포러스콘크리트의 해수정화특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Study on the Sea-water Purification Properties of Porous Concrete)

  • This paper describe the performance of seawater purification, to which living organisms can adapt, and the physical properties of porous concrete with continuous void. Although conventional concrete has been regarded as a destroyer of nature, seawater and air can pass freely through concrete when it is made porous by forming continuous void. This not only enables plants to vegetables, but also makes it possible for microscopic animals and plants, including bacteria, to attach to and inhabit uneven surface as well as internal voids when the concrete is provided in a natural seawater area or seawater side area. As a result, porous concrete using recycled aggregate improved the performance of seawater purification. In this study, The performance of seawater purification of porous concrete using recycled aggregate analyzed by T-P, T-N.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the influence the influence of theoretical void ratio(T.V.R), grading of aggregate and curing method on the strength and water permeability of porous concrete, and the reduction proportion of water permeability by these factors. The results of the study showed that its strength and water permeability were greatly depended on the T.V.R and grading of aggregate, but didn't on the curing method. And, when the T.V.R and grading of aggregate were increased, the reduction proportion of water permeability was small. As the relation ship between its physical properties and non-destruction test values was very high, its use for the estimation of the physical properties will be useful.

  • The results of an experiment on the sound absorption of the porous concrete using recycled aggregates and its influence on the compressive strength are reported in this paper. The content of recycled aggregate of 0, 10, 30, 50 and 70%, and the design void ratio of 30 percent for a given size of aggregate were used. In the compressive strength, an aggregate of the size of 5~13mm is much higher strength than that of the 13~20mm, In sound absorption experiment, the sound absorption ratio was is subjected to decreased as the content of recycled aggregates was increased. As a result, Porous concrete using recycled aggregates and by-products sufficiently have the performance of sound absorption.

  • The results of an experiment on the sound absorption of the porous concrete and its influence on the compressive strength are reported in this paper. Two different sizes of coarse aggregate of 5~13, 13~20mm, and the design void ratio of 20, 25 and 30 percent for a given size of aggregate were used. In the compressive strength, an aggregate of the size of 5~13mm is much higher strength than that of the 13~20mm, In the sound absorption experiment, the size of aggregate of 5~l0mm is much higher sound absorption than that of the 13~20mm. The sound absorption ratio was increased as the design void ratio. As a result, Porous concrete sufficiently have the performance of sound absorption.

  • The functions of porous concrete were influenced by continuous void, and it differ greatly from the distribution and size shape of continuous void in the same void volume. And porous concrete has been few used because the strength level of porous concrete is lower than that of ordinary concrete at the present time. So the purpose of this study is to increase the strength of porous concrete at the range of satisfying its function, analyze those effects of the mixing ratio of aggregate, affecting the development of its strength.

  • Although porous concrete is resently used as a pavement at a parking lot, a public squre and a bicycle road, we use without enough examining. most the maintenance of quality for porous concrete is only dealt with strength and color tone. also, there is not yet enough fundamental data about dynamical properties for strength, rate of void and water permeability. even when it is applied to at the scene, it is been a matter. Accodingly in this study analyzed influences through the dynamical properties, combination, and time to vibration. After the analyzation, they investigated peculiar dynamics which are strength of porous concrete, rate of void, and water permeability follow the rate of increase on an admixture making pozzolan reaction. This is purpose to improve capacity of the sidewalk permeable concrete and development of the economical technique for pavement.

  • In this study the mechanical properties of various wire mesh reinforcing porous concrete mixtures are investigated. A properly designed porous concrete pavements provides a durable riding surface. It also eliminates puddles and standing water, resulting in improved skid resistance. The most popular application is that of light-traffic volume roadways such as parking lots, resident roads, driveways, and sidewalks. Flexural strength and toughness index are examined for wire mesh reinforcing porous concrete. Type of Wire mesh is divided into three cases, A type, B type and C type. It shows A type is most excellent shape of destruction of slab specimen is similar to that of flexural specimen. The aim of this paper is to present the results of a pilot study undertaken to examine the extent to which wire mesh reinforced porous concrete can be used as a continuous paving materials.

  • The results of an experiment on the sea water purification of the porous concrete using granular artificial zoelite and its influence on the physical and mechanical properties are reported in this paper. Two different sizes of coarse aggregate of 5$\∼$13, 13$\∼$20mm, and three of void ratio(15, 20 and 30 percent) for a given size of aggregate were used. In the water permeability, an aggregate of the size of 13$\∼$20mm is much higher than that of the 13$\∼$20mm, but the water permeability is smaller in the less design void ratio. and In the compressive strength, an aggregate of the size of 5$\∼$13mm is much higher strength than that of the 13$\∼$20mm, but the compressive strength is higher in the less design void ratio.

  • The Purpose of this study is to develope the method for early recovery of the biodiversity in the oligotrophical costal area. The result of this study, the dissolution ratio is superior in the case which the cement coating thickness of the granular fertilizer is below 1mm. From the failure-side it is judged with the fact that appropriate to use the separate charging method and vibration compaction method. For the cases of the mixing ratio of cement coating granular fertilizer, there was not any clear tendency for the change of the strength up to 20$\%$ of the mixing ratio. However, at the 30$\%$ mixing ratio, decrease of the strength was noticed. So it can be concluded that the stability can be achieved in the range of 20$\%$ and below.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate properties of porous concrete according to volume of binder and compaction energy. The result of this study, as compaction energy goes on increasing, the actual measured void ratio is decreased according as a change of compaction energy and volume of binder. The compaction energy has a very near value by target void ratio on the whole when it is $50kN{\cdot}m/m^2,\;50\~75kN{\cdot}m/m^2$ in case of target void ratio is $15\%\;and\;25\%$. As compaction energy goes on increasing, compressive strength of specimens picked up when target void ratio is $20\%\;and\;25\%$. Also, compressive strength of specimens bluntly picked up when compaction energy is over $50\~75kN{\cdot}m/m^2$.
