한국 패션디자인·미학 분야의 연구동향 - 「복식」(2001~2010)을 중심으로 - (A Survey on the Research Trends of Fashion Design·Aesthetic Field in Korea - Focused on the Journal of the Korean Society of Costume (2001~2010) -)

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate research trends of subject matter in fashion design aesthetic field in clothing and textiles and to suggest the information for the future directions for fashion business and research. 1089 articles with clothing and textiles subject matter, 523 articles with fashion design aesthetic field in the Journal of Korean Society of Costume from 2001 through 2010 were analyzed. The major conclusions of the study are as the following: 1. Fashion design aesthetic field took absolute majority in the researches of the clothing and textiles in the Journal of Korean Society of Costume, in the 2000s. 2. Fashion design aesthetic field showed more proportions in the latter half of the decade. 3. History of costume, fashion marketing field were followed. Textiles science field took extremely little proportion. 4. In fashion design aesthetic field, topic of fashion design elements and types took absolute majority. 5. Fashion aesthetics, fashion design development, makeup hair style topics were followed.

  • 우리나라의 주얼리시장은 IMF 외환위기 과정을 거치면서 양극화된 소득분배로 인해 다양하게 발전될 수 있는 전환점을 맞게 되었다. 특히, 패션주얼리 시장의 성장이 두드러지고 있으며 패션주얼리는 기존의 전형적인 주얼리 디자인에서 탈피하여 다양하고 패션너블한 디자인으로 젊은 층에게 호응을 얻고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 패션주얼리 시장의 전반적인 현황을 국내외 패션주얼리 업체를 중심으로 조사하는 것이 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 것이다. (중략)

초현실주의를 반영한 리디자인 디지털 패션 디자인 개발 (Development of Re-design Digital Fashion Design Reflecting Surrealism)

  • In modern society, environmental destruction and global warming are unaviodable issues. The fashion industry is also looking for various breakthroughs to protect the environment and promote sustainable development. Redesign has become a countermeasure worth considering. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to select and analyze surrealist characteristics that apply to fashion, and then create digital 3D clothing using used clothing to present new possibilities for redesign research. Based on literature research, this study examines the concepts of redesign and surrealism. After that, surrealist techniques and were analyzed study the surrealist technique which are applicable to modern fashion were identied. These techniques were selected based on data from 2008 to 2024, when designs reflecting surrealist characteristics began to become popular. Keyword searches related to surrealist fashion, such as "surrealism" and "surrealist fashion", were applied. The results of the study can be divided into trompe l'oeil, depaysment, and collage techniques. Subsequently, 12 inventory items were selected for second-hand platform sales and three sets of virtual redesign clothing were developed.

  • This study analyzes a new aesthetic value of fashion design utilizing media art technology based on Marshall McLuhan's media theory, vitalize a creative fashion design by applying media art technology into traditional fashion design and discover the possibility of various formative expressions. The result of the analysis under the three criterion extracted through the examination of other art genre such as dance, music, architecture and painting are as follows. First, new concept clothing was designed in the way of combining science and technology with existing costume designs. Second, applying technology based media art images on clothes has been noticeably effected by changes to clothing surfaces. Third, fashion design using technology based media art stimulates the five senses and creates new communication structures. In conclusion, this study reveals that fashion design utilizing technology based media art, an innovative medium for future fashion development in digital society, has expanded the boundaries of fashion design beyond limits and contributed to diversity in creative fashion design.

패션디자인 분야의 메타버스 플랫폼 활용 연구 (Study on Use the Metaverse Platform in Fashion Design)

  • Fashion design in the metaverse is not simply a 3D avatar or virtual fashion, it is an important clue for shopping trends, and the role of fashion design has grown even more because avatars and humans are identified and active. This study, I attempts to understand the metaverse platform accurately and find out the scope of fashion design within the metaverse platform. In addition, we want to provide basic data that can expand the field by using fashion design in various ways on the metabus platform. This study investigated and analyzed various metaverse fashion cases, articles, software, and methods used by metaverse fashion creators, and the results are as follows. First, the metaverse platform is a new level of virtual interaction where users and creators communicate through the convergence of augmented reality, lifelogging, mirror world, and virtual world. Second, most of the users of the metaverse platform are generation Z, and metaverse creators who make money by producing avatars or items, including fashion design, are emerging as a new job field. Third, many fashion brands created spaces on the Metaverse platform, collaborated with games, or opened fashion weeks for publicity, marketing, and sales. Fourth, as a 3D program for metaverse fashion creator activities, open-source software is easier and free of charge compared to programs for fashion design specialists, and most costumes can be reproduced, so it will be easier for fashion design majors to utilize.

  • This study adopted a deconstructionist approach to utilise expressive features of architecture of Suzhou Chinese classical gardens to conduct an empirical study that combined traditional elements with modern design processes. Firstly, concepts and characteristics of Chinese classical primary forest and deconstructionism are deeply understood. Their artistic value and modern application potential are explored. Artistic layers of classical primary forest and deconstructionism were analysed to investigate their sculptural and expressive characteristics and to explore new design measures. Based on this, a deconstructivist design process was utilised to develop an experimental fashion design process that utilized the classical Chinese image of Wenlim. The outcome of this research was a 3D virtual fashion design, which could present new design possibilities. It is hoped that this study will provide an easy and accurate analytical framework for further research on traditional Chinese images in contemporary fashion.

  • The purpose of this research was to explore characteristics of 3D printing technology in fashion design. Application of 3D printing in fashion design is gradually increasing, prompting this study to derive distinct characteristics of 3D-printed fashion design. As 3D printing technology becomes more prevalent in fashion design, it is crucial to understand its unique features. This study investigated characteristics of 3D-printed fashion through a comprehensive analysis of current literature and case studies. The research began with a literature review to gain insights into current characteristics of 3D printing technology in fashion design. By analyzing various elements of fashion design and examining case studies of representative 3D printing brands, the study identified key characteristics and expressions of 3D printing in fashion design. In terms of silhouette, 3D-printed fashion exhibits biomimetic organic artistic characteristics. Regarding color, it demonstrates a balanced color characteristic. Materials used in 3D-printed fashion have environmental protection and scarcity characteristics as well as technology convergence and customization characteristics. In terms of details, materials used in 3D-printed fashion have modular connection and creative characteristics. This study explored the development direction of 3D printing technology in fashion design. It provides foundational reference materials for 3D-printed fashion products.

  • 패션 디스플레이는 패션 브랜드의 마케팅 전략 중의 하나이다. 오늘날 소비자의 심미가 높아지면서 소비자들이 패션 매장의 디스플레이에 대한 요구도가 높아지고 있다. 더욱이 색채 디자인은 디스플레이에서 심리적으로 매우 중요한 심리적인 역할을 하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 디스플레이의 색채 디자인 중심으로 색채 디자인의 현황, 감정적인 특성, 또한 디스플레이의 색채 디자인의 심리 및 생리적 기능을 살펴보고자한다. 선행연구를 통해 구체적인 사례를 분석하고, 이러한 연구의 기초 위에 색채 디자인 방법과 규칙을 연구한다. 하는데, 그리고 배색미의 원칙을 파악하고, 패션 디스플레이에서의 색채 디자인의 효과를 더 잘 얻을 수 있도록 디스플레이의 색채 디자인의 향후의 계획을 제시해야 한다. 다음과 같다, 첫째, 전체적인 색채매치에 중점을 둔다. 둘째 매장의 구조 형태를 고려해야 한다. 셋째, 과학적 합리적 배색 질서를 강조해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 그 후의 색채 디자인에 관한 연구에 긍정적인 의미를 가지고 있는 것이 판단한다.

인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰 디자인 품질이 이용고객 관계의 질과 관계지속의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Determinants of Customer Satisfaction in Environmentally Friendly Agricultural Product Franchises)

  • 본 연구에서는 국내 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질과 특정 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계의 질, 및 관계지속의도와의 영향관계를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인터넷 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질의 일부 요인들이 이용고객과의 관계의 질인 신뢰와 만족, 몰입 모두에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰에 대한 고객의 관계의 질을 구성하는 고객의 신뢰와 만족, 몰입 요인 모두 거래하고 있는 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰과의 관계지속의도에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질을 구성하는 그래픽 품질과 멀티미디어 품질의 경우 거래하고 있는 인터넷 창업 패션쇼핑몰과의 관계지속의도에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 소규모 창업 인터넷 패션쇼핑몰의 디자인 품질이 이용고객들과의 관계의 질, 나아가 궁극적으로 미래의 재무성과로 이어질 수 있는 재구매의도나 추천의도와 같은 관계지속의도 전반에 대해 실증적으로 검증하였으며, 소규모 창업 인터넷 패션쇼핑몰 성과와 관련하여 매우 의의있는 연구결과로 볼 수 있다.
