  • The majority of recent intrusions reveal that the attackers do not use the previous intrusion techniques or network flaw, rather they tend to use the vulnerabilities residing inside the program, which are the running programs on the system or the processes for the service. Therefore, the security managers must focus on updating the programs with lots of time and efforts. Developers also need to patch continuously to update the program, which is a lot of burden for them. In order to solve the problem, we need to understand the vulnerabilities in the program, which has been studied for some time. And also we need to analyze the functions that contains some vulnerabilities inside. In this paper, we first analyzed the vulnerabilities of the standard C library, and Win32 API functions used in various programs. And then we described the design and implementation of the automated scanning tool for writing secure source code based on the analysis.

  • Recently because of rising of international oil prices, plant industry market has been active and purchase orders of big project are tending upwards. For strengthening of overseas plant competitive power and successful project operating, it is essential the project management technology and method. but procurement management of plant industry has evaluated uncompetitive. In this study, we analyzed the process of procurement founded and main contents and information. we study flowing of procurement information. user and creation time though detailing procurement information, then, we suggest the Contents Classification System and Management Model of Procurement Information.

  • Muan Enterprise City is a mega-project that has an investment worth up to $3 billion only in the construction of infrastructure. The project's success will largely depend on the success of its construction management. This study sets out to establish a construction management plan for Muan Enterprise City by defining the core objectives and organizational structure and its supporting system. Project outline and core objectives were analyzed, and necessity of construction management and processes evaluated. Based on this analysis, implementation strategy for the achievement of project goals was defined and developed, and organizational structure and its support system to execute established. This study strives to support the project's construction management being carried out under proper planning and possibly set an example for construct ion management of mega-structures in the future.   • In the present age, a vehicle works important part in our lives and economical domain that transport people, freights, and everything. And both of its number and value are increasing more and more. But user's convenience, control system could not be archived improvement than technological success. In this paper, we suggest some kinds of administrative agendas; simplifying executive processes, designing vehicle information system using by RFID which includes Ubiquitous skill and optical communication network. Especially, this paper suggests public vehicle control model which can simplify every executive processes of vehicle's life in the newest method. There are many kinds of RFID applicative products about transportation. And a dual invest should be interrupted for economical purpose. So this paper also proposes some way for problems of these types.

  • The purpose of this study is to discuss new entrants' role in a business ecosystem and to analyze growth strategies of a new entrant in the movie industry. When participants of a business ecosystem complement one another with their own unique capabilities, they can coevolve and develop the business ecosystem. Especially, new entrants armed with competitive advantages are the key success factor for improving robustness of business ecosystem. Korean movie industry is dominated by a few large enterprises and thereby threatening fair trade. In an effort to encourage new entrants in the industry, this study analyzed success factors of a film distributor, Next Entertainment World(NEW). The success factors include unique criteria in selecting scenarios, quality management, rapid decision making process, and competent management team. Implications for the results and the future study are discussed.

  • The government and companies build a DDoS correspondence system hastily to protect assets from cyber threats. It has become more and more intelligent and advanced such as DDoS attack. However, when outbreaks of the social incidents such as 7.7 DDoS attack(2009.7.7) or cases of the direct damage occurred, information security systems(ISS) only become the issue in the short term. As usual, sustained investment about ISS is a negative recognition. Since the characteristic of ISS is hard to recognize the effectiveness of them before incidents occurs. Also, results of incidents occurred classify attack and detection. Detailed and objective measurement criterion to measure effectiveness and efficiency of ISS is not existed. Recently, it is progress that evaluation and certification about for the information security management system(ISMS). Since these works propose only a general guideline, it is difficult to utilize as a result of ISMS improvement for organization. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework to develop main criteria by a correspondence strategy and process. It is able to detailed and objective measurements.

  • Infrastructure asset management can be defined as the long term and cost effective management strategy to meet the required service level. In most developed countries, the major motivations of the introduction of asset management are increment in number of assets, extension of maintenance field, accounting approaches of public facilities, performance-based FM(Facility Management), limitations of public funds and public-private partnership, life cycle cost approach, and the development of information technology. This paper discusses the strategic and stepwise methods of introducing infrastructure asset management. Strategic approaches are suggested to develop the practical methods of condition and value assessment of assets, and long-term capital investment plan for optimized decision making(ODM). Required systematic processes are analyzed in terms of resource and technical limitations and detailed implementation plan for each development phases are suggested.

Development of Web-Based VE Supporting System for Effective Workshop (효율적인 VE워크숍을 위한 웹기반 VE지원시스템 개발에 대한 기초연구)

  • Value Engineering methodology was introduced about 30years ago and has significant achievement in Korea. However, many of workshop still focus on cost down process and do not spend enough time on function analysis and expert cooperation. As a result, limited range of creative ideas were produced. To improve effectiveness of VE workshop, this study developed web-based value engineering process and system. And this study applied it to real case study to evaluate effectiveness of proposed system. Developed VE system also provides automated FAST diagram function and decision-making supporting tools. The authors found that this developed web-based VE system can significantly help to save cost and improve performance of VE workshop by using the appropriate VE process, and quick cooperation between experts. In addition, this study shows an example of a VE case study that applies the web-based VE system process, which led to a very innovative and effective way to lead workshop.

  • Due to rapid spread of smart phones and SNS(Social Network Service), using of Internet applications has increased and taking up bandwidth more than 3G network's capacity recently. This caused reduction of speed and service quality, and occurred strong needs that backbone network company to increasing investment costs. Also a great rise of mobile network users causing identity management problems on mobile service provider through mobile network. This paper proposes advanced IDM3G[1] - to solve user ID management and security problems on mobile internet application services over 3G network and more - authentication management protocol. $I^2DM$ protocol breakup loads which made by existing IDM3G protocol's mutual authentication via mobile operator, via sending some parts to internet application service provider, enhancing mobile and ID management of service provider and network load and process load from information handling and numbers of transmitting packets, to suggest more optimized protocol against further demanding of 3G mobile network.
