XML을 기반으로 한 시스템간의 통합하는 과정에서 발생하는 데이터 정의 이질성 문제, 데이터 표현의 이질성 문제, 유사표준의 중복 개발 등이 야기되므로, 이에 대한 대비책이 필요하다. 따라서 분산된 이 기종 시스템들마다 각기 구조화된 데이터베이스틀 통합하는 과정에 발생하는 시스템간의 불일치 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법이 메타데이터를 이용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이질적이면서도 분산되어 있는 정보 저장소로부터 메타데이터틀 수집하고. 이를 통합된 메타데이터 베이스로 구축하여, 분산된 데이터베이스에 대한 검색정보 및 데이터 트랜잭션을 할 수 있도록 제안한다. 정보 통합 방법으로는 메타데이터를 기반으로 한 가상 스키마를 이용한다. 스키마 이질성과 데이터 이질성 해결하기 위한 방법으로 메타데이터 가상 스키마를 설계하였다. 메타데이터 가상 스키마 기반으로 한 정보 통합은 XML 뷰어 어인 XDR을 기반으로 한다. 이는 XMVS 템플릿으로 분해하여, 통합 처리 할 수 있는 XML기반의 가상 스키마를 이용한 정보 통합 검색시스템을 설계 제안한다.

주택 시장 침체가 지속되고 있는 가운데 정부가 연달아 세 번의 대책을 내놓으며 시장 회복을 위해 애쓰고 있다. 그러나 공급 확대와 서민 주거 안정이라는 틀 아래 기존 정책이나 부처 간의 갈등이 발생하고 있어 시장 혼란이 가중되고 있다. 갖가지 대책에도 불구하고 부동산 시장이 침체를 거듭하고 있는 원인을 조명해본다.

This study examines how East Asia is represented in US World Geography textbooks and what kind of cultural and political epistemological frameworks are embedded in those representation focused on China and Japan. For this, four World Geography textbooks that widely used in public middle school throughout the State of Connecticut are selected as the major units of analysis and analyzed using content analysis. The results are as follows. First, The textbooks have the cultural epistemological framework that East Asia are portrayed not only as homegenous and static world but also as exotic world whose mode of life is quite different from that the West. Second, China are represented as having more traditional and negative images, whereas Japan are portrayed as receiving more modern and positive images in the textbooks. This difference is caused by the relationship between the U.S. and them and imply that the epistemological framework on East Asia of American can change according to the relationship between the U.S. and East Asia. Third, the textbooks seem to be dominated by colonialism epistemological framework that emphasize hierarchical order between the U.S. and East Asia and omit East Asian countries' contribution to global cultures and economies as political epistemological framework. These findings suggest the need to investigate the epistemological frameworks underlying World Geography textbooks used Korean classroom about neighbor Asia or non-Western societies.

현재 진행되고 있는 과학기술의 융합현상은 여러 학문분과와 기술간 융합이 동시다발적으로 집적화되어 나타난다는 점에서 하나의 패러다임적 전환을 예고하고 있다. 특히 IT, BT, 나노 분야간 융합이 활발하게 일어나고 있으며, IT기술은 기술간 융합을 매개하는 인프라로서의 역할이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 도래하는 융합기술경제패러다임에서 국가경쟁력을 지속하기 위해서는 교육, 연구조직 및 관리, 금융, 정책 등의 차원에서 개방형의 융합친화적인 사회제도적 틀의 구축이 반드시 병행되어야 한다.

강원대학교와 삼척대학교의 통합은 강원도에 산재한 5개 대학 간에 논의된 연.통합의 연장선이며, 1도 1 국립대학 추진이라는 다자간의 틀 속에서 추진된 양자 간의 통합이라는 것이 타 대학의 통합 사례와 다른 점이다. 통합으로 인해 입학정원과 대폭적인 기구 감축을 통한 운영의 효율성 강화, 교수의 연구 경쟁력 향상, 학생 충원 및 신입생 수준 향상, 캠퍼스별 특성화, 대학의 혁신역량 제고 등의 성과가 있었다. 그러나 통합 이전 양 대학이 가지고 있던 이질적인 대학 문화의 일체화, 캠퍼스 간의 거리로 인한 접근성의 한계와 업무적 중복성, 정부차원의 행.재정적 지원의 지속 여부는 향후 통합의 성패를 가름하는 매우 중요한 과제로 남아 있다.

SPM has been widely applied for comparison studios of the functional image data among groups of patients or individuals under different conditions and these images are from people ranging from children to adults. However, the analysis of children's brain images by using SPM can make children's brain images normalized to an adult's template image and this can result in some errors. So this study created the children's mean MR images based on the Magnetic Resonance Images of 36 normal children (age: 2～6, average age: 4.36, SD age: 1.41, M/F: 17/19), and the children's mean SPECT images by using SPECT images of 13 normal children (age: 2～6, average age: 4.80, SD age: 1.17, M/F: 10/3). We created the Korean children's brain template image, based on those mean images, and then we compared between the positions of the clusters, based on the blood flow, by normalizing ADHD children's SPECT image to Korean children's template image and SPM adult's template image. As a result of the analysis, the variation of the cluster positions was found to be a maximum of 25 ㎜. Therefore, we should be aware that we need to consider the template image and the p-value when we analyze the chlidren's brain image by using SPM.

In this paper, 3 layered architecture model and related design guidelines are proposed, which have been actually applied in our national ITS-Architecture design. The domain architecture as the 1st layer is to structure all ITS related domains for maximizing the co-operability in national level. The logical architecture as the 2nd layer is to structure all ITS related application-systems for minimizing duplications, conflicts and dead-zones in service level and maximizing the co-operability in application-system level. The physical architecture as the 3rd layer is to structure all IT(Information Technology) related physical resources for maximizing.
