Methylene blue-sensitized photopolymerizable material based on acrylamide is investigated with two-wave energy coupling experiments. Differently from other studies, self-diffraction oscillations are observed and the grating phase is determined without applying external electric fields, moving nonlinear materials, and phase shifting one of two writing beams. The phase grating showed a phase shift of $\pm$50$^{\circ}$ with respect to the intensity grating. Modified Kogelnik's coupled wave equation considering the mixed gratings of phase and absorption gratings and nonzero spatial phase shifts of the gratings with respect to the intensity interference patterns formed during the two-wave energy coupling is discussed in detail to understand these phenomenon.

Notwithstanding various discourses among scholars on the unique characteristics of comics, in Korea there is nevertheless a scarcity of quality research on the subject. Therefore, to promote quality research, it is important to consider how to best use source materials in the field of comics scholarship. Source materials can generally be categorized into three types: pre-existing comics, scholar-generated comics and user-generated comics. For this study, user-generated comics are the primary source materials, specifically comics created by mothers of children with disabilities. It is intended that this research will contribute to the future direction of education for mothers who suffer from a relative sense of alienation as the primary caregivers of children with special needs. Although therapeutic arts and cultural programs make a tremendous difference in the lives of these mothers, teaching methodology and educational opportunities are extremely limited. Furthermore, existing scholarship focuses primarily on either the psychological transformation of the individual or a phenomenological approach for parents to understand and deal with the problematic behavior of children with disabilities. However, this research does little to help improve learning programs for these parents. Against this backdrop, this research sets out to consider the potentiality and effectiveness of using comics in the education of mothers of children with disabilities. These mothers, by creating comics, develop better awareness of themselves in a positive and enriching way. It is therefore hoped that this research provides a useful analysis for developing the potentiality and effectiveness of these programs.

This study on the proofing what used to correct the color difference between the photo image and offset press. Printing photos with color offset press always make the differs, because of the difference in gamut. Photographer hopes to be able to use the proofing with inkjet printer for reduce these differences. In this study, I experiment with various ways for the proofing by photographer directly. It is using the ink jet printer and image outputs of the various mode was applied to a variety of color setting value. And calculate the output image using a spectrophotometer and compared with the image of offset press. At last I can found a very similar color setting value with the offset image. After all this research is to obtain a result of finding out proofing work flow through method to measure and how to apply various color setting value results.

This paper presents the thermal characteristics of a Bragg grating recorded in photopolymer. We record hologram gratings using a 532 nm Nd : YAG laser in DuPont HRF 150-38 photopolymer films and analyze the diffraction efficiency versus thermal exposure conditions. For the case of recording after heating, the diffraction efficiency of the hologram is more than $70\%$ at $100^{\circ}C$ but is decreased exponentially at temperatures over $100^{\circ}C$. It is observed in the recording before heating that the diffraction efficiency of the hologram fixed by a UV light is increased to approximately $10\%$ at $100^{\circ}C$, but the holograms are erased at temperatures over $120^{\circ}C$.

본 논문에서는 홀로그래피용 감광물질로서, 앞으로 가장 발전가능성이 있다고 기대되는 photopolymer에 대해서 언급하고자 한다. 홀로그램은 물체에서 방출되는 빛의 파면에 대한 정보를 기록하는 필름을 말하며 이러한 홀로그램을 이용한 기술을 홀로그래피라고 한다. 먼저 홀로그램 및 홀로그래피의 개념과 원리에 대해 서술하고 현재 사용되고 있는 홀로그래피용 감광물질인 silver-halide나 dichromatic gelatin 등에 대해 소개한다. 이와 비교하여 photopolymer가 가지는 특성과 장점을 기술하고 photopolymer를 기반으로 한 holography의 발전에 따른 차세대 holographic applications에 대해 알아본다.

A multiplex recording and reading technique in photopolymer are presented In order to record the polarization gratings, polarization-sensitive materials, in which linear birefringence is induced by irradiating the polarized light, are necessary. We checked orthogonal and independence of laser. The value of the photoinduced linear polarization had effect on diffraction properties in the holographic gratings. The grating strengths of two polarization are investigated and the relevant parameters for equal diffraction intensity readout are optimized.

For answering a given condition of education which tries groping various instruction way of learner-leading, project-based instruction is noticed that inducing motive and interest of study by learner maker the effect of teaming, instruction way of owner-leading which solve by themselves. In this thesis, it develops education contents for applying project-based instruction to visualbasic course. Using FLASH MX and PHOTOSHOP 6.0 program which became known web production means, in distinction from the instruction contents which is a freeze-frame, it makes prossible interaction between computer and learner, induce interest and concentration of learner. In result of applying this, it appears real effect to the learning effect.

Animation which appeared with films in the late 19th century was a medium which came on obtaining nourishment from art historical style of modernism. However, the relation establishment between animation and modernism has been focused mainly on animation shapes, namely painted images. This sprang from explaining the relationship between animation and paintings, and for this reason, discussions of movements in animation were understood in tradition of chromophotograph of Muybridge and Jules Marey, or some characteristics owned by the live-action film. However, movements of animation were essentially different from the indexical sign of films or photogram, and objects of reproduction were different between them. Movements reproduced by animation are not ordinary movements, but expressions of or compressed movements and considerably systematic movements. As a result, these movements are far from reproduction of live-action film photogram. Rather, the logic of movements reproduced by animation comes near to controlling their motion scopes, time, distance etc. after dividing each part of the body. This is concluded in a standpoint of modern mechanism which is represented by Descartes and La Mettrie who tried to understand human body as a exchangeable machine. Design of modern mechanism ranging from modern society to industrial society and the age of modernism came to lead to analysis of physical motions of modern industrial society called composition of efficient movements understanding them as the law of nature rather than movements as nature. In the late 19th century, Taylor, F. W. and Gilbreth, Frank Bunker's studies of workers' working hours and 'motion study' were a way of constituting the frame of machine-human, which indicates that tradition of modern mechanism affected the entire modernism passing through industrial society. Further, we can see that motion studies conducted by them have almost similar characteristics to action analysis to study animation later in the name of 'timing'.

This study explored challenges and desires related to social relationships among adolescents with intellectual disabilities, using the photovoice method. Six adolescents with intellectual disabilities (M = 18.33 years) who are attending a general high school participated in 7 sessions of a photovoice program. They selected themes related to social relationships through group discussions and shared their photos related to the themes with other participants. Our study yielded 15 subthemes within 5 social relationships (peers, teachers, boyfriends/girlfriends, parents, persons whom I need) from adolescents with intellectual disabilities as follows: relationships with peers (feeling lonely and left out, being teased and bullied by peers, making efforts to fix damaged relationships with friends), relationships with teachers (feeling appreciated by teachers who understand me, lacking interactions with teachers, wanting teachers to show they care about my school life), relationships with boyfriends/girlfriends (wanting to have a boyfriend/girlfriend, feeling worried and fearful about having a boyfriend/girlfriend, trying to attract a boyfriend/girlfriend), relationships with parents (being thankful to parents for their unconditioned love, enjoying time with parents, feeling bad because of not being close to father), persons whom I need (persons who enjoy spending time with me, persons who help me, persons who never give up on me). This study provides implications for social work practice, such as training for improving peer relationships and coping with peer conflict, education for fostering healthy romantic relationships, training for promoting social skills of adolescents with intellectual disabilities, and education for increasing awareness of the social needs of students with intellectual disabilities among peers without disabilities, teachers, and social workers.
