This study analysed changes in rural tourism between before and after COVID-19 using LDA topic analysis. In order to understand the changes in rural tourism, blog data including the keyword 'Gochang-gun travel' was used. As a result of LDA topic analysis with blog data retrieved, the study found nine topics in 2019 and 2020. 2019 and 2020 are, generally, consistent in topics, but the three topics related to rural experiential tourism that appeared in 2019 did not appear in 2020. In 2020, three new topics emerged: Beach vacations and campings. New travel activities of noncontact with other people(Untact tourism in Korean context) in the COVID-19 era, and The negative impacts on travel businesses and behaviours from COVID-19. Especially, the adverse effects of COVID-19 have made an enormous decline in rural experience tourism destinations and cancellation of local festivals. On the other hand, new tourism activities have emerged due to COVID-19. Those activities have included camping, drive-thru destinations, and cycling. Ecological and natural tourist sites such as Ungok Wetland, Seonunsan Mountain, Seonunsa Temple, and Gusipo Beach appeared. These tourist destinations have a quiet atmosphere and less density place noncontacting with other people when visiting. Also, because overseas travel has become difficult, long-term stay travel in rural areas has appeared. This study indicates that COVID-19 has less impacted rural tourism than other tourism destinations with these positive and negative impacts.

In this study, we analyzed the application of flipped learning in the untact online classes, focusing on thr social and engineering subjects of universities. Due to the unprecedented situation of COVID-19, the professors and learners were unable to conduct the face-to-faceclasses, and the existing flipped learning classes were analyzed separately from the social and engineering subjects. In particular, the results of this study will provide the basic data on the direction of post-corona-era university classes in that it can increase the effectiveness of flipped learning if it is linked to the flexibility of the university's academic system such as intensive course.

This study was conducted to supplement new-normal strategies on management plans of rural groundwater resources in the era of Post COVID-19. Global outbreak of COVID-19 has damaged across all areas including public policy, economics, industrial services, and others without exception, which has resulted in establishing new-normal strategies in order to restore balance and functions as for these areas. The new-normal ones were represented as enhancing preventative management on infectious diseases, expanding non face-to-face services, enhancing protective trades and food securities, and preparing growth policies on public services using the 4^th industrial revolution techniques. In this study, G-WASH_AD (Groundwater supply, sanitation, and hygiene with attraction and digitization) was suggested to be new-normal strategies on rural groundwater resources. The G-WASH_AD was consisted of three detailed action plans: a preventative plan on waterborne-diseases of groundwater (PP), a groundwater-tourism plan with rural heritage (GP), and an application plan of the 4^th industrial revolution techniques to groundwater facilities and its data (P4). The PP can contribute to protect human health from waterborne-diseases and minimize hazardous effects on crop cultivation. The GP accompanied with high-quality groundwater resources is able to strengthen rural tourism, to promote marketing activities on local agricultural products, and to increase household incomes of rural communities. The P4 can reinforce fast, comfortable, and scientific management on groundwater facilities and its data, creating a virtuous cycle between innovative management on groundwater and growth of technology related to it. Results of the G-WASH_AD strategies can encourage a green growth engine in field of rural groundwater management keeping up with Post COVID-19.

Purpose: To accommodate the increasing number of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, numerous portable HEPA filter units (PHUs) were installed in the general wards of existing medical facilities(EMFs) to convert them into emergency conversion facilities (ECFs). The purpose of this study was to build a dataset in preparation for emerging infectious diseases in the post-COVID-19 era by analyzing the construction and operation of ECFs. Methods: Field investigations were conducted during ECF operation periods based on the analysis of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HAVC) system design documents for six ECFs across Korea. Interviews were conducted with facility managers during the field investigations. Results: When constructing an ECF within an EMF, the installation status and characteristics of the existing system should be considered. Field investigations and verifications of the operation of HAVC systems must be conducted beforehand for smooth ECF operations. If heating and cooling are required with indoor air circulation type equipment in an ECF zone, the implementation of a heating and cooling method that can satisfy the comfort requirements of the occupants while minimizing cross-contamination is essential. When using PHUs that do not meet the performance standards required by medical equipment, the noise level resulting from such equipment operation must be evaluated and improved. Implications: For EMFs, various guidelines that can be referred to for the construction and operation of ECFs must be developed to prepare for emerging infectious diseases in the future.

The term 'fourth industrial revolution' was mentioned at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2016 and has become a term representing a new industrial era based on information and communication technology (ICT). In the environment of the 4th industrial revolution, ESG management activities are becoming a very important factor in business activities. With the emergence of a new paradigm of organizational operation in the post Covid19 era, the demands for ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) investment related to the environment, social responsibility are increasing. This study examines the role that can support ESG management by utilizing the expertise of appraisers. Real estate is one of the fields of high public interest, and since most ESGs have been conducted centered on the role of private companies, the role of the expert group or the role of public corporations and public institutions is relatively insufficient. If a company or general company engaged in the real estate investment business establishes the role of the Korea Appraisers Association to revitalize ESG management using appraisers, such as ESG appraisers, when investing in real estate, it is believed that it will be possible to promote efficient and sound development of the real estate industry. It was judged that a study on a group of experts was also necessary. In addition, even if the impact of Covid-19 is excluded, it is necessary to gradually introduce an appraisal using non-face-to-face or various advanced technologies (the 4th industry). This study differs from previous studies in that it focused on the role of ESG by the Korea Association of Property Appraisers while research on the role of ESG in public institutions or expert groups is being actively conducted in recent years.

The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, education and training, human resource development, and communication in Korea's financial industry. In particular, the mediating relationships between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, education and training, human resource development, and communication were examined in order to provide a better understanding of organizational commitment. A structural equation model was used for the empirical analysis of this study. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that education and training, human resource development, communication, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction are correlated within the Korean financial industry. Furthermore, organizational commitment was found to have mediating effects on education and training, human resource development, communication, and job satisfaction. Based on these results, this study emphasizes the importance of education and training for organizational commitment in the Korean financial industry. In particular, this study establishes the importance of a culture of trust within organizations through human resource development programs, communication for job satisfaction, and organizational performance to face changes in the post-COVID era. In the future, more in-depth qualitative studies are required to derive factors related to the employees of financial companies and to conduct comparison analyses with companies in other industries.

In the future, AI and the metaverse are becoming so powerful that their application areas and influences are swallowing up the world. The advertising field is no exception, and it is becoming more important to predict, analyze, and strategize these future changes. In order to study the future change of advertising according to the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse, literature research related to the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse technology and the resulting change in the advertising environment, in-depth interviews with future and advertising experts, and Delphi technique research method I want to study change. First, through this study, we would like to examine the opinions of experts through in-depth interviews on the development of artificial intelligence and metaverse technology and the changes in the advertising sector in the post-coronavirus era of civilizational transformation. In addition, the Delphi technique is used to determine how important the change is by future advertising technology area, future advertising media area, future advertising form area, future advertising effect area, future advertising application area, and future advertising process area, and at what point in the future it will change. In addition, we want to study how the future advertising form will change in detail. Also, based on this, we would like to propose a countermeasure for the advertising industry.

This study was attempted to investigate the effect of the first clinical practice on the image of nurse and nursing professionalism of nursing students in the COVID-19 situation. The data were collected from 36 nursing college students using a structured questionnaire from June to July 2020 and analyzed by PASW 22.0. After the first clinical practice in the COVID-19 pandemic, the nurse image (t=-2.219, p=.034) and nursing professionalism(t=-3.444, p=.002) increased significantly compared to before practice. Social image (t=-3.113, p=.004), self-concept of the profession(t=-2.442, p=.021), social awareness(t=-3.829, p=.001) and professionalism of nursing(t=-2.299, p=.028) significantly increased after the first clinical practice. After the first clinical practice, nursing professionalism showed a significant positive correlation with image of nurse(r=.831, p<.001). The attitude of nurses to cope with COVID-19 positively influenced nursing students' nurse image and nursing professionalism. Therefore, it is expected that will be used as basic data for preparing educational strategies after COVID-19.

Upcoming 4th industrial revolution era and the post-covid19 made procedure, contents, and the ways of education innovative changes. Thesis analyzed the changes of educational procedures of universities unsing Bigkinds of 'KPF', (which is Korea Press Foundation) and DataLab system of 'Naver'. The following three results were derived from relational analysis, monthly keyword trend, and related word analysis with 633 cases searched for the keyword of "university curriculum innovation, creativity, and convergence." Firstly, the frequency of relationship keyword analysis of recent 4 years(2016~2020) was ministry of education(190), industrial revolution(154), system(137), career(136), global(131), smart(97), and enrolled students(95) in order. Secondly, The frequency of keywords related to the related words was Human Resources Development (136), Industrial-Academic Cooperation (119), Education Ministry (86), Specialization (69), and LiNC (62), which showed the importance of supporting the government (Ministry of Education) and fostering human resources, industry-academic cooperation, LiNC, and characterization in order to foster human resources in universities. According to this study, the paradigm of education is the artificial intelligence environment of the fourth industrial revolution, which is meaningful in presenting the direction of specialization, industry-academic cooperation, smart, and globalization, and the future direction of education that fosters creative talent in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.

Purpose: The purpose is to establish a safe facility environment from abnormal voltages such as lightning by developing a smart land resistance measuring device that can acquire real-time land resistance data using Arduino. Method: This paper studied design models and application cases by developing a land resistance acquisition and analysis system with Arduino and a power line communication (PLC) system. Some sites in the wind power generation complex in Gyeongsangnam-do were selected as test beds, and real-time land resistance data applied with new technologies were obtained. The electrode arrangement adopted a smart electrode arrangement using a combination of a Wenner four electrode arrangement and a Schlumberger electrode arrangement. Result: First, the characteristic of this technology is that the depth of smart multi-electrodes is organized differently to reduce the error range of the acquired data even in the stratigraphic structure with specificity between floors. Second, IT convergence technology was applied to enable real-time transmission and reception of information on land resistance data acquired from smart ground electrodes through the Internet of Things. Finally, it is possible to establish a regular management system and analyze big data accumulated in the server to check the trend of changes in various elements, and to model the optimal ground algorithm and ground system design for the IT convergence environment. Conclusion: This technology will reduce surge damage caused by lightning on urban infrastructure underlying the 4th industrial era and design an optimized ground system model to protect the safety and life of users. It is also expected to secure intellectual property rights of pure domestic technology to create jobs and revitalize our industry, which has been stagnant as a pandemic in the post-COVID-19 era.
