을 사용하였고, 지표 피복처리는 straw mat, saw dust, rice husk 그리고 PAM 등 4개의 재료를 사용하였다. 인공강우 실험은 1차 10월 18일, 2차 10월 24일, 3차 10월 30일, 4차 11월 7일로 총 21일간 각각 약 1주일의 간격을 두고 실시하였으며 인공강우 시험기의 강우강도는 각 31.1 ~ 44.4 mm/hr로 모의하였다. 연구결과 시험포에서 발생한 유출량은 지표피복을 하지 않은 대조구 시험포보다 지표를 피복한 시험포에서 약 15.7 ~ 19%의 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 유사량은 대조구 시험포보다 약 93.1 ~ 99.3% 감소한 것으로 나타났으며, 유출량과 유사량은 straw mat+PAM+sawdust와 straw mat+PAM+rice husk를 적용한 시험포에서 저감효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 지표피복처리는 강우가 발생하였을 때 강우타격력의 감소와 유출수의 유속감소 그리고 침투능을 증가하는 역할을 하여 경사지, 농경지 및 공사현장에서 토양 유실을 저감하며, 하천이나 강으로 유입되는 탁수량의 저감에 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 판단된다.

With the introduction of Macintosh computer in 1984. the environment of typography design has been digitalized rapidly. Although it has been less than 20 years, typography went through dramatic changes more than any period in the design history. Digital technology saved the time and efforts in the process of design works. The new temporal and spatial elements opened new dimensions and made it possible for typography to challenge for new experiments. On the other hand, with the overuse of digital technology, design works lack of originality and quality have been produced a lot. The purpose of this thesis is to propose the direction of the typography in the turbulent digital environment. To fulfill this goal, I have researched the typographic changes due to the technical innovations, and the experimental works of pioneering designers. As a result, I propose that the direction of digital typography is to combine the strengths and value from the historic heritage as well as digital technology, and to explore new possibilities of digital typography.

In this paper, we proposed the DRM(Digital Rights Management) system that allows to redistribute contents safely based on home domain. This DRM system for contents redistribution within home domain can solve the restriction and the inconvenience occuring in using contents and at the same time protect the right of contents producer and provider as well. To play contents using home digital device, we must build home domain for contents redistribution among devices. That is to say, devices that are registered with home domain can redistribute contents to other devices at same domain. The domain must send redistribution-specifics to DRM server, so that user can pay reasonable amount for using the contents. Futhermore, by restricting within domain the right of contents redistribution, one can strictly prohibit the illegal redistribution.

Recently, due to the development of interactive media, Interactive Typography, which explores user input and interaction is under development. Unlike traditional typography which has a fixed nature, the flexible and fluid nature of Interactive Typography and Interactive System, enables diverse results. In this study, I have developed an Interactive Typography art piece based on theoretical research. By reviewing books, papers and articles, I have tried to define the meaning and characteristics of Interactive Typography. In understanding the concept of Interactive System, I have borrowed the concept of mathematical function. Based on the research, I have designed and developed an Interactive Typography piece, 'Interactive floral type' by using Adobe flash action script. This piece explores the beautiful shape of each alphabet letters and transforms individual character into a 'flower' shape through user's mouse and keyboard input. Depending on the input the size, color, and layout and motion of text changes in real time to change the letters into beautiful flowers.
