A Study Evaluating a Program for the Interaction between Children in Institutional Care and their Original Families (시설아동과 원가족 상호작용 프로그램 평가 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the program for enhancing the interaction capacity between the child care institutions and the original family (associate) and propose a program suitable for the child care institutions. The program was conducted at two institution located in Seoul and Cheongju, and the process evaluation and outcome evaluation were conducted. First, the problems that appeared in the process evaluation were recruiting and maintaining participants. As a result of the satisfaction of each program, it was found that the satisfaction of the program sharing the various experiences or sharing the small daily life was high, and it was positive for the improvement of the relationship. Parents showed improvement in the post -test rather than the pre-test. Through qualitative assessment, positive evaluations were made in programs where the family participated in activities that could not be done together in the camp or everyday life, rather than just one-time activity programs.

  • The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of bibliotherapy program for university students. Bibliotherapy program was designed and apply to crash course of 'Library Science' at Graduate School of Library, Archive & Information Studies in Pusan National University for fall semester 2006. A evaluation way of bibliotherapy program was a self-evaluation method for 5 cases of 39 university students participated in bibliotherapy program with examining of self-identity. The results have two obtains. 1) This program has a effectiveness in change of inner world. 2) Bibliotherapy program has a effectiveness in establishing ego-identity of university students.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a criterion for evaluation on game-type learning programs by the application of HCI(Human Computer Interaction) theory. And to analyze game-type learning programs for elementary students on the criterion developed in this study. The HCI theory, which deals with principles or methods for developing systems people can use conveniently and pleasantly, has been applied to overall area of program development. And it also has been widely used to evaluate learning programs. However, there have been few studies on a game-type learning program evaluation on the basis of the HCI theory. This paper shows that evaluation criteria are developed on three viewpoint bases : usefulness, usability, and affect which are as elements in HCI. And analyzes the game-type learning programs from these three points of view. The evaluation criteria developed in this study can be applied to a basis for evaluation on game-type learning programs, and the analysis will be able to be a useful guide to game programers as well as its users.

  • EERE(Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy)는 미국 DOE(Department of Energy)의 산하기관으로 에너지 효율화와 신재생에너지 정책 전반의 기획 및 프로그램 평가를 담당하고 있다. EERE에서 수행하는 평가 Tool중 가장 일반적으로 쓰이는 것은 General program evaluation(프로그램 일반 평가)인데 여기서는 크게 다섯 가지의 세부 평가 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이중 Impact evaluation은 기술 확산이론(diffusion of innovations)를 이론적 토대로 하고 있는 보급 및 R&D프로그램의 평가 방법론이다. 이는 프로그램 성과를 높은 수준으로 정량화 시킬 수 있으며 특히 외부효과들을 제외한 순수한 프로그램의 결과만을 도출하는 것을 평가의 목표로 하고 있어 실제 성과분석에서 매우 유용하게 사용된 다. Impact evaluation의 시행은 Impact evaluation framework라 불리는 일련의 과정을 거쳐 실시되는데 이것은 체계적인 평가를 돕고 평가 전반의 신뢰도를 높이는 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 Impact evaluation 방법론을 심도 있게 고찰하고 이를 통해 국내 신재생에너지 정책평가로의 적용가능성을 살펴보았다.

  • 프로그램 개발 단계에서 프로그램을 수정할 경우, 전체 프로그램을 다시 평가하는 대신 수정한 부분과 그 부분에 영향 받는 부분만을 다시 평가하는 것이 점진 평가 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 의미 구조에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 변수의 값을 나타내는 속성을 중심으로 종속성을 표시하고, 여러 프로세서에서 병렬로 처리하는 대신 멀티쓰레딩 기능을 활용하여 객체 지향언어인 자바 언어에서 점진 평가를 동시에 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 병행 점진 평가 방법을 제시하고 모의실험을 통해 병행 점진 평가 방법의 효율성을 분석한다.

  • 프로그램 개발 단계에서 소요되는 비용을 최소화하기 위해 점진 평가 방법이 사용되고 있다. 점진 평가는 프로그램을 모두 다시 평가하는 대신 수정한 부분과 그 부분에 영향 받는 부분만을 다시 평가하는 방법으로 프로그램의 실행 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 중요 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 자바 같은 언어에서 확장된 종속차트의 종속 링크를 사용해 변수의 값이 변경되었을 때 그 부분에 영향 받는 부분을 찾아내는 변화 추적 과정을 통하여 효율적인 점진 평가를 수행할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다. 모의실험을 통해 점진 평가의 효율성을 분석한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 AST(Abstract Syntax Tree)를 이용하여 서로 다른 프로그램의 유사도를 측정하는 방법을 제시한다. 지금까지 유사도 평가 방법은 거의 제시되지 않고 프로그램의 비교평가 연구는 찾아볼 수가 없다. 본 시스템은 서로 다른 여러 프로그램을 입력받아 파싱함으로써 AST를 생성하여 생성된 AST를 유사도 측정에 이용한다. 따라서 다른 비교 측정 시스템보다 비용과 속도 면에서 경제적이고 빠르게 유사도를 검출해 낼 수 있으며, 또한 신속히 평가 결과를 학생들에게 피드백 함으로써 큰 학습성과를 기대할 수 있다.

Reliability Analysis and Improvement Plan for Evaluation of Program Outcomes among Demand-driven Raters (프로그램 학습성과 평가에 대한 수요지향 평가자 간 신뢰도 분석 및 개선 방안)

  • In a program that runs an engineering education certification, program outcomes refer to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes a student must have until graduation. In general, capstone design is used as a tool for evaluating program outcomes. This paper applies the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) to measure the raters' reliability in assessing program outcomes. Several raters evaluate program outcomes, and the result is used to obtain the raters' ICC. ICC measures the reliability of ratings or measurements for clusters - data that has been collected as groups or sorted into groups. If the ICC is close to 1, it means that the reliability among the raters is high. We evaluated the proposed method's usefulness through case analysis. As a method for assessing an evaluation tool's objectivity, multiple raters measure the same evaluation tool. As a result, we measured the ICC values for all POs, and analyzed the cause for the low measured POs. We applied this method to evaluate program outcomes of the Department of Computer Engineering in the past two years. As a result, we derived guidelines for improvement and program outcomes.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest directions to improve engineering education and the assessment system of our country. For this object, the present situation of engineering education and assessment system in Korea have been reviewed and next, for those of study, the research papers and publications about the environment of college education are analyzed. Finally, an improved assessment system is suggested. It has already passed out for 6 years since execute the accreditation for engineering education in our country now, but essential point for step in accreditation for engineering education is how the evaluator can make the outcomes of studying. This is not a new terminology that is deformed according to special quality of college of engineering which prefer out-come based of study than process based of study to mean accomplishment in engineering education. The evaluation that estimate program is a skill, but an assessment method is not the meaning of individual student accomplishment also, it is the measure of validity estimation that should be estimate ability of students who complete program by proper authority. However, a new evaluation strategy that assess student outcome by person who consider the objectivity and validity, reliability should be develop for decision making of ABEEK. It is an original, private discussion for assessment strategy about the method for student learning outcomes assessment.

  • In order to manage the correct posture in daily life, it is necessary to evaluate the objective posture and appropriate prescription and management. The posture evaluation program is widely used as a method to evaluate posture relatively easily and safely. However, the existing posture evaluation program is evaluated by utilizing the position of the skeletal system, but lacks feedback on the result of the evaluation because the muscle information causing the posture is lacking and the efficiency of the program is decreased. Therefore, we will improve the existing posture evaluation program and design the system that helps the correct posture management by the appropriate exercise prescription based on the feedback that the server measures and stores the evaluation result through the SOAP message.
