주요 컨테이너 터미널의 정보화 수준 분석에 관한 연구

  • 오늘날 정보기술은 항만 운영을 위한 필수적인 기술에 해당되며 항만의 경쟁력을 가늠하는 척도로도 항만의 정보화 수준은 매우 중요한 가치를 지닌다. 그러나, 항만의 정보화 수준에 대한 연구는 아직까지 매우 부족하고 최근의 수행된 선행연구의 경우에도 정보화 수준을 평가하는 지수를 개발하는데 주안점을 두고 있어, 컨테이너 터미널들의 실질적인 정보화 수준의 측정과 분석에 관한 연구가 결여되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 첨에 주목하여, 우리나라 주요 터미널의 정보화 수준을 분석하고, 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 선행연구의 지수모텔에서 고려되지 못했던 계층간 상호중복성 등을 고려하여 보다 명확한 지수모델을 수립하여 주요 컨테이너 터미널의 정보화 수준을 분석하였다.

  • Clustering is one of important data mining techniques known as exploratory data analysis and is being applied in various engineering and scientific fields such as pattern recognition, remote sensing, and so on. The method organizes data by abstracting underlying structure either as a grouping of individuals or as a hierarchy of groups. Weather radar observes atmospheric objects by utilizing reflected signals and stores observed data in corresponding coordinate. To analyze the radar data, it is needed to be separately organized precipitation and non-precipitation echo based on similarities. Thus, this paper studies to apply clustering method to radar data. In addition, in order to solve the problem when precipitation echo locates close to non-precipitation echo, fuzzy logic based clustering method which can consider both distance and other properties such as reflectivity and Doppler velocity is suggested in this paper. By using actual cases, the suggested clustering method derives better results than previous method in near-located precipitation and non-precipitation echo case.

  • In this paper, we could analyze the comparison with applied WFM to the quantization triangularity fuzzy function and triangularity Fuzzy function. In order to improve on a fault which not remove completely noise included image according to a peculiarity of noise, we got to realize FDNN of the high speed weight eliminating noise included image, minimizing the lost of information, obtaining information of suitability owing to applied Fuzzy Algorithm to DBNN of a hierarchical structure. We could analyze the comparison with a power of WFM and FDNN using simulation We could find to superiority the proposed FDNN )n a result which was the comparison of MSE for the boats image.

  • Commercialization of level-4 (Lv.4) autonomous driving applications requires the definition of a safe road environment under which autonomous vehicles can operate safely. Thus, a risk assessment model is required to determine whether the operation of autonomous vehicles can provide safety to is sufficiently prepared for future real-life traffic problems. Although the risk factors of autonomous vehicles were selected and graded, the decision-making method was applied as qualitative data using a survey of experts in the field of autonomous driving due to the cause of the accident and difficulty in obtaining autonomous driving data. The fuzzy linguistic representation of decision-makers and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which converts uncertainty into quantitative figures, were implemented to compensate for the AHP shortcomings of the multi-standard decision-making technique. Through the process of deriving the weights of the upper and lower attributes, the road alignment, which is a physical infrastructure, was analyzed as the most important risk factor in the operation risk of autonomous vehicles. In addition, the operation risk of autonomous vehicles was derived through the example of the risk of operating autonomous vehicles for the 5 areas to be evaluated.

  • This paper presents the application of fuzzy set theory in multi criteria decision making (MCDM). FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was used to rank alternatives to find the most reasonable and efficient way of agricultural reservoir water resources assessment. 6 criteria and 10 subcriteria had been identified and compared to secure agricultural water resources. Fuzzy numbers and linguistic variables were presented to address inherently uncertain or imprecise data. Comparison analysis of decision making method was also carried out to find a way of suitable decision making and validity of FAHP was discussed.

  • The current recommendation systems have problems including the difficulty of figuring out whether they recommend items that actual users have preference for or have simple interest in, the scarcity of data to recommend proper items due to the extremely small number of users, and the cold-start issue of the dropping system performance to recommend items that can satisfy users according to the influx of new users. In an effort to solve these problems, this study implemented a movie recommendation system to ensure user satisfaction by using the Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process, which can reflect uncertain situations and problems, and the data partition algorithm to group similar items among the given ones. The data of a survey on movie preference with 61 users was applied to the system, and the results show that it solved the data scarcity problem based on the Fuzzy-AHP and recommended items fit for a user with the data partition algorithm even with the influx of new users. It is thought that research on the density-based clustering will be needed to filter out future noise data or outlier data.

  • Smartphones are widely used as a mobile communication devices with more advanced computing ability and connectivity than a contemporary feature phone. As the market expands, many brand-new smartphones are released and chosen by (potential) smartphone users. In spite of smartphone's popularity, little research of the factors affecting the evaluation of smartphones and their influences on smartphone choice have been performed. Therefore, we aim to analyze evaluation factors of smartphone selection and use in this research. We use Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process method, a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model, to find the relative importance among the factors considering the fuzziness of pair-wise comparison using AHP. After reviewing related works and interviewing the focus group, we extract the five independent factors influencing the choice and use of a smartphone. Pair-wise comparison and triangle fuzzy numbers are used to calculate the relative importance of factors. We analyze not only the whole interviewees' responses, but the differences between smartphone users and non-users. Practical implications are delivered in concluding remarks.

  • Recent recommendation systems are developing toward the utilization of high-dimensional data. However, high-dimensional data can increase algorithm complexity by expanding dimensions and be lower the accuracy of recommended items. In addition, it can cause the problem of data sparsity and make it difficult to provide users with proper recommended items. This study proposed an algorithm that classify users' subjective data with objective criteria with fuzzy-AHP and make use of rules with repetitive patterns through fuzzy association rules. Trying to check how problems with high-dimensional data would be mitigated by the algorithm, we performed 5-fold cross validation according to the changing number of users. The results show that the algorithm-applied system recorded accuracy that was 12.5% higher than that of the fuzzy-AHP-applied system and mitigated the problem of data sparsity.

Control of Temperature and the Direction of Wind Using Thermal Images and a Fuzzy Control Method (열 영상과 퍼지 제어 기법을 이용한 온도 및 풍향 제어)

  • In this paper, we propose a method for control of temperature and the direction of wind in an air-cooler using thermal images and fuzzy inference rules in order to achieve energy saving. In a simulation for controlling temperature, a thermal image is transformed to a color distribution image of $300{\times}400$ size to analyze the thermal image. A color distribution image is composed of R, G and B values haying temperature values of Red, Magenta, Yellow, Green, Cyan and Blue. Each color has a temperature value from $24.0^{\circ}C$ to $27.0^{\circ}C$ and a color distribution image is classified into height hierarchies from level 1 to level 10. The classified hierarchies have their peculiar color distributions and temperature values are assigned to each level by temperature values of the peculiar colors. The process for controlling overall balance of temperature and the direction of wind in an indoor space is as follows. Fuzzy membership functions are designed by the direction of wind, duration time, and temperature and height values of a color distribution image to calculate the strength of wind. After then, the strength of wind is calculated by membership values of membership functions.

  • Tele manipulator is distingushed from industrial robot by iterating same specified work. Manipulator operator is included in control loop for controlling the telemanipulator because he decide directly during the work and order controllabily reducing the modelling error of telemanipulator which depend on the PID controller. But position-force control method of bidirectional control impose unsafety of vibiration and Analytic Hierachy Method can stabilize for reducing nonlinear modelling error by expert operator because of transformation empirical control rule to linear model.
