An Effective Preference Model to Improve Top-N Recommendation (상위 N개 항목의 추천 정확도 향상을 위한 효과적인 선호도 표현방법)

  • Collaborative filtering is a technique that effectively recommends unrated items for users. Collaborative filtering is based on the similarity of the items evaluated by users. The existing top-N recommendation methods are based on pair-wise and list-wise preference models. However, these methods do not effectively represent the relative preference of items that are evaluated by users, and can not reflect the importance of each item. In this paper, we propose a new method to represent user's latent preference by combining an existing preference model and the notion of inverse user frequency. The proposed method improves the accuracy of existing methods by up to two times.

  • 게임의 평가모델은 게임의 성공적 개발을 위하여 다양한 방향으로 연구되어 왔다. 특히 게임의 사전 평가는 게임의 성공을 견인하는 중요 요소로 인식되어 왔다. 다양한 장르의 게임을 평가하는 연구가 있어왔으나 4차 산업을 대두로 기술적 발달에 근거한 가상현실 게임과 증강 현실 게임 평가 항목은 연구 결과가 많지 않았다. 특히 증강 현실 게임에 중점하여 평가 항목을 연구한 결과는 전무한 상태이며 온라인 게임 등 다른 장르의 게임 평가항목을 이용하여 왔다. 특히 게임의 재미 요소를 근간으로 하는 평가 항목을 적용하기에는 어려움이 따르며 장르 및 플렛폼에 따라 평가 항목이 다양하여 증강 현실에 적합한 평가 항목을 개발하여 이를 적용하여 유용성을 확인한다.

  • The Korean government, as of last year, is attempting to introduce a competitive system in the rail-market. However there are some pertinent issues which need to be addressed in order to select the best possible organization for optimum railway traffic control. As there are no standard guidelines in selecting an agency, objective evaluation factors need to be properly applied to ensure the best possible decision is made. Through literature review and various interviews with experts, appropriate criteria were selected to evaluate the suitability of each potential operator. As generally mentioned, both safety and efficiency play vital roles in the selection process but in addition, there are other factors such as security and fairness, which also need to be considered. The individual weight of these factors were calculated by the AHP, in which three groups of experts were interviewed to acquire their expertise. According to the results, as a potential operator, the score of a railway operating company and the management cooperation of railway is 2.75 and 3.85, respectively. In the future, in preparation towards becoming a competitive rail-market, this research is expected to assist in choosing the best party to control the rail traffic system.

The Application of the AHP Analysis Method to Prepare the Selection Standards for the Target Site of Check Dams (사방댐 대상지 선정 기준마련을 위한 AHP 분석기법의 적용)

  • By applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method, we calculated the weight of factors related to the selection of check dam sites and generated basic data related to the selection of the target site. As a result of the AHP classification, three evaluation items(Susceptibility, Vulnerability, and Constructability), 12 evaluation factors (Susceptibility 10, Vulnerability, and Constructability 1), and two-six evaluation criteria in each evaluation factor were selected. After calculating the relative importance by using the selected evaluation items, evaluation factors, and criteria, the vulnerability items such as medical facilities, facilities for the aged, educational facilities, and private homes were found to be higher than the other items. When the relative weight for deciding qualified sites was applied to the forest watersheds in the Gangwon region, 8,601 forest watersheds(35.2 % of the total forest watersheds) were found to be suitable for the installation of check dams.

  • 오늘날 수자원 관리의 중요성과 관심이 매우 커지는 가운데 신뢰도 높은 수문자료의 생산은 매우 중요하다. 나아가 기후변화에 따른 집중호우 등을 고려했을 때 효율적인 수문자료 확보를 위해 수문관측소에 대한 객관적인 평가지표와 지점 중요도, 현장에서의 측정 및 하천환경 변화 등의 다양한 검토가 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 환경부 2019년 낙동강 수계 측정지점을 대상으로 관측소의 객관적인 평가지표, 즉 관측소 설치목적에 따른 지점 중요도(하천 대표 유역, 홍수 및 갈수 예 경보, 유지유량, 갈수모니터링 등)를 고려한 관측소 평가를 실시하였다. 아울러 각 지점에 대한 측정경험과 하천환경 변화에 대한 모니터링 자료를 바탕으로 측정 지점의 난이도와 관측소 변화 여부에 대한 평가 항목을 7가지로 분류, 평가하였다. 단순히 현장경험과 실용성에 중점을 둔 평가항목은 다소 주관적인 판단이 들어갈 수 있기 때문에 의사 결정 과정에서 데이터에 대한 가중치를 부여할 수 있는 엔트로피 기법을 적용하여 관측소 평가결과에 반영하였다. 그 결과 관측소 중요도가 높은 필수 지점 뿐 만 아니라 현장 여건이 고려되지 못한 지점들, 지점 특성에 따라 이설 및 관측망 조정이 필요한 지점도 다소 존재하였다. 효율적인 측정지점 선정을 위해서 관측소의 설치목적 뿐 만 아니라 설계홍수량이나 하천설계기준 수립 등의 객관적인 평가지표와 하천환경 변화 나아가 경제성 검토 등 다양한 요소의 추가적인 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

A Study on the Perception and Satisfaction with School Food Service among High School Students in the Busan and Kyungnam Area (부산.경남지역 고등학교 학생들의 급식 중요도와 만족도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate student's perception of their high school foodservice in the Busan and Kyungnam area. For this study, questionnaires were distributed to 254 students in 6 high schools in the Busan and Kyungnam area. The students assessed the importance and performance of school foodservice at 3.90/5.00 and 3.25/5.00 respectively. The importance mean scores of students were showed significantly(p<0.001) higher in sanitation and freshness of food items than any other factor while showed lowest in the frequency of dessert offering and the diversity of dessert items. The analysis result revealed that two factors, the diversity of dessert items and the harmony of main dishes and desserts, should be urgently improved. This result is expected to provide a school foodservice management team with useful information in its food service operation.

Development of User's Evaluation Criteria for VJ Broadcasting Program (VJ 방송프로그램의 수용자 평가척도 개발)

  • As the broadcasting programs produced by VJ are increasing, every broadcasting company has doubts as to how their program evaluations derive the objective evaluation results and proposes their own tailored program evaluation methods considering the change of the production system. The proposed quality evaluation items represent a new model in terms of the perfectness of VJ broadcasting program production and are used as a way to revise the current evaluation methods of the broadcasting companies. To derive the items which help to find the problems of VJ broadcasting programs, 30 specialists, such as PDs, VJs, and professors, are chosen as a specialist group, and the first experiment is performed to select the evaluation items of VJ broadcasting programs. Based on the result of the degree of importance of the evaluation items, 9 VJ program evaluation items are made. Also, the second experiment is performed in order to verify the proposed evaluation criteria. As a result of the experiment, the reliability of the proposed evaluation method is .939, which is proved to be significant. The selection of the quality evaluation items considering only the VJ broadcasting programs turns out to be significant as a new quality evaluation criterion.

  • This study aims to suggest the detailed evaluation criteria based on performances for rock slopes. Using the previous research result, final evaluation items are proposed considering characteristics and similarities of each evaluation item. Weight for each evaluation item is deducted using AHP method, verification for suggested evaluation criteria is conducted based on correlation analysis. The research results as follows. All evaluation items have a high statistical correlation with final evaluation result(safety rating). Especially, items of the "rockfall", "ground deformation", "discontinuity characteristic", "instable lithology" were shown the highest in relative correlation coefficient(R), It is judged that items and weight presented in this study well reflect characteristics of rock slopes.

  • A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.
