패션 전문가의 성공적인 중국 진출에 관한 연구 -중국 대련의 의류제조업체를 중심으로- (A Study on the Effective Way of Supplying of Highly Educated Fashion Specialists -Focusing on the Korean Apparel Manufacturers in Dalian, China-)

  • 본 연구는 한국에서 의류 및 패션관련 학과를 졸업한 전문인력들이 앞으로 거대시장으로 성장할 중국 패션시장에 취업할 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 모색한·것이다. 연구의 방법은 한국의 많은 의류제조업체가 진출해 있는 중국 대련시의 7개 의류제조업체 대표자의 직접 면접방식을 사용하였으며, 면접의 기간은 2005년 2월 25일부터 3월 15일까지, 7월 28일부터 31일까지 2회에 걸쳐서 였다. 면접의 결과는 대련시의 상당수 의류제조업체들이 전문인력공급에 직면해 있었고$(100\%)$, 특히 비숙련직 노동자보다는 숙련직 및 중간관리자의 인력공급문제가 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이들은 앞으로 단순 제조방식에서 탈피하여 부가가치가 높은 분야로 진출-의류브랜드를 설립 혹은 기획 및 유통의 확장하려는 경 향을 보이고 있었다. $(85.7\%)$. 이와 같은 결과는 한국섬유산업연합회 및 KOTRA등에서 발표한 결과와 유사하여 한국의류제조업체의 $60\%$이상이 중국에 진출해 있는 현실에서 시급히 해결해야 할 문제라고 보여진다. 따라서 연구의 결과를 종합하여 다음과 같은 제안을 하고자 한다. 첫째는 중국어와 중국경제, 문화에 관한 전반적인 지식습득이 가능한 교과목을 설강하여 문화적인 차이를 인지케 한다. 둘째, 중국으로의 현장실습 및 견학, 인턴쉽 프로그램을 강화한다(면접을 실시 한 많은 회사들이 협조에 동의함). 셋째, 많은 의류제조업체들이 의류브랜드 런칭 및 기획, 유통분야를 강화하고자 하는 계획을 갖고 있으므로 브랜드 런칭에 관한 교육을 심화하석 변화하는 중국패션시장에 적응케 한다. 이러한 연구는 앞으로 한국의 패션전문인력이 진출할 수 있는 거대한 중국취업시장 진입을 위 한 토대로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

이태리 패션 교육에 관한 고찰 (A Report on the Fashion Education in italy)

  • This is a report on the fashion education in Itatly. The author looked into the character of education system and the curriculum of the fashion institutes in Italy. This report will be the guideline in the fashion education in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The curriculum of fashion education should be adjusted to be realistic and to keep the proper balance between theories and skills. 2. The Train for construct tchniques should be given much more weight in the total skill educations. 3. It is demanded that fashion institutes should take efforts to fill the gap between institutes and fashion industries for example field training. 4 It is better to change the sys-tem of fashion education as cultivating the various fashion specialists For this it is necessary to make various cources in the de-partment of clothings.

교육 서비스 품질에 대한 소비자 인식의 차이에 관한 연구 -패션 관련 전공을 중심으로- (A Study on the Difference of Consumers' Recognition for Education Service Quality)

  • By using the formerly established SERVQUAL Model, measurement methods and determinant variables in the other papers for the Service Quality, this study first focuses to find out the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service, and second, to examine the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service according to pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality. The results are derived as follows. 1. As a consequence of the simulation, the consumers distinctly tend to recognize importance of human concern and visual aspect after experience of educational service. 2. Between the group with more pre-recognition degree and less pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality, have no difference.

  • 1. 포장재료에서는 기능성필름, 전자레인지, 조리식품의 포장쪽으로 다층복합필름, 중공성형용기, 완전분해성 플라스틱필름과 같은 새로운 무공해 신소재가 개발될 것이다. 2. 포장제품의 차별화로 인하여 다양성 추구가 이루어질 것이다. 노인층의 증가, 젊은층의 유행 등으로 포장재료의 형태, 디자인의 패션화 등 목적에 따라 다양화 될 전망이다. 3. 환경보호를 위한 자원절약과 감량화 등이 규제에 따라 적정포장이 적극적으로 이루어질 것이다. UR개방과 GR에 대비해 포장설계로부터 폐기물에 이르기까지 자원절약형, 감량화, 대체품 개발, 가급적 포장재 단일화 성향으로 갈 것이다. 4. 생산기계에서부터 포장기계 및 물류 등의 고속화 및 전 자동화 시스템으로 개발될 것이다. 인건비 절감, 생산성 향상, 합리적 유통 구조개선이 이루어질 것이다. 5. 포장기술의 다양한 연구개발과 응용이 이루어져야겠다. 국내의 식품포장 연구는 매우 미미한 수준이며 기초연구에서부터 응용에 이르기까지 확산되어야 할 것이다. 식품의 무균화 및 무균포장기술, CA/MA포장기술, 전자렌지식품의 포장기술, 물류관리를 위한 포장 표준화, 포장식품의 보관 수명 연구, 식품과 포장재료의 유해성 연구 등 다양한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 6. 국내 포장교육의 전문기관으로 학과설립의 확대가 이루어져 업체의 요구에 부응하여야 될 것이다.

패션마케팅 분야의 4년제 대학 교육과정과 "복식"지 연구동향 비교 (A Comparison between the Fashion Marketing Field in University Curricula and in Research Published in the Journal of the Korean Society of Costume)

  • Since the late 1980's, the number of research papers published in the Journal of the Korean Society of Costume(JKSC) has increased. The JKSC is usually known for its focus on issues relevant to the aesthetics of dress, fashion design, and the history of Western or Oriental dress. The main goal of this paper is to link the academic importance of the fashion marketing field to the expansion of the journal and society. First, we defined the scope of the fashion marketing field, based on a literature review and general practices of other competitive societies and journals. First, we reviewed the curricula of the fashion marketing field from 49 universities in Korea. Next, we examined the research topics and methodology of 271 papers in the fashion marketing field published in JKSC since its first issue in 1977. By comparing the findings from the curricula and research, we drew conclusions for the fashion marketing field of the journal and society. We found that the approximately 80% of the fashion marketing courses provided at the undergraduate level are related to merchandise planning and selling processes from the company perspective. However, in more than 85% of the research papers, consumer characteristics and decision-making processes were the main focus and were used as key variables. These findings imply that more various methodological approaches are required for the research to enrich the theoretical background which, in turn, can support curricular development in fashion marketing field. The fashion marketing field in JKSC and society should make the most of accumulated knowledge in product design, symbolic aspects of fashion, and the qualitative approach in the research topics of the JKSC and society.

테일러드 칼라의 생산업체용 패턴과 교육용 패턴의 비교연구 (Comparative study of productive pattern and educational pattern of tailored-collar)

  • As the modern society has become highly industrialized and functionalized, the entry of women in public affairs has become brisk and extensive, and the studies of jackets which can satisfy the functions and designs for various activities have become important. Especially in the tailored collar which is the typical collar for female jackets, the studies such as scientific original form design, and design evaluation through analyzing functionality and sensitivity and others must be systematically carried out. In this study, therefore, the objective was placed in examining the actual state of the production of the tailored collar in the field of production first, and inquiring the general theories on the constituent elements of tailored-collar and production methods by analyzing it and comparing it with the educational tailored-collar production methods. First, in regard to the relation between the collar and the length of the backside neck of the bodice, in most cases, they were employing the method to enlarge the length of the backside neck of the bodice by shortening the length of the neck-base girth. That is, they were processing in order that the self collar band inside of the roll line and the fall of the collar can make a soft curved line. Second, when producing tailored-collar patterns, it is desirable to very the inclination according to the breath of the collar or thickness of the fabric because the stability of the inclination of the collar differs depending on the condition the collar is set, the girth of the collar edge. the broader the breath of the collar becomes, the thicker the fabric becomes, and the more the cloth is against the cold, it is necessary to make the inclination larger. Third, in the size relation between the upper collar and under collar, when sewing collars, it becomes thick and stabilized as it goes from the part in which extra pieces were put to the part in which extra pieces are not put. So you must make the upper collar larger by putting in extra pieces. The amount to be put in differs depending on characteristics of the materials.

  • 90년대 들어서 국내 패션시장은 소비자들의 생활수준향상, 라이프 스타일의 변화와 함께 해외 라이센스 브랜드 도입의 증가와 대기업은 물론 중소기업들의 신규참여 또한 증가하는 추세에 있다. 이러한 급변하는 시장환경 속에서 오랜 전통과 기술력을 가지고 있는 선발 패션업체로서 주식회사 세정의 인디안 브랜드는 90년대 현 상황에서 타 브랜드들과의 경쟁에서 상대적 우위를 선점 하고 미래의 소비자들을 충족시킬 수 있는 새로운 이미지 정립이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 이러한 시점에서 (주)세정의 인디안 브랜드 이미지 제고를 위하여 경영환경의 입체적 마아케팅 조사를 실시, B.I. 컨셉을 설정한 후 시각적 이미지 표현작업에 착수하였다. 그 후 설문조사를 통해 Logo mark를 결정한 후 인디안 B.I의 주요 디자인 항목인 기본 요소와 응용요소를 전개, 전체 디자인 시스템을 완성하였다. 그리고 브랜드 이미지 통일의 효과를 극대화하기 위해 보완되어져야 할 요소로는 디자인 조형상의 원칙준수와 철저한 관리, 브랜드 관련 전체 구성원들의 사고와 행동의 일치, B.I의식 실천을 위한 지속적인 교육프로그램의 실시 등이 요구된다.

The Design Cycle(TDC) 방법을 활용한 패션디자인 실습모형 개발 연구 -뎀나 바잘리아의 디자인 방법을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Fashion Design Practice Model Applying the Methodology of the Design Cycle -Focused on Demna Gvasalia's Design Method-)

  • This study investigated the design practice model based on the creative fashion designer's methodology in fashion education. 'The Design Cycle' was the criterion used to analyze the design method of Demna Gvasalia who is one of the outstanding contemporary designers. After that, this study's practice model was then developed and experimented to verify its effectiveness in design practice as based on Gvasalia's method where ready-to-wear products were firstly dissembled then re-constructed with new designs created based on re-constructed results. To test its effectiveness, a student oriented design workshop was held to extract design results through the practice model; in addition, the students also conducted a survey to evaluate the effectiveness of the method. According to the self-evaluation result, the participants generally accept the design efficiency through the distinctive process. An evaluation by three fashion experts was also conducted. Experts assessed that the model is recommendable for seniors having knowledges on 'Construction', it is appropriate to deal with the trickled-down copying trend that could promote student interest and generate separate results according to different visions. Therefore, it could be accepted that the applicability of this study's practice model was confirmed.

교육 과정 개선을 위한 국내 패션일러스트레이션 교재 콘텐츠 연구 (Improving the Development of Korean Fashion Illustrations Textbooks)

  • This study examines the fashion illustrations textbooks that have been published in the domestic market, and identifies its characteristics and problems in regards to its use in developing creative students. The purpose of the study is to propose ways to improve the development of the fashion illustration textbooks. The research method of this study are as follows: First, the teaching materials on fashion illustration in Korea were researched to examine the current state of publication. Second, its contents were analyzed to identify its characteristics. Third, an improvement plan of educational materials on fashion illustration in Korea were proposed. As for the scope of study, 18 volumes of fashion illustration teaching materials published in Korea during 2004-2014 were targeted. It should be noted that translated publications, digital fashion illustration materials and teaching materials for specialized and professional organizations were excluded. Conclusions of this study are as follows: First, examination of the textbooks revealed that additional content is needed regarding theoretical understanding of fashion illustration, as well as illustrations of men and children, as there was an insufficient amount of those topics. Second, the contents on the illustration application using current trends were lacking in the unit on illustration application. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop contents that reflect these trends. Lastly, the textbooks should be packaged with compact discs CDs containing video clips to assist students to get a better grasp of the material. The result of this study can be used to develop new teaching materials on fashion illustration, and be utilized as basic information in the curriculum design of fashion illustration.

3D 특수 분장 마스크 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발과 활용 (제2보) (3D Special Makeup Mask Program Development and Utilization (Ver. 2))

  • The purpose of this study was to design a training program for utilization of 3D special makeup mask program. This study was conducted with a 3D computer graphics software program, for special makeup mask using a variety of creative educational models and case study with comparative analysis. The makeup program applied to the majors and liberal arts classes for program design. Inthis study, the selected major courses included ' stage make up ', make up application', and illustrations and color '. Students were required to take a class targeted to questionnaire completion and analysis. The research method included literature search, and Internet navigation, of experimental research. The research targeted select college students attending a 4-year university located in Dae-jeon, Korea. ETRI's "3D mask special makeup simulation program" was used in support. A survey of the study conducted from September 1, 2013, to August 30, 2014, showed a total of 94 additional statistical analyses. First, grade 3 44.6% was attained by 91.7% of the first year student majoring in liberal arts classes, Second, students' in the 3D special dress up mask program Interestingly, attained high recognition in its mastering, usability, and creativity. Furthermore, the major student satisfaction was higher for the '3D special makeup mask program. Third, students '3D special dress up was one of the biggest advantages of the program', the mask ' that models 3D ' faces. In addition, the student's delicate dress called for critical technology skills. It is thought to be suitable for practical training and improving the efficiency and performance if applied to universities and beauty schools, such as the regular high school curriculum through research.
