  • 요즘 많은 사람들은 트위터를 통해 짧은 문장의 트윗을 작성하여 자신의 의견이나 생각을 표현한다. 사람들이 작성한 트윗은 사용자의 연령, 성별, 지역에 따라 다른 특성이 담겨있다. 이러한 정보를 이용하여, 기업에서는 연령대, 성별, 지역에 따라 각기 다른 마케팅 전략을 세울 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 트위터 사용자들의 트윗을 분석하여 연령대, 성별, 지역을 예측하려 한다. 네이버 오픈사전의 자질, 한국전자통신연구원(ETRI)의 개체명 사전을 이용한 자질 및 한국어 형태소 분석, 음절 단위의 bigram을 클래스별 의미 있는 자질로 선택하고 LDA를 이용하여 예측된 확률분포를 활용하여 분류한 결과, 연령 72%, 성별 75%, 지역 43%의 납득할만한 예측 정확도 결과를 얻게 되었다.

  • Web 2.0 이 도래한 이후 SNS(Social Network Service)에 대한 관심이 널리 퍼짐에 따라 인터넷 사용자들은 SNS 를 통하여 수 많은 정보를 교류하고 있다. SNS 에서는 사용자들을 중심으로 수많은 메시지가 생성되고 있으며, 그러한 메시지에는 사람들의 성향이 그대로 묻어 있다. 수많은 사람들이 만들어내는 메시지들은 매우 방대하며 의미 있고 실속 있는 다양한 개인 정보를 담고 있다. 본 논문에서는 트위터를 이용하여 특정 사용자 중심의 네트워크에서 생성되는 메시지들을 집단지성의 측면에서 수집, 분석하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자 주변에서 오가는 키워드들을 찾아내고, 그런 키워드를 생성하고 있는 사람들이 누구인지를 알아본다. 그 결과 한 사용자 주변에 분포되어 있는 집단들의 특성을 알아볼 수 있다. 특정 사용자 주변에는 어떠한 집단이 있는지 알 수 있고, 그 집단들의 연관성을 분석한다면 이는 마케팅, 서비스 차원의 사회 여러 분야에서 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper suggests a method for predicting a box-office success of the film. Lately, as the growth of the film industry, a variety of studies for the prediction of market demand is being performed. The product life cycle of film is relatively short cultural goods. Therefore, in order to produce stable profits, marketing costs before opening as well as the number of screen after opening need a plan. To fulfill this plan, the demand for the product and the calculation of economic profit scale should be preceded. The cases of existing researches, as a variable for predicting, primarily use the factors of competition of the market or the properties of the film. However, the proportion of the potential audiences who purchase the goods is relatively insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, in order to consider people's perception of a movie, Twitter was utilized as one of the survey samples. The existing variables and the information extracted from Twitter are defined as off-line and on-line element, and applied those two elements in machine learning by combining. Through the experiment, the proposed predictive techniques are validated, and the results of the experiment predicted the chance of successful film with about 95% of accuracy.

  • 본 연구에서는 스마트미디어를 사용하여 캘리그래피 활용을 나타낸다. 스마트기기를 이용한 SNS로 트위터, 페이스북 등 다양한 수단을 이용하여 캘리그래피를 CI, BI, 영화 포스터, 책 표지타이틀, 전시, 마케팅 전략 등 기업의 수익 모델과 개인 작품 활동들을 공유함으로써 다양한 정보제공과 영상으로 그 효과는 매우 크다 따라서 이러한 스마트기기를 활용한 캘리그래피는 앞으로도 더 많은 정보 제공과 수익 모델을 창출하며 그 영향력은 매우 증대될 것으로 사료한다.

  • SNS media is gaining its media share with the benefits of digital technology, such as the convenience of physical access and the entertainment and interactivity of contents, and are becoming a part of users' lives. As media contents consumers move from traditional media to SNS, marketing communication activities are rapidly adapting to leading SNS platforms such as Facebook. This study compares how users perceive four advertisement attributes in each SNS, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Kakao Story, and Twitter, where the media content creation and consumption systems are relatively similar to each other. The impact on eWOM intention was identified. In addition, we discussed effective SNS operation.

  • Social media such as twitter has been popular by the diffusion of internet, and thanks to the radical improvement of computational ability of computers big data analysis became possible. This research is regarding about smart watch which is receiving attention as post-smartphone technology. Among various types of smart watch, this research focuses on the recently released Samsung Galaxy Gear S2. The main purpose of the research is to analyze customer's actual twitter data that was produced before and after the release of the smart watch to the market. Through the analysis, this research provides practical marketing strategy guideline, and also the analysis framework used in this research can be a research framework for other area and product researches.

  • Due to the spread of SNS, web-based consumer-generated data is increasing exponentially. It is important in many fields to accurately extract what is appropriate for the user's interest in a large amount of data. It is especially important for business mangers to establish marketing policies to find the right customers for them in many users. In this paper, we try to obtain important information centering on customers who are interested in each account through Twitter follow - following relationship. Because Twitter's current follower relationships do not reflect the user's interests, we try to figure out the details of interest using keyword extraction methods for tweets of followers. To do this, we select two domestic commercial Twitter accounts and apply the sequential pattern evaluation index to the mining key phrase of the text data collected from the follower.

A Study on the Effectiveness of e-Trade Marketing for Export Performance (전자무역 마케팅의 수출 성과에 대한 효과성 분석)

  • The objective of this study is to improve export performance using e-Trade marketing systems. The use of e-Trade has been increasing but there is some controversy about the performance of e-Trade marketing for Small-to-Medium enterprises (SME). The research construct for determining the export performance is suggested and five factors are introduced in this paper such as: B2B relationship and cooperation, product complexity, online fitness, level of internationalization, and use of e-Trade marketing. Sample data were collected from the companies who are familiar with the e-Trade systems. The result shows that the use of e-Trade marketing mostly contributes to the increase of export performance. The regression and cluster analysis shows that both variables of e-Trade marketing and on-line fitness are significant to high export performance group. The implication for SMEs is that the use of e-Trade marketing methods could contribute to the increase of export performance and more analytical works need to be made for future study.

An Analysis on the Usage of Social Networking Services by Book Publishers in Korea: Focused on Twitters, Facebook and Me2day (우리나라 출판사들의 SNS 활용 실태 분석 연구 - 트위터, 페이스북, 미투데이를 중심으로 -)

  • This study aimed to investigate, analyze and identify the problems related to SNS usage by publishing companies around Twitter, Facebook and Me2day as well as theoretically investigate SNS, and ultimately to suggest the approaches to improve the outstanding issues identified. In accordance with the analysis, only 0.5%(222 publishing companies) in total publishing companies(41,407) opened SNS[3.7%(1,537) opened the independent website.] Second, in accordance with the investigation on 212 publishing companies in 222 companies opening SNS(71 twitters, 74 facebooks, 67 Me2days), the communication was not significant to the extent that only 50.5%(107) kept the communication with less than 100 readers or potential readers. Furthermore, 77.4%(164 companies) had less than 1,000 postings by publishing companies. The analysis on the postings(500) by users and postings(300) by publishing companies demonstrated that those postings were mostly related to marketing, introduction, recommendation and reading of publications by publishing companies. It means that the postings were mostly positive. However, 86.6% of postings by users in SNS of publishing companies was merely one-time posting. It indicated that continuity was not sufficient.

  • Affiliate marketing is classified as a type of online advertising, where merchants share a percentage of sales revenue generated by each customer, who visited the company's website via a content provider. Content provider, referred to as an affiliate, usually places an online advertisement at its website. For the past few years, there have been a lot of companies or individuals who participate in affiliate marketing. Generally speaking, most of them have websites and post the merchant's ads on their own websites. However, building and maintaining websites have some technology requirements. The widespread use of Social Network Service (SNS), especially microblog-based SNS such as Twitter and Sina Weibo, provides opportunities for individuals who want to be content providers of affiliate marketing. Since information spreads quickly on microblog-based SNS and the easy in targeting customers, it is both an effective and an efficient tool to do affiliate marketing. The relationship between a content provider and the potential customer, which is referred as "tie strength", is quite an important issue in such situation. This paper proved that service characteristics of the microblog-based SNS (security, community drivenness and navigability) and content quality all had positive influence on click-through intention, while tie strength played a moderating role. For the group with strong tie, tie strength is crucial in influencing click-through intention. While for the weak tie group, content quality was very important. Finally, we proposed some implications for both academics and practitioners.
