  • With increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, accelerating cloud adoption, and the adoption of remote and hybrid work environments due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the traditional security model, in which many businesses implicitly trust everything within their boundaries, is changing without boundaries, allowing data and users The concept of zero trust is getting more and more attention as the fact that it is not suitable for today's increasingly decentralized environment has been highlighted. Zero Trust is a cyber security model on the premise that 'no one trusts'. In principle, there is no safe area or user in the entire system, and internal users are also verified. is a way As telecommuting becomes commonplace due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and existing cyber security measures are facing limitations, Zero Trust technology is drawing more attention. Accordingly, it is expected that the Korean government will also check the status of acceptability of the domestic public and private sectors and tasks that need improvement when introducing Zero Trust with reference to the NIST standard. In this paper, the basic principles, philosophy, and considerations of Zero Trust and Zero Trust are explained, and practical basic measures to strengthen security by combining Zero Trust technology are presented.

  • Zero trust, which means never trust anything before verifying it, is emerging as a hot issue in security field. After authenticating users, zero trust establishes network boundaries so that only networks in the trusted range can be accessed. This concept is also consistent with the concept of SDP, which performs pre-verification and creates a network boundary with a dynamic firewall so that clients can access only as many as they have permission to connect. Therefore, we recommend the SDP model as an example of how zero trust can be achieved in a zero trust architecture. In this paper, we point out the areas where SDP needs to be modified for zero trust and suggest ways to overcome them. In addition, we propose an onboarding method, which is one of the processes for becoming an SDP entity, and present performance measurement results.

Synthesis of splinter-type and plate-type potassium titanate as reinforcements in brake pad for automobile (스플린터 및 판상형 티탄산칼륨염 합성 및 브레이크 보강재로서의 평가)

  • We synthesized potassium titanates having splinter and plate shape and evaluated frictional and wear properties of brake pad using them as reinforcements in friction materials. For splinter-shaped potassium titanates, potassium tetratitanate (K2O·4TiO2, PT4) with plate shape was prepared, then K ion of the titanate was leached by acid to make potassium hexatitanate (K2O·6TiO2, PT6), which was transformed to splinter-shaped PT6 by thermal treatment at 800℃. Plate-shaped potassium magnesium titanate (K0.8Mg0.4Ti1.6O4, PMT) was prepared by adding Mg in the potassium titanate using KCl as a flux. Using PT6 and PMT as reinforcements in friction materials of brake pad, we evaluated frictional and wear properties using 1/5-scale dynamometer. According to dynamometer test results, both reinforcements shows similar friction coefficient and fade & recovery behavior to conventional material and plate-shaped PMT exhibits higher wear resistance than splinter-shaped PT6.

  • 최근 국외에서 사실 검증 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있지만 한국어의 경우 데이터 집합의 부재로 인하여 사실 검증 연구가 이루어지는데 큰 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 어려움을 해소하고자 자동 생성 모델을 통하여 데이터 집합을 생성하는 시도도 있으나 생성 모델의 특성 상 부정확한 데이터가 생성되어 사실 검증 연구의 퀄리티를 떨어뜨린다는 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 수동으로 구축한 100건의 데이터 집합으로 최근에 이루어진 퓨-샷(Few-Shot) 사실 검증을 확장한 학습이 필요없는 제로-샷(Zero-Shot) 질의 응답에 대한 사실 검증 연구를 제안한다.

Radioiodine Labeling of Insulin Using Dimethylsulfoxide as a Labelling-Aid

  • Using dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) as a labelling aid, insulin--$^{126}$ I of radioimmunoassay use has been effectively prepared. A small amount of DMSO was added to usual labelling mixture ana the reaction time was controled. The labelled insulin obtained in such a way showed improved bindabilities to the antibody and thus expressed larger dose-gradients in the plots of standard dose-response curves even though the labelling rate was decreased to some extent. However, by extending the reaction time to about 1 min, average labelling yield of 30% could be obtained. The average increase of bindability (B/F) in definite antiserum dilution was 2.5 comparing with 1.5 obtained in the absence of DMSO. Thus, the net bindability increase was 70% of those obtained in tile absence of DMSO. By means of a NMR spectrometry, it has been confirmed that the DMSO in the labelling mixtutre is converted to dimethylsulfone by chloramine-T. The results, generally agreed with the Stags's postulation, were discussed in view of a competitive oxidation of DMSO with disulfide linkages of the insulin molecule by the chloramine-T.

  • study of the solid phase extraction (SPE) technique using activated carbon fiber (ACF) as a sorbent was carried out on the schedule chemicals in water. 14 different schedule chemicals, which are the hydrolysis products and simulants of chemical agents such as alkylphosphonate, thiodiglycol etc. were selected for the study. Pyridine was used as a promoter to increase the derivatization efficiency, especially to improve silylation of 3-quinuclidinol. To improve the recovery efficiency of amines in the water solution, 1 mL of 5% Et3N/MeOH was introduced into SPE-ACF before the water sample loading. Throughout this study, the optimum condition was established to detect rapidly above chemicals in water.

  • 이온성 계면활성제 존재하에서 유기용매에 물을 첨가하면 물이 계면활성제에 약해 둘러싸이면서 유기용매에 용해되어 의사 이상계가 형성된다. 이러한 계를 역미셀 또는 W/O microemulsion이라고 하며 계면활성제로 둘러 쌓인 물분자 집하체를 water pool이라고 한다. 그런데, 10여년 전 water pool에 bipolymer를 용해시킬 수 있다는 사실이 밟혀짐에 따라 이러한 체계를 생체막을 단순화시킨 모형막으로서 막을 통해 일어나는 여러 가지 현상의 규명에 이용하거나 물에 불용성인 기질의 효소 촉매반응의 반응계로 이용하는 연구가 꾸준히 이루어져 있다. 본 강연은 역미셀계에 리파제를 용해시켜 유지의 가수분해를 유도함으로써 지방산을 생산하는 방법에 관한 연구이다. 역미셀계에서 리파제의 특성은 에멀전계와 비교했을 때 큰 차이가 없었으며 물과 계면활성제의 몰 비율(R값)은 효소의 초기반응 속도에 커다란 영향을 끼치는 인자로 나타났다. 올리브유 농도가 5%(v/v), AOT농도가 0.1M, 초기 물 농도가 1.0M의 조건에서 유지의 회분식 가수분해 실험을 행한 결과 이 기질은 거의 완전히 가수분해되었으며, 이 반응계에서 R값과 초기 물 농도는 반응의 평형에 커다란 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났는데 초기 물 농도가 증가할수록 평형 가수분해율은 증가하였단 이러한 결과를 반응속도론 측면에서 분석한 결과 역미셀계에서 리파제 반응은 에멀전계에서와는 달리 2차 반응을 따르는 것으로 나타났다. 물 농도가 평형 가수 분해율과 속도 변수에 끼치는 영향을 수학적으로 표시하기 위하여 2차 가역적 반응 속도론에 근거하여 가수분해율, 평형상수, 속도상수 둥을 나타내는 식을 유도하였고 이를 바탕으로 여러 가지 실험 조건 하에서 리파제 반응의 반응 시간에 따른 가수분해율을 예측한 결과는 실제 실험 결과와 잘 일치하였다(편차는 5%). 또한 속도상수와 R값과의 관계식 및 유도한 방정식을 이용하여 추정한 초기속도와 평형 가수분해율을 최대화하는 R값은 각각 10.4 와 11.4 였다.

The Study of a Development Plan of the Industrial Security Expert System (산업보안관리사 자격제도 발전 방안에 대한 고찰)

  • This paper focuses on the study of a development direction of the industrial security Expert system. First of all, in order to manage Industrial security system, we need to have law, criminology, business and engineering professionals as well as IT experts, which are the multi-dimensional convergence professionals. Secondly, industrial organizations need to have workforce who can perform security strategy; security plan; security training; security services; or security system management and operations. Industrial security certification system can contribute to cultivate above mentioned professional workforce. Currently Industrial Security Expert(ISE) is a private qualification. However, the author argued that it have to be changed to national qualification. In addition, it is necessary that the system should be given credibility with verifying the personnel whether they are proper or not in the their field. In terms of quality innovation, it is also necessary that distinguish the levels of utilization of rating system of the industrial security coordinator through a long-term examination. With respect to grading criteria, we could consider the requirements as following: whether they must hold the degree of the industrial security-related areas of undergraduate or postgraduate (or to be); what or how many industrial security-related courses they should complete through a credit bank system. If the plan of completing certain industrial security-related credits simply through the credit bank system, without establishing a new industrial security-related department, has established, then industrial security study would be spreaded and advanced. For private certification holders, the problem of the qualification succeeding process is important matter. Additionally, it is necessary to introduce the certifying system of ISMS(Industrial Security Management System) which is a specialized system for protecting industrial technology. To sum up, when the industrial security management system links the industrial security management certification, industrial security would realize in the companies and research institutions dealing with national key technology. Then, a group synergy effect would occurs.
