고귀하고 순결했던 선비들의 모습에 종종 비유되었던 백로는 평택시의 시조이기도 하다. 또한 평화를 상징하는 터라 평택의 넓은 평야와 드넓은 하늘 아래에서 근심 걱정 없이 살아가는 순박한 평택인들과도 딱 들어 맞는다. 조용한 듯하지만 평택은 지금 국제화 중심도시로 거듭나기 위한 큰 움직임을 분비 중이다. 그 중에 선진 수도행정을 보여주는 평택시 상하수도사업소 역시 늘 분주하다.

8 · 31 대책으로 침체돼 있던 평택 부동산 시장이 회복세를 보이고 있다. 정부가 2020년까지 18조 8000억원을 투입해 평택을 21세기 환(環) 황해권 국제중심도시로 조성한다는 계획을 확정하면서 개발이 가시화됐기 때문이다. 평택항 개발, 용산 미군기지 이전 등 굵직굵직한 호재가 쏟아지고 있는 평택 부동산 시장을 살펴보자.

선박의 대형화, 고속화, 자동화 및 평택·당진항 항만시설의 발전 추세가 현저한 반면 제한된 통항 환경에 따른 선박 통항량 증가로 인해 사고 위험성이 증가됨으로 법·자연적인 조건, 타항만 항로 비교 및 평택VTS 관제 구역 내 관제 사례를 통해 항로 설정의 당위성을 설명하며, 항로 미설정 구역의 선박 통항 안전성 향상을 위해 지정항로 설정을 제시하였다.

평택지부(지부장 조성우)가 지난 11월 12일 죽백동 소재 지부사무실에서 현판식 및 개소식을 갖고 재탄생 하였다. 평택지역은 산란계 71농가에 2,164,000수, 육계 181농가에 1,248,000수가 생산될 정도로 양계업계에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있다. 본고는 평택지부 조성우 지부장을 만나 향후 지부운영 및 양계산업 발전 방안을 들어보았다.

Pyeongtaek port, opened in 1986, has played a role as an international trading port. Pyeongtaek city which is a hinterland with Pyeongtaek port has both landscape of city and rural area. Aims of this study is investigating the regional change of Pyeongtaek city according to the opening of Pyeongtaek port: the change in population and land value by the average distance(27.3km) between Pyeongtaek port and each region and the change in industry and regional industry with location quotient of region. The increasing rate of population and people who work for industry showed an aspect of rising as a place locates near Pyeongtaek port, yet the increasing rate of land value showed little differences. In short, as the area is closer to Pyeongtaek port, the number of population and employees are higher. Yet, the increasing rate of the land value showed little difference. The study showed that manufacturing industry is specialized in rural region(eup myeon region), and tertiary industry is specialized in urban region(dong region) of Pyeongtaek city according to location quotient.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the causal relationship among the trading volume of Pyeongtaek port, Incheon Inner Harbor, Incheon North Harbor. Methodologically, Granger causality, impulse response function, and variance decomposition based on VAR are used. The results indicate that Pyeongtaek port trading volume positive shock has positive effects on Incheon North Harbor. In addition, Incheon Inner Harbor trading volumes positive shock has negative effects on Pyeongtaek port. The results also suggest that the volume of Pyeongtaek port Granger-causes the volume of Incheon North Harbor, but not vice versa. The volume of Incheon Inner Harbor Granger-causes the volume of Pyeongtaek port. Based on these results, we suggest that port authorities have to focus on policies that would promote copetition between port of Pyeongtaek and Incheon in the world harbor industry.

Pyeongtaek is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing cities in Korea. It is expected that Pyeongtaek will be fostered as one of the most technologically advanced cities with over one million residents in ten years, in transit from the current status of an urban and rural multi-functional city. As a consequence of the change, it is also anticipated to embrace problems related to environmental pollution. The current study investigates perceptions and attitudes of Pyeongtaek citizens towards the natural environment and the conservation of nature. A survey of the environmental perception was conducted with 700 people from the city. The data was analyzed by SPSS 12.0. Findings of the survey demonstrate that Pyeontaek citizens, overall, are interested in environmental issues; they also expect the city to be prosperous without nature destruction. Based upon the results, the study describes the current status of the areas which the citizens consider as most crucial; further, it makes practical suggestions for ways of conserving the environment for the future.

Pyeongtaek Port is becoming a specialized for importing or exporting cars. In 2010, Pyeongtaek Port became the major port, out of the 31 ports in Korea, for import and export of cars. Usage of this port was especially high for imported cars. In 2011, more than 1 million cars are expected to be imported or exported via Pyeongtaek Port. This research analyses the factors for selecting Pyeongtaek Port for imported cars and recommendations required to improve Pyeongtaek Port. To do this, questionnaires were given to 14 imported car companies that currently, July 2011, use Pyeongtaek Port and used AHP criteria to asses the importances of each factors. According to this research, the most important determinant for the use of Pyeongtaek Port is 'Port Location' followed by 'Port Cost', 'Port Facility', 'Port Service', 'Port Marketing' and 'Port Cargo Volume', in the order of importance. Also, imported car companies say that the factor in need for the most urgent improvement is 'Port Facilities' in Pyeongtaek Port.

There have been many conflicts in Pyeongtaek-Dangjin Port among central government, metropolitan council, and cities over the jurisdiction of reclaimed port area, an international passenger terminal construction and a bridge between the port and Dangjin area. This study found out two causes for the conflicts in terms of governance. First, the current governance structure of Pyeongtaek-Dangjin port has high levels of conflict and disputes among stakeholder. Second, there is no leading agency which is responsible for the future development of the port. It is very important to decrease the possibility of conflict and to establish leading agency. Measures to decrease the likelihood of conflict include establishment of conflict resolution mechanism, the clarification of the facts and applicable law, mutual exchanges between stakeholder. Measures to establish a leading agency include the introduction of a single governance, establishment of Pyeongtaek-Dangjin Port Authority, central-local combined governance, and empowering PA to do all port management.

최근 다양한 산업분야에서 디지털 사용자 트랜잭션의 보안성 강화와 디지털 자산의 거래 비용 최소화를 동시에 실현하기 위해 블록체인 기술을 점진적으로 확대하고 있다. 특히 무인 자동화 시스템으로의 전환이라는 과도기적 상황과 코로나-19 대유행이 맞물려 비대면 시장에 대한 관심이 커졌고, 비대면 시장의 수익 극대화와 안정적인 비대면 서비스 실현을 위해 블록체인 시스템과의 결합이 초점화되고 있다. 본 캡스톤디자인 보고서는 블록체인 기반 암호화폐 결제 서비스 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현하는 과정을 기술한다. 특히 새로운 알트코인으로 평택코인과 관련된 앱 생태계 구축 과정, 그리고 평택코인 결제 서비스 지원 애플리케이션을 개발을 통한 스마트 암호화폐 결제 애플리케이션의 서비스 초기 모델 구현 과정에 대해 기술한다.
