본 연구는 LPG 충전소 등에서 운용하는 저장탱크에 대하여 퓨방법을 통하여, 기존의 지상형과 지하형의 장점과 단점을 비교 판정하여 혁신시공법으로 고객만족을 실현시키기 위함이다. 자동차 연료로서 LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas)의 사용은 대기오염을 줄이는데 효과적으로 사용이 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 하지만 가스사용이 늘어나면서 폭발과 화재에 의한 인명피해가 해마다 발생하고 있으며, 특히 대규모 저장시설에서의 가스사고는 사회적으로 심각한 문제를 야기하고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 LPG를 대량으로 취급 저장하는 시설에서 운용하는 저장탱크의 설치방법을 개선하기 위하여 아이디어 판단기법중 하나인 퓨(Pugh) 방법으로 판단하면 기존의 지상형과 지하매몰형, 지하격납형에서 안전성과 토지이용률이 우수한 지하격납저장탱크가 가장 효과적임을 알 수 있다.

이 논문에서는 계층변조를 적용하는 AT-DMB (advanced terrestrial digital multimedia broadcasting) 시스템을 위한 자력 채널추정 기법을 제시하고 그 성능을 살펴본다. AT-DMB 시스템은 기존 T-DMB 시스템과의 호환성을 유지하기 데이터 전송채널의 경우 DQPSK 변조를 적용한 각 신호점을 다시 QPSK 변조하는 16-QAM 계층변조 방식을 적용한다. 또 프레임의 동기신호 및 정보채널은 기존 T-DMB 신호와 동일하게 유지한다. 이 신호들을 이용하여 자력 추정을 위한 채널의 초기치를 계산한다. 데이터 신호에 대해서는 일단 판정궤환 모드를 적용하여 채널을 추정한 후 시간 및 주파수 영역에서 인접 심볼 및 부반송파에 걸쳐 평균을 취함으로써 잡음의 영향을 감소시킨다. 모의실험을 통해 제시한 자력 채널추정 방식의 성능을 살펴본다.

The present paper describes an investigation into the application of the artificial neural network in the establishment criterion of redevelopment assignment. From the results, it is found that the artificial neural network algolithm search technique is very effective to find the good optimum solution as well as has higher robustness. So, the results of this research could contribute to making a reasonable assessment criterion of redevelopment assignment which is proper to the situation of Korea.

케이블 시스템의 사고는 예방 진단에 근거한 정확한 진단으로 피할 수 있으며, 잔여수명 예측 기술은 진단 방법의 체계적인 적용에 의해 향상될 수 있다. 따라서 본 고에서는 케이블 시스템 진단 방법의 체계적인 개발을 위해서 60 kV급 이상의 종이 절연 혹은 고분자 절연 전력 케이블과 그 접속 자재에 대해서만 진단 방법을 개략적으로 소개만하고 있으며 수트리에 관련된 열화, 절연체의 열화를 제외한 모든 열화현상과 DC 케이블에 대해서는 언급을 하지 않았다. 회전기 고체절연체의 열화에 의해 야기되는 변화는 회전기 진동을 발생 시키고, 진동은 기계에 심각한 손상을 발생시킨다. 회전기의 절연열화 진단은 유전손실, 유전율, 음향 등의 측정/분석으로 가능하고 적용 방법은 on-line/off-line으로 가능하다. 절연 시스템의 열화정도 판정은 회전기의 적절한 보수시기의 판단을 가능하게 하여 유지 보수비의 절감 및 회전기의 수명연장을 가능하게 할 것이다.

최근 정보기술의 발달과 함께 지속적으로 다양해지고 빨라지는 침입 방법에 대처하기 위해 정보를 보호하기 위한 새로운 방법이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위해 제안된 방법 중 하나가 네트워크 패킷 데이터에 대한 실시간 데이터 스트림 마이닝 알고리즘 기반의 비정상행위 탐지 기법이다. 이는 현재 발생하고 있는 패턴이 기존 패턴과 다를 경우 비정상행위로 간주되고 사용자에게 알려주는 방법으로, 지금까지 없었던 새로운 형태의 침입에도 대처할 수 있는 능동적인 방어법이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 이 방법에서 네트워크 패킷 데이터 정보만을 통해 얻어낼 수 있는 정보에는 한계가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 보다 높은 정확도의 비정상행위 판정을 위한 다양한 환경의 로그들을 추출하여 처리에 적합한 형태로 변환하는 전처리 시스템을 제안한다.

This paper develops practical models and methods for the assessment of safety and rating of damaged and/or deteriorated bridges by incorporating a system identification technique for the explicit inclusion of the degree of deterioration or damage and of the actual bridge response. And, based on the proposed model, reliability-based rating methods are proposed as LRFR(Load and Resistance Factor Rating) and system reliability-index rating criteria. The proposed limit state model explicitly accounts for the degree of deterioration or damage in terms of the damage and response factors. The damage factor in the paper is proposed as the ratio of the current stiffness to the intact stiffness. Based on the observation and the results of applications to existing bridges, it may be concluded that the proposed rating models, which explicitly account for the uncertainties and the effects of degree of deterioration or damage based on the system identification technique, provide more realistic and consistent safety-assessment and capacity-rating.

본 연구에서는 소형 DC 모터 완성품의 제품검사에서 객관성이 결여된 판정기준인 작업자의 청각에 의한 관능검사에 대신하여 자동 진단 시스템의 적용으로 고신뢰성을 확보하기 위하여 음향신호를 취득하여 분석하는 방법을 제안하였다. 소형 모터가 회전할 때 발생하는 음향신호를 마이크로폰으로 취득하여, 취득한 신호에 단구간 Hanning Window를 걸어 시간에 따라 이동하면서 신호의 주파수 성분을 시간에 따라 전개하는 STFT(Short-Time Fourier Transform) 기법으로 정상적인 모터와 이상인 모터에서 발생하는 음향신호를 분석하였다.

This paper uses the standard technique of data flow analysis to solve the problem of secure information-flow in core imperative programs. The existing methods tend to be overly conservative, giving “insecure” answers to many “secure” programs. The method described in this paper is designed to be more precise than previous syntactic approaches. The soundness of the analysis is proved.

본 연구는 디스플레이 제품의 OSD(On Screen Display) 메뉴의 문자 오류 검사 과정을 자동화하는 방법과 FMM 신경망을 이용한 실시간 문자인식 방법을 제안한다. 이는 일반적인 문자인식 문제와는 달리 시스템 환경에 대한 몇 가지 가정과 제약조건을 고려해야 한다. 예컨대 문제의 특성상 카메라 및 TV제어 기기부의 동작과 연동하는 작업 스케줄링 기능과 실시간 분석기능 등의 요건은 시스템개발을 복잡하게 하는 반면, 주어진 OSD 메뉴 데이터로부터 검증과정은 미지 패턴에 대한 인식과정을 단순화하여 일종의 판정(decision) 문제로 고려될 수 있게 한다. 본 연구에서는 디스플레이 제품의 OSD 메뉴와 같이 특수한 구조를 갖는 문서영상에 대한 논리적인 구조분석을 통해서 연속적인 문서영상을 발생시켜서 검증과정을 자동화하는 작업스케줄링 방법을 제안하고 인식의 방법론으로서 수정된 구조의 FMM신경망을 적용한다. 또한 실제 데이터를 사용한 실험결과를 통해 시스템의 유용성을 고찰한다.

This study was conducted to detect the Y-specific DNA in the blood of the female calf in bovine heterosexual production. Genomic DNAs of the freemartin were isolated from the blood and amplified with Y-chromosome specific DNA primer(l4lbp). In order to estimate the lower limit for the detection of XY cells, blood from a hull was diluted in cow blood to 0.01%. DNA sequencing on the PCR products was shown the same sequences as Y chromosome DNA of the normal cows. The Y specific DNA hand by PCR was detected all blood of female calf suspected to have bovine freemar tin syndrom and the karyotyping with freemartin blood was identified as XX / XY chimerism. Therefore, the PGR methods used in this study was very useful technique for the detection of freemartin in Ranwoo and Holstein.
