PBMS (Particle Beam Mass Spectrometer)를 이용한 크기 분류시 발생하는 입자 확산현상 분석에 관한 연구

  • 반도체 공정에서 일반적으로 오염입자를 측정하는 방법은 테스트 웨이퍼를 ex-situ 방식인 surface scanner를 이용하여 분석하는 particle per wafer pass (PWP) 방식이 주를 이루고 있다. 이러한 오염입자는 반도체 수율에 결정적인 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 반도체 선폭이 작아지면서 제어해야하는 오염입자의 크기도 작아지고 있다. 하지만, 현재 사용하는 PWP 방식은 실시간 분석이 불가능하기 때문에 즉각적인 대처가 불가능 하고 이는 수율향상에 도움이 되지 못하는 후처리 방식이다. 따라서 저압에서 오염입자를 실시간으로 측정할 수 있는 장비에 대한 요구가 늘어나고 있는 실정이다. 저압에서 나노입자를 측정할 수 있는 장비로 PBMS가 있다. PBMS는 electron gun을 이용하여 입자를 하전시킨 후 편향판을 이용하여 크기를 분류하고 Faraday cup으로 측정된 전류를 환산하여 입자의 농도를 측정하는 장비이다. 편향판에 의하여 Faraday cup으로 이동되는 입자들은 농도 차에 의한 확산현상이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 Faraday cup 이동 시 발생하는 확산현상을 여러 크기의 Faraday cup과 polystyrene latex (PSL) 표준입자를 이용하여 분석하였다. Faraday cup을 고정 식이 아닌 이동 식으로 설계를 하여 축의 원점을 기준으로 이동시켜 가면서 입자 전류량을 측정하였으며, 이를 기준 (reference) Faraday cup의 측정량과 비교하여 효율을 계산하였다. PSL 표준 입자 100, 200 nm 크기에 대하여 cup의 크기를 바꿔 가면서 각각 평가 하였다. 그 결과 입자의 크기가 작을 수록 더 넓은 구간으로 확산되었고 크기가 작은 Faraday cup의 경우에 정밀한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통하여 편향판을 지나면서 발생하는 입자의 확산현상에 대한 정량적 평가를 수행할 수 있었으며, 추후 PBMS 설계 시 Faraday cup 크기를 결정하고 Faraday cup array 기술을 적용하는데 유용하게 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대 된다.

A Priority Analysis of Equipment Operation Plan for Container Terminal in Gwangyang Port (광양항 컨테이너터미널의 장비 작업계획 우선순위 분석)

  • This paper is concerned about applying the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for a priority analysis of equipment operation plan to improve productivity of the container terminal in Gwangyang port. In this study, main elements of container terminal are assumed as into yard equipment area, transport equipment area, berth equipment area and C/Center area. A questionnaire is used to collect the opinions of equipment operating department and operational planning department. On the whole, the result of the analyses reveals that the most important area is yard equipment area. Examining each department is responses, equipment operating department preferred the C/Center area to other areas, on the other hand, operational planning department preferred yard equipment area. The result of this study suggests some guidelines for deciding priority of operation plan in the container terminal.

Development of Unmanned Remote Radiation Detection Module (무인 원격 방사선 검출 모듈 개발)

  • The designed drone-based unmanned remote radiation detection module was developed according to the needs of the nuclear power plant decommissioning workshop. Using the Geiger-Mueller tube sensitive to low-level radiation measurement, It was manufactured to measure the amount of radiation leaking into and out of the containment vessel. The drone-based radiation detection module weighs less than 200g, It can be operated inside and outside the containment vessel of a nuclear power plant. To check the performance of the designed equipment, a performance evaluation test was conducted with reference to the international standard (IEC-60864). The stability of the radiation detection module designed to meet the needs of the field the statistical rate of change by repeated measurements in the rate of change experiment to evaluate the measurement accuracy was ±4.6%. The accuracy ±7.3% in the linearity experiment to evaluate the dose rate dependence, the linear The figure satisfies the international performance evaluation standard of ±3.5%. The radiation detection module developed in this study is a customized equipment for a nuclear power plant dismantling workshop. It will be helpful for accurate measurement of space dose rate and safety management of radiation worksites in sites with a lot of radiation dust.

Suggestion of a Evaluation Method for Variation of Concrete Workability According to Pumping Condition through Lab-Scale Test (펌핑 조건에 따른 콘크리트 작업성 변화 실내 평가 방법 제안)

  • In this study, a new lab-scale test equipment was developed to evaluate the variation of concrete workability after pumping. The equipment was designed to simulate the pressure and shearing applied to concrete during actual pumping. In order to examine the feasibility of evaluating variation of concrete workability through lab-scale test equipment, real-scale pumping tests and lab-scale tests were performed together. The design strength of concrete used in the both tests was 24, 35, and 60MPa, and the length of pipe used in pumping tests was 130, 304, and 518m. The lab-scale tests were performed in consideration of actual pumping conditions(pressure, shearing, and pumping duration time). The workability(slump or slum flow) of concrete was measured before test, after the pumping test, and after lab-scale test. In all tests, workability of all concrete mixtures decreased. In addition, the results of both tests were measured greatly similarly.

  • 이 연구에서는 국토해양부 해양교통시설과 위성항법중앙사무소가 운영하고 있는 DGNSS 기준국의 신호수신환경을 파악하기 위해 관측자료의 TEQC 품질평가와 현장조사를 병행하였다. TEQC는 GPS 수신기로 관측한 원시자료를 RINEX형식으로 변환 편집하고, 관측자료의 품질을 점검하는데 이용하는 GPS 전처리 소프트웨어이다. TEQC 품질점검 기능을 통해 GPS 관측자료의 데이터수신율, L1과 L2 신호의 의사거리 다중경로오차, 사이클슬립에 관한 지수를 산출하였고, 이를 현장조사결과와 상호 비교하였다. 장기 관측 자료의 TEQC 품질지수 결과를 통하여 시간변화에 따른 관측소의 주변환경 및 장비변화 시점을 간접적으로 확인하였다.

사이버 아파트 네트워크 기본 설계에 관한 연구

  • 최근 정부(정보통신부)는 사이버 아파트를 포함하여 초고속 정보통신망을 2005년까지 구축하여 각 가정당 10Mbps의 고속 정보통신 서비스를 실현한다는 계획을 발표하고, 초고속 정보통신을 활성화하므로 정보통신 선진국 진입을 위하여 "초고속 정보통신 건물 인증제도"를 발표, 현재 시행하고 있다. (1999.7 제정발표) 그러나 시행 과정에서 아파트 중앙 관리실에 있는 MDF 이후의 광케이블과 기타 공사는 건설회사에서 시공하고 중앙 관리실 MDF 이전의 광케이블 공사와 중앙관리실 LAN시설 등의 공사는 통신 전문업체로 하여금, 입주자 별도 부담금으로 시공하고 있다. (컨소시엄 구성) 최근 아파트 분양열기 고조로 건설회사 마다 "초고속 정보통신 아파트"인증 1등급이라고 선전 및 분양광고 중인데 실제는 "1등급"이 아니고 "2등급" 또는 "3등급"인 경우가 있어, 정부가 목표하는 각 가정당 10Mbps, 개인당 2Mbps 고속정보통신 서비스는 실현성에 문제점이 있다. 정부의 인증심사 기준에 중앙관리실 장비 등에 대한 것은 심사기준에 누락되어 있고 또 사생활 정보보호를 위한 대응기술, 시스템 준비 정도까지 포함하여 종합적으로 평가한 뒤 인증을 부여하여야 한다는 것이 본인의 연구 초점이다. 사이버 아파트란 광통신을 주축으로 영상과 음성, 데이터를 자유자재로 전송 처리하는 초고속정보통신망을 이용하는 것으로 LAN 장비를 이용하여 각 세대간 통신은 물론 누구나 인터넷을 사용할 수 있는 기능이 있는 설계된 아파트를 말한다. 사이버 아파트의 네트워크에는 금융, 홈쇼핑, 예약, 지역정보, 관공서, 의료서비스, 레저 생활정보 등 차별화된 콘텐츠 확보가 필요하다. 본 연구의 핵심은 사이버 아파트의 현 실태와 문제점, 정부의 인증심사 기준의 미비점과 문제점, 사이버 아파트의 기능, 구성요소, 시스템 구축, 서버활용도, 장비들에 관한 것과 그리고 정부의 사이버 아파트 육성정책, 정보보호 대책과 관련업체들의 동향 등을 연구하여 요약 정리하였다.

Strength Evaluation of T-type Tubular Joints for Circular Section Multi-Column Wind Towers (원형단면 멀티기둥 풍력타워 적용 T형 강관조인트 강도 평가)

  • Due to reduced self weight and alleviated wind effect, the multi-column wind towers that consist of a number of circular tubes as vertical members interconnected with horizontal brace members can be a substitute for the large-scale single cylinder wind towers. It is critical to guarantee strengths of tubular joints where vertical and horizontal members are structurally connected in order to make the whole multi-column system behave as a single tower structure. In this study, strength evaluation has been conducted for T-type tubular joints that are applicable in multi-column towers. Four of available design codes, i.e., AISC, Eurocode3, ISO 19902, CIDECT have been investigated and predictor equations in the considered design codes were validated and discussed through parametric numerical study on slenderness ratios of chords and braces at joints.

Feasibility Study for Introducing Window Cleaning Device (유리창 청소작업의 자동화 장비 도입에 대한 타당성 분석)

  • In recent years, the demand for external window cleaning has increased, but the process is a very dangerous manpower-dependent operation. In addition, it is difficult to clean at the desired frequency in a business that values cleanliness. Therefore, there is a need to automate this work. This paper presents the concept of a device that can be attached to a specific window and clean the window continuously. The economic feasibility of this device was analyzed. The estimated manufacturing cost of the equipment was approximately 10 million won, but the possible investment cost was at least 9.8 million won for five years of endurance and 103 million won for 10 years of endurance. Therefore, the expected savings well exceed the equipment cost, and it was evaluated as having economic feasibility. Since this study analyzed only quantitative indicators, the expected cost reduction due to a reduction in safety accidents, productivity improvement, construction time reduction, and quality improvement was not considered. Therefore, it is expected that the calculated economic feasibility will be more accurate if the cost reduction effect by the automation equipment is calculated by adding the expected values not considered in this study.

Analysis of the Technology Adoption Impact Factors for Automated Construction Equipment (건설 자동화 장비 도입을 위한 기술도입 영향요인 분석)

  • New construction technologies, especially automated equipment, are rarely deployed on a construction site where many accidents and claims occur. This study analyzed and derived impact factors for technology adoption to improve the chance of adopting automated construction equipment to the field. First, impact factors were classified into functional and non-functional factors. Then the functional factors were divided into usability and functionality factors, and the non-functional factors into cost, construction property, and organization factors. Next, the importance and realization possibility of each impact factor were analyzed through a survey with experts. Usability and functionality were analyzed to have the highest importance and realization possibility. Lastly, the differences between construction companies and equipment development companies in the importance and realization possibility of each factor were analyzed. Construction companies recognized previous relationship, operator's attitude, members' will, and construction quality more important than equipment development companies.. The equipment development companies should consider these differences between the view of construction companies and that of equipment development companies on the impact factors. The result of this study can be used as a basis for evaluating for automated construction equipment in the preliminary development phase.

  • Cloud computing originated simply to request and execute the desired operation from the network of clouds. It means that an IT resource that provides a service using the Internet technology. It is getting the most attention in today's IT trends. In cloud computing networks, devices and data centers which are composed of the server, storage and application are connected over network. That is, data of computers in different physical locations are integrated using the virtualization technology to provide a service. Therefore cloud computing system is a key information resource, standardized methods and assessment system are required. In this paper, we aims to derive the parameters and information for research of technical standards stability evaluation method associated with various cloud computing equipment.
