본 연구에서는 침수된 저압 지중함에서 발생될 수 있는 누전 사고시 지중함내의 접지조건이 주변의 대지전위분포에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 저압 지중함 실증실험장을 설계 구축하였으며 3가지 접지조건의 경우에 대해 대지전위 측정 실험을 실시하였다. case 1과 case2와 같은 실증실험을 통해 저압 지중함에 설치되어 있는 접지선은 저압 지중함에서 대지전위 분포에 거의 영향이 없음을 확인하였으며, case 3과 같은 실증실험을 통해 저압 지중함 철재틀에 접지단자를 본딩 할 경우 저압 지중함 주변의 대지전위 상승이 거의 발생되지 않음을 확인하였다. 따라서 저압 지중함 철재틀에 접지단자를 본딩 할 경우 혹시 발생될 수 있는 지중함의 누전에 의한 감전사고를 매우 효과적으로 방지할 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, a modeling method for the vibration analysis of rotating structures composed of beams and shells employing multi-reference frames is presented. The rotary inertia effect and the geometric stiffening effect that results from centrifugal inertia force we considered for beams and shells with lumped mass model. In most previous studies, single reference frame has been employed for the vibration analysis. In the present study, a modeling method employing multi-reference frames is presented and the effects of employing multi-reference frames on the analysis accuracy are investigated through solving numerical examples.

방통융합기술이 급격히 발전하고 이에 따른 서비스가 진화함에 따라 기존 미디어 환경은 실감화, 지능화, 연결화, 융합화 되는 스마트미디어 시대로 진입하면서 인간 생활에 혁신을 가져오고 있다. 기존 교육 환경이 학교의 틀에서 일방향의 형태로 지식을 전달하는 체제이지만, 4차 산업혁명시대에 진입하면서 사회는 굳은 조직과 질서의 틀을 벗어나 빠르게 다변화 하고 복잡해지는 사회 구조가 되어 가고 있어 지식을 쌓는 전통적인 교육보다는 당면한 문제를 주도적으로 해결할 수 있는 창의적 역량을 키워주어야 사회에서 적응할 수 있는 시대가 되었다. 따라서 이러한 스마트미디어를 교육 시스템에 활용하면 4차 산업혁명시대에 적합한 창의적 역량을 발휘할 수 있을 것이며 학습의 성취도, 만족도, 몰입도 등에서 상당한 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 현재와 미래의 융합미디어 환경에서 바람직한 교육정책을 제안하고자 한다.

The panel survey is need to have a more concern about a response due to a secession and non-response of a sample. And generally a population is not fixed and continuously changed. Thus, the rotation sample design can be used by the method replacing the panel research. This paper is the study of comparison to equal weight method, Duncan weight, Design weight method, weight share method in rotation sample design. More specifically, this paper compared variance estimators about the existing each method for the efficiency comparison, and to compare the precision using the relative efficiency gain by the Coefficient Variance(CV) after getting the design weight from the actual data.

This paper presents the overall valuation framework of the Army Tactical Command Information System(ATCIS) with its empirical data which is developed by the ROK Army in 2005 with its own R&D efforts over the past 10 years. The valuation with the appropriate methods is conducted through the full and relentless support of ROK Army HQs, defense agencies, and related firms. And the results include both qualitative and quantitative values of the ATCIS in perspectives of economic, technical, and defense strength effects. As a result, the development of ATCIS is valued over 1.7291 trillion Won which is over 6.55 times benefit and cost ratio comparing with other country's similar system. The worth of this paper includes the actual framework and methods to apply the valuation of other weapon systems and its preliminary research, defense offset valuation, performance evaluation and others.

본 연구는 체계론에 근거하여 농촌가정의 의사소통효율성, 재무관리행동, 가정생활 만족간의 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 체계론에 의해 제시된 개념적 틀을 지지하는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 의사소통효율성에 직접효과를 미친 변수는 경제문제 경험도와 경제적 상승감이었다. 재정관리행동에는 경제문제 경험도, 경제적 기대감, 의사소통효율성이 직접효과를 미쳤고, 경제문제경험도는 의사소통효율성을 통한 간접효과도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2) 경제문제경험도, 경제적 상승감, 경제적 기대감, 의사소통효율성, 재무관리행동의 변수가 산출요소인 가정생활만족에 직접적인 효과를 보였고, 이중 재무관리행동을 제외한 4개 변수 모두 재무관리행동을 통한 간접효과도 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 지금까지 학계에서 꾸준히 연구되고 있는 시장진입 순서의 효과에 관한 광범위한 문헌고찰을 통해 이제까지의 연구들을 유기적·인과적으로 연결시킬 수 있는 통합적인 틀을 제시하고, 기존 연구의 한계점을 바탕으로 진입순서 연구에 관한 새로운 접근을 시도하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 크게 선발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 후발이점 발생에 관한 연구, 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수에 관한 연구로 구분하고 각 부분별 문제점과 향후 연구방향을 도출하였다. 먼저, 기존 연구에서 선·후발 진입에 대한 정의와 기업이 속해있는 시장에 대한 정의가 불분명하게 이루어짐에 따라 그 효과가 매우 다르게 나타나고 있음을 지적하고, 동시에 효과가 나타나게 되는 메커니즘도 사후적인 해석 관점에서 이루어지고 있음을 지적하였다. 이 외에도 진입순서 효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변수에 관한 연구가 생산자 관점에서 주로 다루어져 실제로 제품을 소비하는 수요자의 특성을 감안한 연구가 필요함을 제시하였으며, 진입순서 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 선행변수로 자원기반 관점 요인과 시장·경쟁 요인뿐만 아니라 조직의 특성에 대한 연구가 고려되어야 함을 지적하였다. 마지막으로 진입순서 외에도 후발기업의 진입시차에 관한 추가적인 연구의 필요성을 언급하였다.

Landscape design pursues a balance among different values in our society, but aesthetic value and ecological value in landscapes must bring complex relationships into harmony. Ecological aesthetics can be defined as a domain of study that manages the relationship between landscape ecology and landscape aesthetics to create aesthetically attractive and ecologically beneficial landscapes. Despite the importance of the research area, there has been limited empirical research addressing ecological aesthetics. This article aspires to connect and expand the conceptual framework to the research methodologies of ecological aesthetics. First, this study suggests a conceptual framework that examines the relationship between landscape and perceptual process in the context of ecological aesthetics. This framework stresses the importance of information and design intervention as moderators in this relationship. From this framework, three key topics in ecological aesthetics arise: (1) correlation between ecological integrity and aesthetic preference, (2) "compromised" design and management intervention principles that enhance aesthetic pleasure and still have biodiversity, and (3) the impact of information intervention in aesthetic experience. The framework indicated three domains affect each other; thus, when one domain is studied, the other two need to be considered. Secondly, several theoretical and empirical studies on ecological aesthetics will be reviewed from a methodological point of view. This will help to consider ecological aesthetics research, which has primarily been limited to theoretical discourse in empirical research.

이 연구는 실무능력이 중시되는 맥락에서 유용한 능력기반 학습환경의 구축방안을 모색해보고, 그 효과성을 실증적으로 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기존의 교수설계 패러다임의 발전동향을 토대로 능력기반 학습환경 구축원리를 도출하고, 이른 토대로 일반대학의 교직과목의 하나를 선정하여 구체적인 교수학습 환경을 개발하고, 기본적 실험설계의 틀에 그 효과성을 분석해 보았다. 그 결과 원래 해당 과목이 지향한 3개의 능력 중 2개 능력에서 실험집단이 비교집단보다 향상의 가능성을 보였다. 후속 연구에서는 이 학습환경 모형의 정련화와 아울러 효과검증 방법론을 보다 정련화하고, 표본수 증대를 통한 통계학적 검증이 요청된다.

To extend the self-life of Dooboo (tofu), fish paste and Makkoli (Korean traditional rice wine) for which severe heat treatment are not expectable, main putrefactive microorganisms were isolated from each product and tested their growth inhibition by ethanol and water extracts of several edible plants. The ethanol extract of Phellodandron amurense Ruprs had the strong effect of growth inhibiting to all three isolates from Dooboo and Makkoli, and Eugenia caryophyllus, Pinus rigia Mill, Bletilla striata (Thunb) Reichb. Fill and Paeonia albiflora Pall were also same effect to isolates from fish paste. The ethanol extract was more effective inhibiting than water extract in all test microorganisms. The evident inhibition level of each extract was 2000 ppm of Pa ethanol for fish paste and 1000 ppm for Makkoli.
