Verification on the Axial and Flexural Plastic Resistance Analysis of Unconfined Corrugate Steel Sheet and Concrete Composite Section (비구속 파형강판 합성단면의 압축 및 휨 소성해석방법에 관한 분석)

  • For the composite section of corrugated steel sheet and concrete, which is often used in soil structures, a conservative design method based on the ultimate strength state is still applied due to the difficulty of the analysis of compatibility condition. In this study, plastic analysis was performed on the flexural and axial strength of the composite section using two limit state design methods, LRFD and LSD. As a result of the analysis of the experimental results, the LRFD analysis value was interpreted as a conservative results for compressive strength, and it was analyzed that the effect of the concrete compressive strength was greater than the steel ratio of the steel plate. The flexural strength was analyzed to be in good agreement with the experimental results by the LSD analysis. From the parametric analysis on the design variables, the hogging moment, which is affected by the tensile strength of the steel plate, slightly decreased the increasing rate of the strength due to the influence of the bolts connection, but the sagging moment linearly increased according to the increment of steel reinforcement ratio.

Oblique Angle Effect of Impinging Jet on Heat Flow Characteristics of a Corrugated Structure (충돌제트의 경사각도가 파형 구조의 열유동 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • A numerical analysis is made of the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics in the corrugated structure that traps the spent air in the corrugations between impinging jets to reduce crossflow effects on downstream jets in the array. All computations are performed by considering three-dimensional, steady state, and incompressible flow by using the ANSYS-CFX 15.0 code. Averaged jet Reynolds number is 10,000. The oblique angles of impingement jets on the spanwise section are $70^{\circ}$, $80^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, and the oblique angles of impingement jets on the streamwise section are $70^{\circ}$, $90^{\circ}$, $110^{\circ}$. The investigation focuses on the oblique angle influence of impinging jet array on the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics of a corrugated structure.

  • 복부 파형강판 PSC 박스거더는 상부와 하부에 콘크리트 슬래브를 갖고 있으며, 복부에만 강판이 사용되는 특수한 형태의 교량이다. 해당 형식의 비틀림 거동을 이해하기 위해서는 상, 하부 콘크리트의 비틀림 거동에 대해 먼저 분석한 후, 비틀림에 의한 전단변형률이 거더 단면의 모든 구간에서 동일하다는 적합조건을 이용하여 복부의 비틀림 거동을 이해해야 한다. 기존의 복부 파형강판을 갖는 PSC 박스거더에 대한 연구는 전단거동(Easley, 1969; Elgaaly et al., 1996; 문지호 외, 2004; 이종원 외, 2005) 및 휨 거동(Elgaaly et al., 1997; Abbas et al., 2006, 2007; 문지호 외 2008)에 대하여 수행되어 왔으며, 이러한 연구들은 파형강판 자체에 국한되는 경향이 있다. 특히나 전체 복합거더의 비틀림 거동에 대한 연구는 크게 부족한 상황이며, 기존의 연구(Mo et al., 2000)는 균열 발생 이후의 비틀림 거동에 대해서만 수행되었고, 슬래브가 갖는 인장 강도를 무시하였다. 본 연구에서는 콘크리트의 비틀림 발생 이전과 이후를 모두 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였고, 이를 토대로 시행오차법이 적용된 해석 알고리즘을 제작하였으며, 유한요소해석을 통하여 검증하였다.

Analysis of the Maximum Principal Strain on the Splitting Surface by Blasting Detonation Pattern (발파 기폭 패턴에 따른 분할 단면의 최대주변형률 분석)

  • In this study, Rock deformation on the splitting surface was investigated by using the finite element code relating to the blasting in urban area. The maximum principal strain according to the blasting detonation pattern was analyzed by the modeled blast section, and deformation of the splitting surface formed by the numerical analysis and the real blasting were compared. As a result, it was found that the maximum principal strain was observed a difference according to the blasting detonation pattern on the splitting surface, and the splitting surface was showed a similar waveform both the numerical analysis and the real blasting.

  • 고반복 레이저의 여기전원에 적합한 3단의 자기펄스 압축 시스템을 제작하고, 시스템의 특성을 고찰하였다. 자기 펄스 압축 시스템의 특성 파라메타는 펄스 변압기의 출력과 펄스파형에 대한 포화 인덕터의 단면적, 코일의 권수가 고려되었다. 실험 결과 3단의 자기 펄스압축 시스템의 최적 조건에서 펄스 압축비와 전류 이득은 각각 22,20 이었다.

  • A finite element method is used for the force analysis of semicircular arch shaped corrugated steel plate lining. The assessment of stability and behavior for several conditions are executed from the analysis of soil-structure interaction in accordance with CHBDC (Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code, 2000). One fortieth scaled model tests were conducted on the semicircular arch lining to verify the FEM analysis results under the earth-load conditions.

  • We propose a waveform inversion method for SH-wave data obtained in a shallow seismic refraction survey, to determine a 2D inhomogeneous S-wave profile of shallow soils. In this method, a 2.5D equation is used to simulate SH-wave propagation in 2D media. The equation is solved with the staggered grid finite-difference approximation to the 4th-order in space and 2nd-order in time, to compute a synthetic wave. The misfit, defined using differences between calculated and observed waveforms, is minimised with a hybrid heuristic search method. We parameterise a 2D subsurface structural model with blocks with different depth boundaries, and S-wave velocities in each block. Numerical experiments were conducted using synthetic SH-wave data with white noise for a model having a blind layer and irregular interfaces. We could reconstruct a structure including a blind layer with reasonable computation time from surface seismic refraction data.

정4각 덕트 입구영역에서 층류정상 유동특성에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 정4각 단면덕트의 입구영역에서 층류 정상유동의 유동특성을 이론적 및 실험적인 방법으로 속도파형과 속도분포를 얻어서 유동이 발달되고 있는 유 동특성과 입구길이를 규정하였다. 이론적인 방법으로는 덕트입구영역에서 공기유동 에 대한 운동량방정식을 유도한 후, 운동량방정식 중의 비선형인 대류항을 선형화시켜 서 Laplace변환으로 속도 분포식의 해를 구하였고, 실험적인 방법으로는 시험덕트의 크기가 40*40*4,000nm(가로*세로*높이)인 정 4각단면덕트에 송풍기로 공기를 흡입 하여 정상유동을 얻었고, 열선유속계에 의하여 속도파형과 속도분포 등의 측정한 결과 를 이론식과 비교검토하였다.
