This study investigated the effect of small-world structure in team processes on team performance. I discussed the theoretical relationship between small-world structure in team processes and team performance and analyzed the relationship using pass data of soccer teams. I constructed the 128 pass networks from the pass data of the 2014 FIFA World Cup and then measured the structural features indicating small-world structure of the networks. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed in order to examine the strength and direction of the relationship. According to the results, the clustering has an exponential relationship with team performance and the connectivity has a log-function relationship with team performance. Finally, I found the positive effect of small-world structure in team processes on team performance. Through theoretical discussion and empirical analysis, this study found that small-world structure in team processes increase team performance by facilitating task coordination and collaboration between team members.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of team process and affect state on members' organizational commitment. To this end, a valid questionnaire was received from 241 employees working at a company, and the collected questionnaire analyzed the relationship through regression analysis. As a result, we found that all of the team process factors - the conversion process, the execution process, and the interpersonal process - had a meaningful positive effect on organizational commitment. The conversion process had a positive effect on positive-activity and positive-inactivity - which is the types of the members' affect state. The interpersonal process had a positive effect on positive-activity and positive-inactivity, and negative effect on negative-inactivity and negative-activity. And the positive-activity had an intermediation effect on the relationship between team process and organizational commitment. Through this study, the significance of this study can be found in that it suggested the importance of building and managing the team process in order to maximize the efficiency of human resource management in the organization and improve the team effectiveness.

CMM/CMMI 와 같은 프로세스 모델의 등장으로 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선에 대한 원리와 방법은 인식하였으나 현실에 적용하여 성과를 창출하기에는 상당한 어려움을 겪어왔다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 개발자와 개발팀 차원에서 CMM/CMMI 의 목표와 프렉티스를 구현하기 위해 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에 의해 PSP/TSP 가 개발되었다. 이렇게 PSP/TSP 가 개인과 팀차원에서 소프트웨어 개발에 사용될 수 있는 구체적인 기법들을 기술하고 있지만 일반적으로 PSP/TSP 에서 수집되는 메트릭에 대한 분석기법은 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 PSP/TSP 수행시 발생할 수 있는 문제를 방지하고 프로세스가 변경되고 유지 관리될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 6 시그마의 다양한 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구의 사용이 필요하다. PSP/TSP 는 6 시그마가 성공적으로 적용될 수 있는 정량적인 기반을 개인과 프로젝트 차원에서 제공한다. 이에 대해 6 시그마는 PSP/TSP 에서 식별된 문제의 원인을 파악하고 분석하기 위해 필요한 분석도구와 통계적 기법을 제공하고, 문제를 방지하기 위해 프로세스가 변경되고 유지 관리될 수 있는 프로세스 관리 방법론을 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 PSP 의 각 프로세스에서 활용될 수 있는 6 시그마 도구를 식별하고 활용 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 개인과 팀 차원에서의 프로세스 개선의 수행을 지원하며 팀 차원에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈를 6 시그마의 분석, 정량화 도구를 사용하여 개인 또는 팀의 성과를 향상할 수 있는 방법을 모색해본다.

자동화된 비즈니스 프로세스 기능을 적용하기 위해 워크플로우 기능을 추가하는 것은 멀티테넌시를 지원하는 SaaS 어플리케이션개발 과정에서 필수적인 작업 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 SaaS 플랫폼에 워크플로우 기능을 추가하여 자동화된 비즈니스 프로세스를 지원하기 위한 기능을 제안하였다. SaaS 플랫폼에 워크플로우 관리 기능을 추가하여 역할관리, 비즈니스 프로세스 관리, 프로세스 인스턴스관리, ACL 관리 등을 하였다. 또한 테넌트 관리자가 개발된 SaaS 어플리케이션을 자사에 특화된 형태로 커스터마이징하기 위해 워크플로우의 재설정 기능을 제공하였다.

소프트웨어 프로세스 개선에 대한 원리와 방법은 CMM/CMMI 와 같은 프로세스 모델의 등장으로 인식하였으나 개인과 팀 차원에서 이를 구체적으로 구현하기 위한 운영적 차원의 절차와 수단의 부족으로 실제현상에 적용하여 성과를 창출하기에는 어려움을 겪어왔다. 이러한 문제를 해결하고 개발자와 개발팀의 차원에서 CMM/CMMI 의 목표와 프랙티스를 구현하기 위해 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)에 의해 PSP/TSP 가 개발되었다. 그러나 RSP 가 팀 차원에서 스프트웨어 개발에 사용할 수 있는 구체적인 기법들을 기술하고 있더라고 RSP 에서 수집되는 메트릭에 대한 분석기법은 여전히 부족하다. 따라서 TSP 수행시 발생할 수 있는 문제를 방지하고 프로세스가 변경되고 유지 관리될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 식스시그마의 다양한 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구의 사용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 TSP 의 각 스크립트에 식스시그마의 통계 기법과 의사 결정도구를 포함 시킴으로써 TSP를 확장한 식스시그마-TSP 통합 프레임워크와 활용 가이드라인을 제시함으로써 팀 차원에서의 프로세스 개선의 수행을 지원하며 팀 차원에서 발생할 수 있는 이슈를 식스시그마의 분석, 정량화 도구를 사용하여 해결하고 아울러 팀 성과를 향상할 수 있는 방법을 모색해본다.

Utilizing cross-functional project teams is an attractive organizing option, particularly in solving complex and innovative problems that require diverse sources of information, knowledge, and expertise brought by individuals from different functional backgrounds. This study is aiming at finding the group dynamics surrounding and inside the teams for the better understand what makes cross-functional project teams effective. Adopting variables from small group research and organizational context research, I extract critical antecedents, mediator, and team-coaching that lead to team performance. Data from 32 cross-functional project teams consisting of 214 individual respondents are analyzed through regression analyses for hypotheses testing. Results of the analyses demonstrate that the team process and team performance are significantly affected by the composition of competence in team and team compensation. Also I find that team-coaching as a leadership behavior has influence on team process and team performance. Some implications, future research directions, and limitations are discussed.

본 논문에서는 FTA 원산지 관리를 체계적으로 할 수 있는 프로세스기반 원산지관리시스템을 소개한다. 본 시스템은 BPM 을 기반으로 FTA 원산지 판정을 하는 최초의 시스템으로, 원산지판정절차를 프로그램 소스 코드로 작성하는 것이 아니라 프로세스 모델링 방식으로 정의하여, 사용자가 원산지판정 로직을 작성하기가 용이하며, 변경된 절차를 수정하고 관리하기에 편리하다.

본 논문에서는 코로나 19로 인한 환경의 변화는 팀 프로젝트 교육에도 많은 변화를 가지고 왔다. 개인적인 성향이 매우 강해졌고, 비대면 환경에 3년 가까이 노출된 학생들은 현재 대면을 통한 팀 프로젝트의 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 그렇다면 현재 산업체 또한 비슷한 어려움이 있을 것인데, 산업체에서는 어떻게 극복하고 있는지, 신산업 분야의 산업체 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 통해 팀 프로젝트의 실무실태를 파악하고 학생 교육에 필요한 프로세스 및 필요 조건 등을 분류하여 개선 방향 및 효과적인 적용 방법을 제시하여 수업의 질적 양적 향상에 기여 하고자 한다.

지난 호에는 인터넷 유통업의 대표적인 형태인 인터넷 쇼핑몰 운영을 위한 내부 프로세스 에이전트를 정의하였다. 또한 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 후방 프로세스를 분석해 보았으며 이를 토대로 다양한 운영층 프로세스 에이전트 유형과 특성을 정의하였다. 또한, 다수의 에이전트로 구성된 프로세스 에이전트팀 조직과 활동 원칙도 제시하였다. 이번호에는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 후방 프로세스 에이전트의 참조 구축 프레임 워크를 제시한다
