A Study on Cogging Torque Reduction by Teeth Notching and Permanent Magnet offset in Surface-mounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (표면부착형 영구자석 동기전동기의 노치 및 영구자석 offset에 의한 코깅토크 저감 연구)

  • 본 논문은 표면부착형 영구자석 동기전동기(Surfacemounted Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor)의 영구자석 offset의 변화와 노치(notch)의 적용에 따른 코깅토크 저감 특성을 분석하고, 중심합성계획법(Central Composite Design)을 이용한 최적 모델 설계에 대한 연구이다. 영구자석 offset만 적용한 모델의 경우 코깅토크의 피크-피크값은 95%로 크게 저감되었지만 정격전류 인가시 평균토크의 감소율이 12.3%로 출력 손실이 크기 때문에 최적 설계를 통해 추가적으로 노치를 적용하고 영구자석 Offset을 조절함으로써 코깅토크 저감율을 96.5%로 개선시킬 수 있었고, 평균토크의 감소율은 7.7%로 영구자석 offset만 적용한 모델보다 평균토크의 감소량이 작아진 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

A study on accuracy and application of the implant torque controller used in dental clinic (임상에서 사용하고 있는 임플란트 토크조절기의 정확도와 적용에 관한 사용실태)

  • Purpose: This study was to evaluate the accuracy of the implant torque controller used in dental clinics and to investigate whether it was applied appropriately. Materials and methods: Fifty dentists who work in dental clinics were enrolled in this study. Dental (implant) practice career, experience frequency of implant screw loosening and fracture, education of implant torque controller application and infection control methods were included in the survey. 25 Ncm and 30 Ncm of the tightening torque applied to the implant screw were measured by 50 clinicians. After measuring the torque value by using the torque controller, the torque mean according to where education about the implant torque controller was received was analyzed with independent t-test at the significance level of 0.05. Results: The torque controller used in private dental clinics showed 4.78% error ratio. When 50 dentists applied 25 Ncm to the implant screw was $29.0{\pm}8.4$ Ncm, and that in 30 Ncm was $34.3{\pm}9.1$ Ncm. Statistical significance was found between the group that was educated about implant torque application and the group that was not educated. Conclusion: During the prosthodontic treatment with implant, there was difference between actual applied torsion force and the amount torque controller indicated. Clinicians have to not only be well-informed about the accurate usage method of the torque controller, but also keep and manage the torque controller so as to maintain continuous and accurate torque values. Through this, it is considered to achieve clinical results to minimize problems of screw loosening or fracture.

  • If the withdrawal force of strand driven roll which is controlled with predetermined speed isn't distributed regularly in continuous casting process, mold level is changed cyclically and slab quality is not good. In this paper, both casting speed control and load sharing control algorithm of strand driven roll according to ratio which is set up by operator at same time is proposed. The proposed algorithm is to share the withdrawal force by following torque current of each driven roll as average torque current by changing speed reference of each driven roll motor. The load sharing control with anti-wind up for improvement transient state is adopted and the proposed algorithm is implemented in POSCO pilot caster.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 BLDC전동기 구동방식에 의한 등가회로를 스위치가 off되는 상의 전류 및 역기전력을 고려한 새로운 토크모델을 이용하여 사다리꼴 역기전력을 가지는 BLDC전동기의 전환시 발생하는 토크맥동과 평균토크를 개선할 수 있는 새로운 토크맥동 저감방식을 제안하였다. BLDC전동기의 전기적인 등가모델 및 전류현상과 전환시 발생하는 토크맥동에 대하여 기술하였으며 발생토크의 변동의 원인이 되는 역기전력과 전류와의 관계를 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 전환시 발생하는 토크맥동을 개선하기 위하여 스위칭 소자가 off 되는 상의 전류 및 역기전력을 고려한 상승상과 감쇄상의 전류기울기 제어 및 전환시점제어를 통한 토크맥동 저감방식을 제안하였으며, 전환시 발생하는 맥동토크의 저감효과에 대하여 해석하였다. 이의 검증을 위하여 MATLAB/Simulink를 이용하여 제안한 토크맥동 저감방식의 저감효과의 타당성을 검증하였다.

Evaluation on Clamping force of High Strength Bolts By Temperature Parameter (온도변수에 따른 고력볼트 체결력 평가)

  • The clamping of torque shear bolt is based on KS B 2819. It was misunderstood that the tension force of the TS bolt was induced generally at the break of pin-tail specified. However, the clamping forces on slip critical connections do not often meet the intended tension, as it considerably varies due to torque coefficient dependent on temperature variables despite the break of the pin tail. In this study, the tension of torque shear bolts were compared with two types of high-strength hexagon bolts by temperature parameters from ${-10^{\circ}C}$ to ${50^{\circ}C}$. Torque shear bolts showed that the average clamping force increased to 20kN as the temperature increased. In case of galvanized high-strength hexagon bolts, the average clamping forces at $0^{\circ}C$, $20^{\circ}C$, $50^{\circ}C$ were recorded over standard bolt tension, 178kN, and the worst standard deviation was 50kN. In case of high-strength hexagon bolts, ave rage clamping forces increased as the temperature went up, and the worst standard deviation was 33kN lower than that of galvanized high-strength hexagon bolts. As for the turn-of-the-nut method, at nut rotation of ${90^{\circ}}$, two types of high-strength hexagon bolts did not met the intended design bolt in tension, 162kN.it is neccessary to re-evaluate the range of turn of nut, ${120^{\circ}{\pm}30^{\circ}}$.

  • 전동기의 고정자 권선법에는 통상적인 3상 권선법과 multiplex 3상 권선법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 multiplex 3상 권선 전동기의 장점인 토크와 토크 리플 성능 향상에 대해 연구하였고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 8극 48슬롯 권선계자형 동기전동기(WFSM)에 대해 기존 3상 권선법과 duplex 3상 권선법을 비교 분석하였으며, 32극 144슬롯 표면 부착형 영구자석 동기전동기(SPMSM)에 대해 유한요소해석법을 이용하여 기존 3상과 triplex 3상 권선법을 비교 분석하였다. 마지막으로 두 종류의 전동기에서 multiplex 권선법의 장점을 알아보고자 평균 토크와 토크 리플을 비교하였다.

  • 영구자석 동기전동기를 채택하는 구동시스템에서는 신뢰성과 안정성을 확보하기 위한 방법으로 고장 시 대체적 운전방식을 갖출 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 삼상 인버터의 한상 고장 시 고장 검출기법과 추가적인 제어기를 선정하여 평균토크의 제어성능을 개선하기 위한 시스템을 구현한 결과를 보고한다.

Analysis of Equivalent Torque of 78 kW Agricultural Tractor during Rotary Tillage (78 kW급 농업용 트랙터의 로타리 경운 작업에 따른 등가 토크 분석)

  • This paper is a basic study for the performance evaluation, durability improvement and optimal design of tractor transmission. The engine torque of the 78 kW agricultural tractor during rotary tillage was measured using CAN communication. It was calculated with equivalent torque and then analyzed. In order to develop a reliable tractor, it is important to convert measured torque in various agricultural operations into equivalent torque and analyze it. The equivalent torque was calculated using Palmgren-Miner's rule, which is a representative cumulative damage law. The equivalent torque of rotary tillage period and steering period are 229.2 and 136.7 Nm, respectively. The maximum and average torque during rotary tillage period are 336.0 and 234.4 Nm, respectively. The maximum and average torque of the steering period are 288.0 and 134.6 Nm, respectively. The engine torque in rotary tillage period is higher than in the steering period because of cultivation of soil through PTO. The maximum and rated torque of engine are 387.0 and 323.0 Nm, respectively, which are 183% and 136% higher than the equivalent torque during rotary tillage and of steering section. Because transmission of agricultural tractor in Korea companies is generally designed by the rated torque of engine, there is a difference from measured torque during agricultural operations. Therefore, it is necessary to consider it for optimal design.
