This study is a case study of couple counseling case applying Satir Empirical Growth Model to improve the communication and self - esteem of the sexual offenders who are attached to the electronic devices requested by the representative at the ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Compliance Support Center. The counseling process was carried out in this center counseling room for 120 minutes from March to June 2017 once a week for 5 times in total. To validate the effects of this study, researchers and observer-centered techniques were used as subjective evaluations. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained. The self - esteem and communication change of the subjects with sexual violence electronic devices were found to be positive. This suggests that there is a significant effect in suggesting the possibility of using the marital counseling in the practice of the correctional facility.

Flame retardants are added to prevent catching fire and to slow down the burning process. PBDEs are known to affect thyroid hormones and hormone disruption. The aim of this study was to propose a manual for determination of PBDEs, and investigate the accumulation of PBDEs(BDE-28, 47, 99, 100, 153, 154 and 183) in fish&shellfish and human milk samples. Pre-treatment for PBDEs determination, alkali digestion and L-L(Liquid-Liquid) extraction method could be applied to fish and shellfish. When Multi-layer column was used for cleaning up the sample, 50 mL of hexane and 100 mL of hexane:dichloromethane(9:1) solutions were used for pre- and post-elution, respectively. Activated-carbon column was optimized by a 100 mL of hexane:dichloromethane(3:1). The result of fish, highest concentration was detected in flatfish, 890 pg/g(wet weight). The other side, lowest concentration was detected in pollack, 40 pg/g(wet weight). The result of breast milk, PBDEs was detected 2,580 and 3,600 pg/g(lipid weight) from breast milk of Seoul and Juju, respectively. BDE-153 and 183 were not detected in all samples. There was no difference in PBDEs level was not difference between first and second delivery. In this study, we could find that PBDEs level in Korea is lower than other countries.

The environment of IT is, currently, on its developing process to the period of cloud computing, big data, and business intelligence which not only enable computer and internet to be utilized like the water or the air, but also be a new motivating force for its advance. In the respect of various interactions and Infographics, however, it is requiring more demands from its users, and additional functions which cannot be provided by the Web Browser. In this study, therefore, it will be suggested a design of N-screen convergence presentation tier by using infographics based on N-Tier platform.

This paper present the temperature control of aluminum plate using Peltier element. Peltier effect is heat pumping phenomena by electric energy as one of the thermoelectric effect. So if current is asserted to Peltier element, it absorbs heat from low temperature side and emits to high temperature side. In this experiment, Peltier element is used to control the temperature of small aluminum plate with ON/OFF control scheme and fan ON/OFF. As the result of experiments, it is proper to act fan only while cooling duration and there exist a proper cooling current to drop temperature rapidly. It takes about 100sec to increase to 7$0^{\circ}C$ and drop to 35$^{\circ}C$ of aluminium plate temperature and about 90sec to increase to 7$0^{\circ}C$ and drop to 4$0^{\circ}C$ in ambient temperature 3$0^{\circ}C$ while fan is on only in cooling duration. Future aim is to realize more rapid temperature control and develop SMHA(special metal hydride actuator) by using Peltier element to heating and cooling.

본 연구는 건축구조물의 내장재 및 실내장식물 등의 연소 성상 DB를 바탕으로 화재 성상을 예측할 수 있는 기존 모델인 칼슨모델(B.Karlsson) 및 퀸티어리모델(J.G.Quintiere)을 비교, 분석하여 그 절차 및 차이점 등을 분석한 후 국내 가연물 연소성상 DB를 토대로 개구조건 및 건물구조 등을 고려한 화재성상 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 기초 조사 자료이다. 조사 결과 칼슨모델과 퀸티어리모델의 차이점은 우선 초기 착화영역과 착화의 판단 및 연소면적 등에서 차이가 있었으며 향후 이를 기초로 실험 결과와 대비를 통한 분석을 수행 할 예정이다.

A theoretical investigation for optimization of conduction-cooled Peltier current leads is undertaken. A Pottier current lead (PCL) is composed of a thermoelectric element (TE), a metallic lead and a high Tc superconductor (HTS) lead in the order of decreasing thermoelectric tempera ture. Mathematical expression for the minimum heat flow per unit current crossing the TE metal interface and that flowing from the metal lead to the joint of the metal and the HTS leads are obtained. It is shown that the temperature at the TE-metal interface possesses a unique optimal value that minimizes the heat flow to the joint and that this optimal value depends on the material properties of the 73 and the metallic lead but not the joint temperature nor electric current. It is also shown that there exists a unique optimal value for the joint temperature between the metal and the HTS leads that minimizes the sum of the power dissipated by ohmic heating in current leads and the refrigerator power consumed to cool the lead, for a given length of the HTS.

This research is for temperature control of insulating oil inside the transformer. After I designed and manufactured various systems using Peltier element, which was thermal element, and Heat pipe, which was a cooling system, without electric power. The optimum system could be made by applying them to the temperature control for the insulating oil. I could verify that the combination type of Heat pipe 100 W+ Peltier 100W has a more outstanding capacity than pure Heat pipe 300 W within 60 degrees Celsius through experiments. Through this, I verify that the method of a proper design is prominent, and make an attempt at contribution to power saving effect and more effective control of Distributing board by using this combination type.

The security of the data dealt by the smart city system is important because they have many privacy and public information. Therefore, it is necessary to study security in the smart city system. In this paper, we define the security factors for the smart city system composed of three tiers and describe the technologies for each. In addition, the design and implementation of the security layer in the Smart City middleware for the security management of the urban component in the Smart City Infrastructure and middleware, which is one of the most important issues in the Smart City system, is introduced.
