본 연구는 국방품질경영시스템인증을 취득한 군수업체의 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 인증동기와 인증 후 효과를 파악하자 한다. 연구결과 인증 동기는 경영자의 의지와 회사 업무발전의 동기가 높게 나타났고 기간이 지남에 따라 동기가 강하게 변화하고 있다. 인증 취득 후에는 대외 신뢰도와 의식변화에 대한 효과가 높고 인증의 유지로 인한 업무능률 향상과 매출이익이 증가하는 것으로 파악되었다. 그리고 국방품질인증 심사에 대한 평가는 합리적이고 객관적인이란 항목에 높은 반응을 보이고 있으나 수검의 용이성에 대한 만족도가 낮고 합리성과 전문성은 인증기간이 지남에 따라 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 인증유지를 하는데 애로사항은 정보 및 자료부족, 부서간 협조부족, 규격이해 및 전문 인력부족 등 기업 내부적인 문제점을 발견하여 개선을 위한 필요성이 제기 되었다.

소프트웨어 개발 기관에서는 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 방법을 적용하고 있다. 자체적인 품질관리 부서나 제3자 기관의 소프트웨어 품질감리와 평가를 통한 객관적인 품질향상 방안들을 활용하고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 정부 차원에서도 소프트웨어 품질평가 및 인증을 통해 소프트웨어의 품질을 공인함으로써 개발기관에서도 소프트웨어 품질향상을 위한 노력을 제고할 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 소프트웨어 구매자로 하여금 품질이 인증된 소프트웨어를 구매할 수 있도록 유도함으로서 소프트웨어 품질 문제로 인한 경제적, 사회적 위험 요인을 최소화할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다. 최근, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증에 관한 국가적인 체계가 구축되고 실질적인 인증활동이 수행되고 있으나 인증의 관점에서 확립되어 있는 표준화된 절차가 미흡하여 품질인증을 위한 표준적인 절차의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질인증 기관의 관점에서 활용할 수 있는 소프트웨어 품질인증 체계와 프로세스를 구축하여 품질인증 과정에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있도록 고려하여 각 단계별 세부 절차 및 각 절차별 활동을 구축하였다.

As the functions and technology of IT security solution has been diversified and complicated, it is necessary to make the functions standardized. The common criteria (CC) evaluation and certification scheme was introduced with this background in 2000. For over 10 years after the introduction of CC evaluation and certification scheme, many security solution vendors have developed functions following the security functional requirement in CC. Most of CC evaluators and developers think that CC has helped to enhance the security of the solution. So, it is a right time to prove the affirmative effects of CC in quantity. In this research, we compare two cases, the security status of the solution before and after the experience of CC evaluation, and analyze the results. We made the questionnaire for the domestic solutions vendors. We show that CC has made positive effects on the security of the solution quantitatively using statistical analysis. This research is meaningful security enhancement of domestic security solutions.

최근, 소프트웨어 업체들의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선(SPI) 관련 인증 여부는 기업 경쟁력의 핵심적인 요인으로 그 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있다. 일반적으로, CMM 인증 획득을 위한 심사 과정에는 많은 시간과 경비가 .소요되므로, 보다 높은 수준의 인증을 효과적으로 획득하기 위해서는 사전에 인증 심사에 대비한 전략적 노력이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CMM인증 획득 준비를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 목적으로, EAM(Enabler-Based Assessment Methodology)을 제시하고, 기업에 적용한 사례를 소개한다.

The evaluation procedure of friendly-environment Preliminary certification is traditionally done by hand. It takes much time and a lot of manpower. Sometimes it is subject to the evaluator's experience. The solution to these problems is to systematize the evaluation procedure. The system can provide an objective standard for evaluation. It can develop more reliable standard, prevent errors, and save time. Therefore, this research suggests the evaluation system using the architectural information based BIM. To do this, the current study examines the possibility of evaluation system of friendly-environment Preliminary certification.

IT산업이 발달하고 고도화 됨에 따라 소프트웨어가 차지하는 비중이 점차 높아지고 있다. 국내의 경우 정보통신부가 2001년 하반기부터 소프트웨어업체 사업자 평가제도를 도입/시행 중으로 이에 따라 소프트웨어 개발/관리 조직들은 소프트웨어 품질 평가 심사모형인 5티CE 및 CMM의 등급 인증획득과 등급 상향을 위해 큰 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이중 SPICE 인증의 신뢰성이나 효과에 대한 충분한 검증 및 연구가 이루어 지고 있지 않아, 본 논문에서는 특히 SPICE 등급을 인증받은 조직이 비인증 조직과 비교하여 품질 및 성과에 차이를 보이는지 조사하였다. 자료수집의 한계에도 불구하고 본 논문을 통해 SPICE 인증 조직이 비인증 조직보다. 프로젝트 품질 성과 및 조직성과 측면에서 어떤 개선효과를 거두고 있는지 특히 피심사부서의 담당관련자들을 중심으로 조사, 분석하여 그 결과를 요약하였다.

The purpose of this study was to grasp which effect the healthcare accreditation has on hospital employees' satisfaction level and hospital management performance by comparatively analyzing between accreditation hospital and non-accreditation hospital. As for difference in hospital employees' satisfaction level according to accreditation system, the incentive payment and pride of own task at the accreditation hospital and the hospital management effect were indicated to have positive(+) influence with statistically significant difference upon the item such as accuracy of task performance owing to the business standardization. It was indicated that hospital employees' satisfaction is high at the accreditation hospital and that the higher satisfaction level leads to having influence upon the effect of hospital management. What a country differentiates medical bill or supports medical equipment for medical institution that acquired accreditation is considered to be a plan for activation that can allow non-accreditation hospitals to be able to participate positively in the voluntary accreditation system.

The aim of this paper is to evaluate policy impact of Inno-biz verification and Venture verification, especially focusing on the complementarity effect according to the overlapped support in Korean ICT industry. Alongside the implementation of various government innovation policies, discussions regarding evaluations of such policies have been consistently undertaken in economics, because it is very important to evaluate whether public policies have played a proper role. However, one of the distinguished point of this research from previous studies is that this paper not only includes evaluations of a single policy, but also the discussion about interaction between different innovation policies. The main result of this paper is that, in the case of overlapping homogeneous policies such as Inno-biz and venture verification, the complementarity effect is negative. Compared with previous studies, the uniqueness of this research is as follows. First, deviating from the view of previous studies that focused on the evaluation of a single policy, this paper has considered interactions and the complementarity effect of innovation policy through "policy mix," an economic term. Second, based on this concept, the paper suggests an analysis framework for the evaluation of interactions and the complementarity effect of innovation policy.

고도로 발전하고 있는 건설산업과 소비자의 요구가 점차 세분화 되면서 객관적인 평가기능을 갖추고 있는 품질경영시스템이 지난 1992년부터 건설업계에 도입됨에 따라 건설업계는 시공의 표준화가 정착되어 가는 중이다. 최근에는 환경 및 안전.보건에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 건설업계는 환경.안전보건경영시스템 획득으로 기업경영의 우수성을 객관적으로 인증 받는 추세이다. 설비건설업계의 경우 환경경영시스템(ISO 14001)을 인증 받은 업체가 36개사, 안전보건경영시스템(K-OHSMS 18001)은 2개사, 안전경영시스템(KOSHA 18001, 건설업)은 3개사가 인증을 받는 등 아직 초기단계에 있으나 점차 확대될 전망이다. 환경.안전보건경영시스템을 인증 받을 경우 금융기관의 기술신용평가시 가산점 부여, 시공능력평가시 가산점 부여, 기술비 세액공제, 인증획득 자금지원, 융자신청시 가산점 부여, 기업실무자 교육비지원 등의 혜택이 주어지나, 무엇보다도 지속적인 관리로 업무의 질적 향상과 체계적인 관리를 통해 한 단계 업그레이드 가능한 것을 장점으로 꼽을 수 있다. 본지는 환경·안전보건경영시스템 인증 절차 및 인증시 효과에 대해 알아본다.

이공계 위기론을 해결하기 위해 ABET주도로 시작된 공학교육인증은 우리나라에도 도입되었으며 성과중심교육을 기본철학으로 하는 공학교육인증에서 프로그램 학습성과의 평가는 매우 중요하다. ABEEK에서 강조하고 있는 교과기반평가(Course Embedded Assessment, 이하 CEA)는 그 유용성에도 불구하고 학습성과 연계와 코스 연계 등이 전산시스템으로 지원되지 않아 교육현장에서 잘 반영되지 않는 문제점이 있으며 이로 인해 인증을 위한 자체평가보고서 작성시 PD교수들의 어려움이 있다. 이에 운영자들의 의견을 반영하여 CEA평가 시스템을 구현하기 위한 사용자 권한 중심의 요구분석과 시스템 설계를 진행 하였다.
