This study attempts to suggest an improvement plan of the currently prescribed record classification standard table as the guidance to select and assess the public records of local governments. For this purpose, this study utilized the methodologies of literature review, survey, and experts' assessments. It investigated the current situation on unit tasks and preservation periods targeting major functions of 'construction and architecture' in the record management standard table in the 9 provinces, and it also deduced the characteristics and problems of unit task and preservation period by comparing and analyzing the unit task and preservation period utilized in more than 3 provinces. Based on the results from the analysis on the current situation and comparison, this study deduced the new unit tasks and preservation periods. And the evaluation targeting practitioners and expertise was conducted, and then the revised design plan was finally presented 4 medium- function items, 18 small - function items operated in more than 4 provinces, 47 unit task items, which led to the total 69 items. This study can be utilized as a guidance for establishing the record management standard table based on the uniqueness and originality of public record of local governments and the task function and organization of institutions in the future.

The present study proposes a phased model to assess the lifecycle $CO_2$ amount of concrete structures. The considered system boundary is from cradle to recycling, which includes constituent material, transportation, batching and mixing in ready-mixed concrete plant, use and demolition of structure, and crushing and recycling of demolished concrete. The $CO_2$ uptake of concrete by carbonation during lifetime (40 years) of a structure and the recycling life (20 years) after demolition is estimated using a simple approach generalized to predict the carbonation depth from the surfaces of concrete element and recycled aggregates. Based on the proposed phased model, a performance evaluation table is realized to straightforwardly examine the lifecycle $CO_2$ amount of concrete structures. The proposed model demonstrates that the contribution of ordinary portland cement (OPC) to lifecycle $CO_2$ emission of the concrete structure occupies approximately 85%. Furthermore, the $CO_2$ uptake is estimated to be approximately 15~18% of the lifecycle $CO_2$ emissions of concrete structures, which corresponds to be 19~22% of the emissions from OPC production. Overall, the proposed $CO_2$ performance table is expected to be practically useful as a guideline to determine the $CO_2$ emission or uptake at each phase of concrete structures.

한국어 서답형 문항의 자동채점 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 모범답안, 오답, 부분점수 부여를 위한 세부적인 내용을 채점 기준표로 기술해야 한다. 자동채점에 필요한 구체적인 사항들을 기술하기 위하여 XML 형식으로 정답 템플릿을 정의하였다. 채점에 필요한 내용을 단위 개념으로 정의하고 이를 컴퓨터가 엑세스 가능한 형태의 정답 템플릿을 설계하였다. 정답 템플릿 형식에 맞게 편리하게 템플릿을 작성할 수 있는 작성 도구를 이용하여 학업 성취도평가 각 문항에 대한 채점 기준표를 정답 템플릿으로 작성하여 채점기준표를 작성하는 실험을 수행하였다.

The National Archives & Records Service of the Korea stated clearly the nature of the 'Korean Disposition Schedule' as records retention schedule which prescribe from creation to disposition of the records. With a point of this view, this study examine a definition and preparing procedures about the records retention schedule that is sub-system of the records management and present a way how understand and evaluate the 'Korean Disposition Schedule.'

Trust in government agencies is closely related to accountability. The key strategy to increase public accountability is to document the processes and outcomes of their key tasks and policies adequately. The purpose of this study is to suggest a redesign of the records appraisal policy to enhance the accountability of government agencies. Applying the newly introduced concept of appraisal in ISO 15489-1: 2016, the relationship between accountability and appraisal is articulated and the problems of records appraisal systems in terms of accountability are analyzed. Based on this analysis, it suggests the principles for reforming the appraisal policies well as the redesign of the current disposition authorities as a key tool for appraisal, and the introduction of records disposal freeze system.

Previous studies have shown that the ex-ante financial ratios, mainly used by financial institutions for loan evaluation purpose, are related to the ex-post finn's performance of venture firm's. The main objective of this study is to examine whether non-financial variables such as 'technology', 'marketability', and 'other business indexes' have extra explanatory power in forecasting the ex-post firm's performance of small and medium size venture firm's in Korea. The implications and results of this study are expected to be useful in loan evaluation, investment decision and internal management decisions of venture firms. Among small and medium sized manufacturing firms funded in the year of 1999 through 2005, 416 firms are selected for our analysis. The relationship between evaluation indexes and firm's success/failure is investigated using binary logistic regression analysis and factor analysis with an aid of SPSS program. The summarized results are as follows. First, current evaluation model, used for loan evaluation purpose for small and medium size manufacturing firms show the same discriminatory power as previous prediction model. Second, among the tested additional variables, significant indices are 'technological capability of CEO', 'managerial capability of CEO', and 'business feasibility'. Third, while previous studies on evaluation structure had 3 factors, this study showed that valuation's structure has 6 factors.

After the revision of the Enforcement Decree of the Public Records Act, the archives created a management standard table for data set records management and performed management and control. Therefore, in this study, the data set record identification procedure and evaluation index were developed for systematic data set record management of archives. By applying this, a management standard table was prepared after identifying the records of 8 datasets in kr's electronic procurement system, and the evaluation was carried out according to the evaluation index, and the retention period, transfer, and collection were determined. It is hoped that this case study will be of practical use to the archives at a time when concrete examples of procedures for the management of dataset records are lacking.
