An Empirical Study on the Effects of Empowerment on International Marriage Migrant Women -focusing the Feasibility Approach with the Case of Korea - (국제결혼이주여성의 임파워먼트 효과 타당성에 관한 실증 연구 - 한국 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • This paper examined the effects of empowerment on international marriage migrant women. The assimilation, integration, separation, and marginality were as proxy for the cultural adaptiveness. The power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, masculinity, long term orientation were as proxy for the cultural distance. The self-image, real power, the extent of social participation were as proxy for the empowerment. Based on the analysis of two hundred cases, the following results were found. First, international marriage migrant women's cultural adaptiveness have a positively significant influence on their empowerment. Second, international marriage migrant women's cultural distance have a positively significant influence on their empowerment. Third, international marriage migrant women's cultural adaptiveness and cultural distance have a positively significant influence on their empowerment. This study suggests that cultural adaptiveness and cultural distance are main factors for the empowerment of international marriage migrant women.

  • In this paper, we attempt to investigate the moderating effect of brand power on the effect of in-flight service quality on customer satisfaction and recommendation in the aviation industry. The results were as follows. First, in the case of high brand power FSC(full service carriers), the cost-to-benefit ratio as well as all other flight service properties influence to customer satisfaction. However, in the case of low brand power FSC, the cost-to-benefit ratio showed a greater impact of customer satisfaction compared to other in-flight services. Second, as in the case of customer satisfaction, while the cost-to-benefit ratio more influence to customer recommendation than other in-flight services in low brand power FSC, the cost-to-benefit ratio as well as all other flight service properties influence to customer recommendation together in high brand power FSC. Therefore, low brand power FSC required tit-for-tat strategy against to LCC(low cost carriers) by pursuing disruptive innovation for price. And high brand power FSC required sustaining innovation strategy through improving flight services.

Effects of Short Term Creatine Loading on Repeated Bouts of Kicking, Plasma Components and Anaerobic power in Taekwondo player (단기간의 크레아틴 섭취가 태권도 선수의 발차기 횟수, 혈장요소 및 무산소성 파워에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of the present study was to find the effect of short term creatine loading on repeated bouts of kicking, plasma creatine phosphokinase and anaerobic power in male taekwondo player from high school. Eighteen male were randomly assigned to two groups. They were tested before and after 6 days of placebo($4{\times}5$ glucose d-1, N=9) or Creatine monohydrate loading(consume 0.3g kg-1, N=9). Only creatine loading group were significantly increased of repeated bouts of kicking, plasma creatine phosphokinase and anaerobic power These results suggest that short creatine loading was effective diet protocol in taekwondo player from male high school.

  • Generally, sound power is one of the most significant factors to predict and assess noise from sound sources. However, many researchers developed indirect methods to calculate the sound power with noise level because it is impossible to measure sound power directly while a train is running. In this paper, we propose a method to estimate sound power generated due to wheel/rail interaction and propulsive equipment from the measurement of noise emitted from rolling stocks and verify the estimation method by comparing with the other sound power estimation formula. We also analyze the sound power of rolling stocks which are operating in domestic lines such as EMU, Mukoonghwa, KTX using the method proposed in this paper.

Determinants of Trust in Power Blogs and Their Effect on Purchase Intention (파워블로그의 신뢰 요인이 제품 및 서비스 구매 의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study is focusing on factors influencing trust in power blogs, and the effect of trust on users' attitude and purchase intention. The research model is based on the theory of online trust formation process and content quality. The statistical analysis was conducted through the survey of 122 power blog users. Research findings show that scope, accuracy, uniqueness, links, quality of wring, and reputation of power blogs significantly affect trust. Also, trust was found to have a significant influence on the users' attitude and purchasing intention on products/services.

The Effects of Librarian's Empowerment and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Effectiveness (도서관사서의 임파워먼트와 조직헌신성이 조직효과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of librarian's empowerment and organizational commitment on organizational effectiveness in libraries. The subjects of this study were 148 librarians of 10 libraries in Jeollabuk-do in accordance to purposeful sampling of nonprobability sampling. The statistics program that was used to achieve the purpose was SPSS pc+ 20.0. The statistics methods were used one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression test. The following conclusion were drawn from the research procedures and data analysis. First, the librarian's empowerment level and organizational effectiveness make a difference by age level. But the librarian's organizational commitment make no difference by age level. Second, the librarian's empowerment level make a difference by marital status. But the librarian's organizational commitment and effectiveness make no difference by marital status. Third, the librarian's empowerment level make a difference by career in present librarian. But the librarian's organizational commitment and effectiveness make no difference by career in present librarian. Fourth, Very a high correlation is influence factor and all of the empowerment, competence factor, and all of the empowerment. Fifth, the organizational effectiveness is affected 9.3% by librarian's empowerment, 5.6% by librarian's organizational commitment.

  • 반도체 공정에서 기존보다 큰 30cm 웨이퍼훌 이용하기 위해서 기존의 ECR, Helicon, ICP, 등 공정용 고 밀도 플라즈마 원들의 대면적화에 대한 연구가 세계적으로 진행되고 있다 현 상황에서는 평판형 안테 나룰 이용한 TCP가 대면적용 폴라즈마 원의 가장 유력한 후보로 여겨지고 있다 TCP롤 대면적화 하는 데 있어서 중요한 문제점으로는 대면적에서의 큰 안테나 인되턴스로 인한 임피던스 정합과 대면적에서 의 유전울질의 기계적 강도이다. 앓은 유전물질올 사용힐 수 있도록 대면적 TCP 플라즈마 원올 실계 저l작하였고 이차원 가열이론올 이용한 TCPRP code 률 이용하여 안테나의 반경옳 결정하였디 안테나의 인덕턴스 값올 줄이기 위해서는 주m수는 13.56MHz 보다 낮은 4-5MHz 부근에서 작동하는 RF 파워룰 선택하였다 이 파워 서플라이는 보통 사용되는 50n 흩력 입묘$\mid$던스훌 갖는 형태가 Of니라 LC 공진현상 올 이용하여 부하에 파워률 전달하는 형태이다 .. TCP 장치에 사용할 수 있도록 파워 서플라이 흩력 단에 안테나와 직혈로 가변 콘덴서를 달아서 임11I던스 정합올 힐 수 있게 하였다 안테나에 직훌로 달Of줌으 로써 안테니의 인덕턴스훌 훌여주는 효과훌 얻올 수 있다 안테나에 흐르는 전류룰 측정하기 위해서 사 각형 루프로 전류 픽업 코일을 만들었고 진공상태에서 RF 파워률 인가하고 안테나의 전류와 전압을 측정하여 픽업 코일걸과훌 조정하였다. 발생기체로는 헬륨올 사용하였고 1-100mTorr 의 압력범위에서 실험을 하였다 플라즈마롤 빌샘시키고 파워를 증가 시킴에 따라 E-H mode transition 현상이 관찰되었고 그 때의 임계 전류 값을 측정하였다. 압력이 낮올수록 모드 변화가 일어나는 전류의 값이 작았다 임계 전류는 압력에 대해서 선형적인 특성을 보였다 이는 압력이 낮을수록 유도걸힘이 더 잘 된다는 것을 의미한다 1 1 mTorr에서는 H-mode에서 안테나의 전류가 파워훌 증가시킴에 따라 계속 증가하였으니, 압력이 올라 갈수록 조금씩 증가하는 정도가 줄어들고. 100mTorr에서는 포화된 값을 나타냈다 H-mode로 넘어간 후 에는 파워가 증가황에 따라 안테나의 임피던스 값이 모든 압력영역에서 줄어드는 경황을 보였고, 이는 플라즈마의 인덕턴스에 의해서 안테나의 인덕턴스 기 감소되기 때문이다, 파워가 증가할수록 안테U오} 플라즈마 루프사이의 상호걸합이 증가하는 걸로 해석힐 수 있다 안테나의 인되턴스 변화보다는 저항.성 분의 변화가 컸다 하지만 전체 임피던스로 볼 때 저항성분이 상대적으로 작기 때문에 인덕턴스의 감소 가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 걸로 볼 수 있다. 하지만 플라즈마로의 파워 전달에는 저항성분만이 영향올 미 치므로 저항성분의 큰 변화는 파워가 많이 전달될올 의미한다 피워전달 효율을 계산해 본 결과 수 r mTorr 부근이 80-90% 정도의 높은 효율올 보였고 5mTorr 일 때가 가장 좋았다.

  • 본 논문에서는 파워 아일랜드(power island)에서 발생되는 잡음 전달을 개선하는 방법에 대해서 연구하였다. 일반적으로 파워 아일랜드는 각 파워 버스(power bus)의 구조적 공진에 의해 잡음 전달이 증가하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 두 가지의 잡음 전달 개선 방법을 제시하였다. 첫 번째로 잡음원의 위치를 변화시킴으로서 구조적 공진을 억제하였다. 두 번째로 공진이 발생할 경우 잡음 전달을 감소시키기 위해서 EGI(Elevated Ground Island)를 제안하였다. 해석결과, 잡음원의 위치에 따라 파워 버스의 공진을 최소로 감소시켰으며, EGI를 이용하여 잡음 전달을 효과적으로 감소할 수 있었다.

Searching for the SCM Improvement Directions through the Power Attribute and Partnership (파워 유형과 파트너십 연계를 통한 공급사슬관리 개선방안 모색)

  • It is required to derive various conclusions by identifying the type of power and the relationship between SCMs and presenting practical implications. Thus, we can identify the differential effects of each type of power on SCM performance. We can contribute to develop the practical implications at more sophisticated multi-dimension by comparing results of this study with various SCM theories. Through previous studies, the source of power is largely divided into binding power and non-binding power. Binding power is classified into behavior coercion, binding reward and relationship legitimacy. Non-binding power is classified into work expertise, information superiority and value compliance. Enterprises should fully understand and recognize partners within supply chains including understanding of the source of power, imbalance and results. Thus, we look into types of power and effects on trust and commitment, and identify a causal relationship leading to collaboration and SCM performance. Specific research results are as follows. First, the binding power did not give a significant effect to the trust. However, the binding power gave a positively(+) significant effect to the commitment. Second, non-binding power showed a significant effect on both trust and commitment. As a result of analysis on total effects, it was shown that non-binding power gave indirect effects to collaboration and SCM performance. Third, it was shown that both trust and commitment significantly affected collaboration. From the perspectives of social exchange theory and trading cost theory among inter-organizational relationship theory, it may lead to SCM performance of trust, commitment and collaboration. Moreover, it was found that association of each attribute of power led to the significant result. Fourth, it was shown that trust and collaboration significantly affected SCM performance. However, commitment did not directly affect SCM performance, but it indirectly significantly affected SCM performance through collaboration. Proper use of this power can firmly build partnerships between members of the supply chain and induce the improvement on supply chain performance and satisfaction of members.

The Mediating Effect of Psychological Empowerment on the Relationship between Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction (조직몰입과 직무만족간의 관계에 대한 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개 효과)

  • This study is conducted in the form of purposive sampling among 215 social workers working in social welfare and living facilities located in the metropolitan area. The purpose of this study is to understand how organizational commitment and psychological empowerment affects job satisfaction and investigate the mediating effect of psychological empowerment when it comes to the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In this study, it is observed that there is a significant impact of psychological empowerment on job satisfaction. The higher the level of psychological empowerment is, social workers tend to have a higher level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The result of investigation on mediating effect supports a mediating effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between emotional/continuance/normative commitment and job satisfaction. In addition, the self-authority appears to have a mediating effect on the relationship between emotional/continuance/normative commitment and job satisfaction. Finally, competence also has a mediating effect on the relationship. The result supports the significant effect of the four hypotheses presented in this study. The result of this study implies that social workers' psychological empowerment has a positive effect on their organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be used by an organization as an effective management technique.
