현재 국내의 침윤소화약제 기술기준은 심부화재 진압용 침윤소화약제의 기술기준인 '소화약제의 형식승인 및 제품검사의 기술기준 고시(2012-57호)'에서 물리적 기술기준인 표면장력에 대한 기준만 존재하며, 침윤소화약제의 성능평가 실험은 NFPA 18에서 명시하고 있는 실험방법으로 국한되어 있어 이를 통한 침윤소화약제의 실질적인 성능평가는 어려운 실정이다. 이 때문에 명확하고 구체적인 침윤소화약제의 성능평가 기법을 제시하기 위해 실험기기를 자체 개발하였으며, NFPA18의 침윤소화약제 성능평가와 자체 개발한 실험기기를 이용한 성능평가의 결과를 비교 분석하여 최적화된 성능평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 앞서 본 연구에서는 NFPA 18상에 명시되어 있는 심부화재 테스트를 동일 조건으로 진행하여, 수돗물과 침윤소화약제의 성능 비교에 대한 변별력을 확인하였다.

정보기술에 대한 투자가 증대되고 그 전략적 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 정보시스템의 효과성 평가문제는 실무적으로나 학문적으로나 중요한 이슈중의 하나가 되었다. 정보시스템의 효과성은 보는 관점에 따라 여러 가지의 개념을 내포하고 있어 단일의 기준으로는 평가될 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 효과성을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 평가의 목적에 따라 적절한 기준을 선택할 수 있도록 하는 개념적 틀을 구축하였다. 조직이론에서 제시하고 있는 효과성 평가의 세가지 접근방법인 자원획득 접근법, 내부과정 접근법, 목표달성 접근법을 정보시스템의 기능인 정보기술의 가치부가 활동에 적용하여 정보기술의 획득, 정보기술의 전환, 정보기술의 활용이라는 세가지 평가영역을 도출하였다. 또한 평가기준의 완전성 정도에 따라 각 영역별 세부 평가기준과 대표적인 측정치를 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 품질향상을 위하여 정보시스템 감리결과를 종합적, 체계적으로 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 기존 감리보고서 위주보다는, 감리 산출물과 행위를 기준에 기반을 두어 평가하였다. 감리행위도 하나의 프로젝트이므로 중요한 성공요인을 평가기준으로 하였고, 감리 산출물도 하나의 프로덕트이므로 프로덕트 평가 프레임워크를 명가기준으로 하였다 따라서 18개 행위, 산출물 명가항목을 도출하여 각각 5단계 배분의 가중치를 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다 각 평가항목에 대하여는 세분화된 평가요소를 도출하여 어떻게, 무엇을 평가한다는 것을 명확히 하였다. 이러한 평가기준에 따른 방안은 감리결과에 대한 신뢰성, 정당성을 높이며. 이는 감리에 대한 정확성, 객관성이 보편적으로 인식되어 그 효과성이 더욱 높아진다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 평가기준에 기반하여 평가$\square$인증 받은 침입탐지시스템 제품의 대다수를 차지하는 K4 등급의 보안기능요구사항과 공통평가기준 보안기능요구사항을 본 논문에서 설정한 보안목적과 자산에 기반하여 비교 분석함으로써 이들 보안기능요구사항간의 호환 가능성을 검토하고 상호 호환되지 않는 K4 보안기능요구사항에 대해서는 새로운 공통평가기준 기반 기능 컴포넌트의 필요성을 제시한다.

This study is to examine the basic structure of the professional development of school librarians and to analyze the national evaluation standards, and the states' evaluation tools and self-assessment tool currently used in the United States. The result is as follows: the structure of the school librarians' professional development processes, such as curriculum, certificate, and evaluation, have been affected by the national school library standards published by AASL. NBPTS's Library Media Standards and AASL's Learning4Life evaluation system are proposed as the representative national standards. Many states have developed their standards and tools to evaluate school librarians' performance, these standards are related to the national standards. AASL published A 21st-Century Approach to School Librarian Evaluation for school librarians' self-assessment in 2012, this workbook shows a specific way of developing their expertise.

The study aims to analyze the records management reference tables currently being utilized and to provide directions on how should be redesigned in the future to operate as a appraisal tool for national archives. From the perspective of "what records should be the national archives", it was intended to analyze the records management reference tables, particularly in the environmental public authorities, and to propose future improvements. The main focus of the analysis is on appraising records that need to be preserved as national archives, and therefore, prior to analysis of the tables, it examines whether the archival selection criteria are clearly presented. Subsequently, the study is conducted how to implement this criteria through the records management reference table of each agency and how its implementation system will be constructed. The analysis will be focused on Ministry of Environment's records management reference table and records schedules or appraisal/selection tools of the central and federal institutions that perform environmental functions in U.S., Australia, and UK.

In this study, the contents of the revised curriculum in 2007 for the area of 'Information Society and Information Technology' in 'Informatics subject matter for middle school have been analyzed. In addition, evaluation standards have been suggested based on the achievement standards, which have been detailed according to the analyzed results in the study. Since the suggested achievement and evaluation standards have been developed based on the revision of the curriculum, the results in this study are expected to be helpful especially in 2010 for teaching and learning activities such as setting up the educational objects for teaching and learning, developing evaluation methods, improving the teaching and learning methods, setting the level and range of teaching and learning area, and etc.

정보보호시스템 공통평가기준(정보통신부고시 제2002-40호)에 의해 정보보호시스템을 평가받기 위해 개발자는 해당평가보증등급의 보증패키지에 속하는 보증컴포넌트에서 요구하는 평가제출물을 작성하여야 한다. 공통평가기준에서는 평가제출물에 대한 작성방법을 제공하고 있지 않으므로 개발자가 평가제출물을 작성하는데 어려움이 있다. 본 고에서는 개발자가 공통평가기준에 기반한 평가제출물을 용이하게 작성할 수 있도록 적용될 수 있는 평가제출물 작성 방법론(순차방식, 병행방식)을 제시한다.

The increase of social interest for the e-Learning industry leads to the increase of e-learning contents and the system providers which are targeted at private education companies and public institutions. As the e-Learning is used in various areas, the evaluation for evaluation criteria and suitability are needed to provide a high-quality service and reliability. Previous works suggested the evaluation criteria for quality certification, however, the technical evaluation criteria are not provided. In this paper, we suggest the technical evaluation criteria for quality certification of e-Learning contents and describe the detailed features. Through the proposed work, we can establish the technical evaluation criteria and suggest detailed evaluation items for them by providing examples. It is expected that the proposed study is able to be utilized in e-Learning industry, if the policy is reflected and notified according to the feedback of the results of the trial service.
