Project management means usually managing the rate of construction progress. But it also contains preparing scheme of execution and establishing plan for equipment, material, labor force to finish project within expected duration. In this paper to establish effective project planning a road pavement operation is selected as a case and simulation method is used for analyzing it. Next probability distributions are created after analyzing collected data and these are reflected in simulation model. Simulated result is compared with real project planning using models of lean concrete pavement process and concrete slab pavement process to verify efficiency of this model. In the event we know that project planning using simulation is more effective than one of the field in the aspects of duration and cost. Meanwhile simulated result in this paper has a limitation in accuracy because various constraints of filed are not reflected in it. However if we reflect this constraints in model through examining field in future this limitation is expected to be improved.

국립수산물품질검사원은 수산물의 상품성 향상과 유통효율 제고 및 공정한 거래 실현을 위한 수산물표준규격을 지난 1월 22일 고시한 바 있다. 고시는 어종의 표준거래단위, 수산물의 포장치수, 포장재료 및 포장재료의 시험방법 등을 규정하고 있다. 고시에 따르면 포장재료는 식품위생법에 따른 용기.포장의 제조방법에 관한 기준과 그 원재료에 관한 규격에 적합하여야 한다. 고시 된 표준포장규격과 포장재료 중 P.S.대(폴리스티렌대)의 규격은 아래와 같다

식품의약품안전처는 가입한 의약품실사상호협력기구(PIC/S)의 규정 변경 사항을 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정'([별표13])에 반영해 국제 조화하기 위하여 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정'을 일부개정한다고 밝혔다. 주요 내용은 ▲공정밸리데이션 방법의 선택적 적용, ▲규제의 합리적 개선, ▲포장공정 밸리데이션, 세척 밸리데이션 구체화 등 조문 정비 등이다. 다음에 '의약품 제조 및 품질관리에 관한 규정' 일부개정의 상세한 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

Radio Frequency IDentification(RFID) is in the limelight of fields of military, delivery and library management as an alternative or barcode system. However, it is restricted within product manufacturing, sales and delivery. In this paper, we apply RFID technology into process, especially packing process management to gauge RFID applicability. To verify beneficial features of RFID, we simulate RFID-adopted packing process. As a result, we demonstrate the effectiveness of a RFID-based Process Improvement In manufacturing process. The results of performance evaluations demonstrate that the proposed RFID-based Process Improvement reduces the labour time, labour cost and material cost. Furthermore, we analyze the validity of RFID-based Process Improvement by RFID cost.
