A Study on Development of Computer Teaching -Learning Model through Analysising Other Subject Teaching-Learning Model (타교과 수업모형 분석을 통한 컴퓨터교과 수업 모형의 개발에 관한 연구)

  • 현행 7차 교육과정에서는 정보통신기술을 재량활동 시간을 이용하여 필수적으로 36시간 이상의 수업을 하도록 전장하고 있다. 이에 각 시 도에서는 자체적으로 교재를 개발하고 그에 따른 교사용 지도서도 나와 있다. 그러나 컴퓨터 내용학에 관한 교수 모형은 타 교과에서 만들어진 것을 차용하거나 컴퓨터 교과에 무리하게 적용한 것이 대부분이라 하겠다. 또한 컴퓨터 내용학보다는 소프트웨어를 다루는 기능 위주의 교육 내용 편성이 대부분이라 내용학을 다루는 것은 극히 일부라 하겠다. 이에 본 연구는 컴퓨터 내용학의 교수 모형을 제시하여 초등학교에서의 컴퓨터 내용학을 가르치는데 도움이 되고자 한다. 또한 현재 응용 소프트웨어 활용에 연연하고 있는 재량 활동 시간의 정보통신교육보다는 앞으로 정규교과목으로 지정될 것을 전제로 컴퓨터 내용학을 중심으로 한 교수 모형을 제안하고자 한다.

  • 디지털 방송이 본격적으로 시작되고 각 가정에 디지털 TV의 보급이 많이 이루어짐에 따라 사용자들이 시청할 수 있는 채널 및 프로그램의 수는 기존의 공중파 환경과 비교하여 폭발적으로 증가하였다. 채널의 수가 수백 개로 늘어나기 때문에 사용자가 자신이 원하는 프로그램을 찾기 위해서는 리모콘을 누르거나 방송 편성표를 검색하는 것과 같은 많은 시간과 노력을 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 사용자의 프로파일과 선호도 정보를 분석하여 사용자의 취향에 적합한 프로그램을 추천해줄 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수백 개의 채널에서 방송되는 프로그램 및 사용자의 선호도 정보를 분석하여 사용자가 원하는 프로그램을 추천해주고 시청 히스토리를 분석하여 사용자 모델을 동적으로 갱신하는 기법을 제안한다.

  • 성공적인 SW 교육을 위해서는 학습자를 직접적으로 가르치는 교수자의 역량이 매우 중요하다. 중학교와 고등학교에는 SW와 관련된 정보 과목이 편성되어 있어 컴퓨터교육을 전공한 교사들이 교육을 계속적으로 진행하기 때문에 정보 과목에 대한 교수내용지식을 계속해서 계발할 수 있지만 초등교사들은 이러한 기회를 가지지 못한채 SW 교육을 진행할 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 초등학생에게 효과적으로 SW 관련 내용을 교육하기 위한 초등교사 교육 프로그램을 어떠한 형태로 설계해야 할지에 대해 논의하였다.

A Study on the Management of Local Channel and Renewed License of Cable TV System Operator in Korea (케이블TV SO의 지역채널 운영 및 재허가 심사에 관한 연구)

  • This study explores the management of cable local channel and its related issue of renewed license. Programming of the local channel is the special obligation duty on the cable system operators(SO) under the article 70 (3) of the Broadcast Act. The law provides that SO should operate a local channel which produce, program and transmit the local information, a broadcast program guide and the official announcement items etc. under the conditions as prescribed by Presidential Decree. And the article 55 of the Enforcement Decree defines the scope of broadcast program which transmit through the local channels. And the Korea Communications Commission(KCC) grants a renewed licence 3-5 years based on the level of contribution to the development of local community under the article 31 of the Broadcasting Act and the Rules of Broadcast Evaluation. However, the management of local channel does not give the operators real benefit for the investment of a significant cost, and it could be a reason why the local channel programming has not been vitalizing despite of the legal coercion. To solve the several research questions, this study used in-depth interviews with the experts concerned and literature review for the government documents. The result shows that each SO local channel schedule almost 24 hour a day, but much of them is the repeat programming. In addition to that, the outcome reveals that the scale of the cost investment on the local channel is decreasing and the evaluation score of its management is not so positive figures. These result indicates that the policy of the cable local channel needs revised policy alternatives or paradigm on the basis of realistic goals.

  • These days, school education is making every possible effort to bring up a human able to opposed creatively to 21 century social, because of society is global and informational step by step. For this, the special activity in the seventh curriculum is expended and reorganized from three areas to five areas. On the other hand, the special activity is pushed ahead with the developmental activity in consideration of student's ability and aptitude. However, the teachers are difficult to organize of the developmental activity in based on student's ability and aptitude. Because of developmental activity is organized in the beginning of a term, not only the teachers are fallen to realize student's ability and aptitude but also students ignore ability and aptitude themselves. Therefore this paper designs a program based on MI(Multiple Intelligence) theory to compose developmental activity effectively. Up to now, MI is introduced nine kinds of intelligence, Linguistic Intelligence, Logical-Mathematical Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence, Naturalist Intelligence, and Existentialist intelligence. this paper designs the K-MIDAS test[1] based on seven kinds of intelligence areas and implements developmental activity program suit to student's ability and aptitude based on the MI test result.

The Influence of the Organization and Implementation of the Curriculum on Teachers' Characteristics and Schools' Peculiarities in Specialized Industry High Schools (교사 및 학교별 특성이 특성화 공업계 고등학교의 교육과정 편성 및 운영에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between teachers' characteristics and schools' peculiarities and to analyze relevant variables which influence the organization and implementation of the curriculum in specialized industry high schools. Subject were 414 teachers in specialized industry high school. The main result of this study are as follows. First, according to teachers' sex distinction, position, teaching experience, career of industry-related companies, subtle stress difference were found in establishment of education programs, relevance of educational activity, propriety of equipment. Second, in case of schools' subject of establishment, dormitory, specialized types, number of class, type of the sex of recruitment, subtle difference were found in connectivity of graders and subjects, relevance of the organization of education activity, substantial curriculum, push ahead with specialized high school. Third, measures to support development of specialized curriculum arrange sub-items in order of frequency. The way we understand things on vocational education must be settled without delay.

  • In this study, we conducted to derive some implications by analyzing the computer education framework proposed by K12CS in the United States in order to organize the software curriculum and conceptualization of computational thinking in Korea. First, we discussed the use of the term Computational Thinking as a Computing Thinking in Korea and compare it with the concept presented in the US curriculum. we derived that Computing Thinking and Computational Thinking are different in the focus and scope of problem solving. Second, considering the fact that Korean software curriculum does not consider the hierarchy according to the school and the grade, we reconstructed the curriculum based on the core practices and concepts which were suggested by the organization of K-12 Computer Science in the United States.

  • Commercialism of journalism adheres to short-term profit, and the decrease in quality. Commercialization means the process that is deepened low quality of journalism. It is for a purpose and a means to have been transposed. The mid term of 1990's, deregulation of media and commercialism of journalism were gaining power in the developed countries. Korea has come to the similar condition which is most laws of press and broadcasting are deregulated. There is also concern to the commercialization of journalism in Korea. Four broadcasting channels (cross-ownership media) enter in media market, and a huge change is expected. It is for concern regarding commercialization of journalism not to stop to a baseless anxiety. In order to consider more deeply the problems of commercialism, I have approached instances of the art world and the developed countries. Through this, I declared the importance of ethics of journalists.

  • This study proposed an IT convergence curriculum for educating the Non-Commissioned Officers. This program was produced by the comprehensive reference to the curriculums of military academies and systematic and rational modelling. The key features of the proposed curriculum are to consolidate the following three areas to meet the needs of the NCO, a recipient of the education. First, IT related subjects were posed as a mainstay of the curriculum that is critical for the scientific and information advancement of the forces. Second, the military leadership courses were included in the effective management of the soldiers. Third, military counseling certificate courses were included, a ground breaking trial nationally. In addition to this, we presented a characterized courses that focus on hands-on skills and knowledge for performing the duties of the NCO.

  • US is strengthening the information security by managing federal agency's information and information system systematically. For this purpose. US government put the Federal Information Security Management Act into the E Government Act of 2002. According to the FISMA, it is required to have information securitv management plan for all federal agencies. In addition that, OMB Circular A II requires all federal agencies to identity the ratio of information security investment. That is the basis of strengthening the information security of federal agency, This paper will compare the budget status and information security mechanism of Korea and US.
