This paper attacked the unknown DoS which mixed a DoS attack, Worm and the Trojan horse which used IP Source Address Spoofing and Smurf through the SYN Flooding way that UDP, ICMP, Echo, TCP Syn packet operated, the applications that used TCP/UDP in VoIP service networks. Define necessity of a Dynamic Update Engine for a prevention, and measure Miss traffic at RT statistics of inbound and outbound parts in case of designs of an engine at IPS regarding an Self-learning module and a statistical attack spread, and design a logic engine module. Three engines judge attack grades (Attack, Suspicious, Normal), and keep the most suitable filtering engine state through AND or OR algorithms at Footprint Lookup modules. A Real-Time Dynamic Engine and Filter updated protected VoIP service from DoS attacks, and strengthened Ubiquitous Security anger, and were turned out to be.
IP QoS is not required to overcome the limitations of the existing Best Effort Service to connect to the explosion of the Internet traffic revenue. To IP QoS requirements of next-generation communication network, Metric Sizing Methodology is very important. However, IP networks have been developed with a focus gender flexibility and scalability than the QoS. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the quality measures for different existing IP technology to apply QoS in IP networks. When establishing the connection quality and transmission quality, based on the IP QoS(Quality of Service) objective data quality metrics can be obtained by analyzing the communication quality hindrance. Understanding the communication quality level may evaluate quality sensitive area and quality hindrance. Establish effective quality metrics can be expected to promote effective and customer satisfaction through improved quality, improved call quality for this issue.

Management of biosignal data in mobile devices causes many problems in real-time transmission of large volume of multimedia data or storage devices. Therefore, this research paper intends to suggest an m-Health system, a clinical data processing system using mobile in order to provide quick medical service. This system deployed health system on IP network, compounded outputs from many bio sensing in remote sites and performed integrated data processing electronically on various bio sensors. The m-health system measures and monitors various biosignals and sends them to data servers of remote hospitals. It is an Android-based mobile application which patients and their family and medical staff can use anywhere anytime. Medical staff access patient data from hospital data servers and provide feedback on medical diagnosis and prescription to patients or users. Video stream for patient monitoring uses a scalable transcoding technique to decides data size appropriate for network traffic and sends video stream, remarkably reducing loads of mobile systems and networks.
Along with advanced vehicle to vehicle (V2V) communication technologies, platooning is regarded as one of the most promising form of autonomous driving solutions in order to increase road capacity. In this paper, we propose a novel V2V transmission scheme for safety message dissemination in platooning. The proposed scheme enhances the efficiency of channel access and multi-vehicle orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDMA) transmission by taking advantage of triggered uplink access technique and null data packet feedback report protocol introduced in the sixth generation WLAN standard, IEEE 802.11ax. The simulation results prove that the proposed scheme outperforms the conventional IEEE 802.11 transmission scheme throughout all measured vehicle density range.

In IEEE 802.11b wireless network, stations synchronize themselves to the beacons periodically sent by the access point(AP) when they are running in low power mode. In case of missing beacon due to noise or traffic from neighboring wireless network stations must be awake until they get the next beacon, which causes energy consumption in stations. In this paper, we propose a scheme searching next beacon consuming little energy. The problems of missing beacon in low power mode of IEEE 802.11b wireless interface are described and a new method to reduce energy consumption is proposed. The proposed method is simulated with the network simulator, ns2, and compared with the low power mode of the IEEE 802.11b. The result measured in terms of station's wakeup time shows some enhancement in energy consumption when some errors occur in receiving frames.
When multiple clients share bandwidth and receive a streaming service, HTTP Adaptive Streaming has a problem in that the bandwidth is measured inaccurately due to the ON-OFF pattern of the segment request. To solve the problem caused by the ON-OFF pattern, the proposed PANDA (Probe AND Adapt) determines the quality of the segment to be requested while increasing the target bandwidth. However, since the target bandwidth is increased by a fixed amount, there is a problem in low bandwidth utilization and a slow response to changes in bandwidth. In this paper, we propose a video quality control scheme that improves the low bandwidth utilization and slow responsiveness of PANDA. The proposed scheme adjusts the amount of increase in the target bandwidth according to the bandwidth utilization after judging the bandwidth utilization by comparing the segment download time and the request interval. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can fully utilize the bandwidth and can quickly respond to changes in bandwidth.

Since the TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) system is based on TDD (Time Division Duplexing), the uplink and downlink can be allocated asymmetrically according to the traffic e.g. Web browsing. Although this asymmetric allocation can increase the frequency utilization, it may cause time slot opposing, which implies the time slot is assigned in opposing direction between cells. The time slot opposing can generate significant interference between cells, which results in severe performance degradation. In the paper, a novel dynamic channel allocation (DCA) is proposed in the TD-SCDMA system, to mitigate the impact of time slot opposing considering smart antenna. When the smart antenna is applied in the system, the inter-cell interference is largely affected by beam pattern and beam direction between neighboring cells. Therefore, the time slot opposing and smart antenna should be considered together in the DCA. The intensive simulations show that the proposed scheme can improve the system capacity compared to the conventional DCA schemes.

The increasing of web users load to the excessive transmission traffic and system overload problems. To solve these problems, cluster systems are studied. In conventional cluster systems, when the request size is large owing to such types as multimedia and CGI, the particular server load and response time tend to increase even if the overall loads are distributed evenly. In this paper, we consider the methodology of efficient resource usage, specially distributed web cluster system. We develope an algorithm that distributes the load on the web cluster system to use the system resources, such as system memory equally. The response time is chosen as a performance measure on the various clustering models. And based on the concurrent user to the web cluster system, the response time is also examined as the number of users increases. Simulation experience with this algorithm shows that the response time and average throughput seems to have a good results compare to those with the other algorithm.
The explosive increase of World Wide Web usage has incurred significant amount of network traffic and server load. To overcome these problems, web proxy caching replicates frequently requested documents in the web proxy closer to the users. Cache utilization depends on the replacement policy which tries to store frequently requested documents in near future. Temporal locality and Zipf frequency distribution, which are commonly observed in web proxy workloads, are considered as the important properties to predict the popularity of documents. In this paper, we propose a novel cache replacement policy, called Adaptive LFU (ALFU), which incorporates 1) Zipf frequency distribution by utilizing LFU and 2) temporal locality adaptively by measuring the amount of the popularity reduction of documents as time passed efficiently. We evaluate the performance of ALFU by comparing it to other policies via trace-driven simulation. Experimental results show that ALFU outperforms other policies.

In this paper, we propose a new dynamic bandwidth allocation and call admission control for VBR video sources with QoS constraints to support an efficient resource management and at the same Lime to satisfy the user's quality or service requirements. For the dynamic bandwidth allocation, first the next amount of traffic is predicted using a modified adaptive linear prediction method that considers abrupt scene change effects. And then, we dynamically allocate the necessary bandwidth to each connection based on the currently provided quality degree by the network with respect to the user's QoS requirements in terms of average delay and loss ratio. For the admission control, we determine the acceptance or rejection or a new connection based on the quality satisfaction degrees of the existing connections. Simulation results show that our proposed dynamic schemes are able to provide a stable service, which well meets the user's quality requirements.
