최근 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있음에도 불구하고 정보보호에 관한 적절한 투자가 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이는 전 세계적인 경제 불황이라는 원인도 있겠지만, 정보보호 예산 편성에 대찬 제도적 장치 및 절차가 미흡하여 정보보호에 대한 요구사항이 적절하게 반영되지 못하는 구조적인 문제를 가지고 있다. 미 정부에서는 정보보호 예산편성을 체계적으로 수립하도록 여러 법규와 지침이 작성되어 현재 수행 중에 있는 반면, 국내에서는 예산편성지침에 정보보호 관련 예산편성에 대한 지시는 있으나 구체적인 방법 제시나 지침이 존재하지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미국의 전자정부의 출범에 따른 정보기술 예산 편성과 관련된 미 연방정부정보보호관리법(FISMA) 및 관련 법규를 검토하고 자본계획 및 투자통제프로세스를 통한 정보보호 예산 편성 과정을 분석하고자 한다. 또한 국내 정부의 예산편성 과정을 미국의 경우와 비교 분석함으로써 보다 효과적인 정보보호 예산 반영을 위한 제도적 방안 및 지침 수립을 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.

본 연구는 정보화 투자효과 평가방법론의 틀을 형성하는 투자효과 분류체계와 측정활동의 모형을 제안하고 있다. 우선 기존에 사용되는 여러 가지 이론적 또는 실무적 투자효과 분류체계의 장단점을 분석한 후 Balanced Scorecard 모형에 의거하여 정보화 투자효과를 재무, 대고객, 내부 프로세스, 혁신과 학습 4가지 영역으로 분류하였다. 이러한 분류체계는 1990년대 정보화 투자가 창출하는 무형적이고 전략적인 효과를 비즈니스 용어와 성과지표로서 적절하게 수용하고 있고, 정보화 투자를 비즈니스 투자와 사업적 관점에서 바라볼 수 있게 한다. 그리고 정보화 투자와 기업성과 사이의 인과관계와 역동적 흐름을 체계적으로 파악할 수 있게 하는 장점이 있다. 이러한 분류체계에 근거하여 투자효과 측정활동은 기업성과지표의 도출, 기업성과지표별 정보화 효과 예측, 그리고 정보화 효과의 화폐가치 산출이라는 3가지 작업으로 구분된다. 본 연구에서는 각 작업별로 어떠한 절차, 방법, 기법들이 사용될 수 있는지를 제안하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to find out common investment decision factors for CVC's invested technology-based startups and analyze them. We examined 17 CVCs that invested in technology startups for three years and six months from 2015 to June 2018. As a result, the final 9 CVCs that can be used in this study were confirmed and 188 companies were analyzed. This study was conducted as a case study to propose and demonstrate CVC investment objectives and investment decision factors analysis model. The results of this study are as follows. First, CVC focused on strengthening investment. Second, In 2015, Invested in an average of 19 months of technology-based startups. In recent years, we invested in 36 months of proven technology-based startups. Thirdly, ICT service was the main business type of the invested startups. Fourth, the investors were concentrated on the stage of Series A~B. It is observed that CVC investment determinants have a significant impact on product or service and parent company relations. In addition, it was found that factors such as innovation, business planning competency, enterprising, strategic competency, leadership, and opportunity recognition competency were influential factors for the startups of invested companies and it was found that these factors are important for CVC investment decision. Understanding of CVC investment determinants presented in this study is based on the establishment of the investment process of the investee, entrepreneurship and management education program. The results of this study can be applied to the selection of excellent startups, entrepreneurship education programs, mentoring, development of coaching guidelines, and establishment of investment process of other investment institutions when investing in CVC.

Source and use of investment money in the content business has been subject to closer attention, This study attempts to identify the information asymmetry problem in the performing art are, focusing on the Korean musical play. Despite the various discussions in the venture capital practice in the performing art area, there has been few studies analyzing the investors' perspective. While juggling with the 'artistic value' and 'rate of return', the investors are concerned about the 'transparency' of the performing art practice. When coupled with the subjective judgment of 'artistic value', the information asymmetry between the investor and the performing art manager becomes more delicate. In the performing art business, 'SPC(Special Purpose Company)' is considered a possible solution to organize the deal structure in this field. This study analyzes the role of SPC regarding the information asymmetry problem.

In order to maintain construction industry and to improve efficiency, the Korean government legislated private investment system. Private sector takes advantages by adopting CM (Construction Management) project system, however, public sector has relatively less capability and experience than private sector. In this paper, PSM (Partnership Support Management) is addressed in order to actively strengthen the project capabilities for public sector. PSM maintains existing CM project system because it is a concept of expended business model of CM. PSM needed to categorize the private participated project into 5 phases; project development phase, project announcement phase, project evaluation phase, project agreement phase and agreement changing phase. PSM business structure and business process considering stakeholder's interrelationship and participation are suggested in this research. Suggested PSM business model may not only increase a comprehensive understanding of government and project capability, but also may reduce work load and responsibilities for project momentum of private participation in infrastructure.

최근 급변하는 세계 경제 환경에서 창업기업은 혁신, 고용 및 경제 활력의 핵심 동력으로 등장했다. 그러나 초기 창업 기업이 성장하는 여정에는 많은 어려움이 따르며, 이 과정에서 엔젤투자자의 역할이 필수적이다. 초기 창업 시장의 촉매제 역할을 하는 엔젤투자자는 필요한 자본을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 경영 노하우 및 네트워크를 통해 창업기업이 성공할 수 있도록 지원한다. 그러나 최근 데이터에 따르면 신생 기업 중 엔젤 투자의 혜택을 받는 기업은 1.4%에 불과한 것으로 나타나 창업기업의 잠재력과 지원 사이에는 분명한 공백이 존재한다. 이 연구는 지속가능한 경제 성장을 위해 창업 생태계의 중요한 요소인 엔젤투자자의 위험회피 성향을 이해함으로써 이들의 투자 행동, 의사결정 프로세스에 대한 통찰력을 얻을 수 있다. 위험회피가 엔젤투자에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 엔젤투자가 활성화 될 수 있는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 위험회피 성향이 엔젤투자에 대한 관심도와 실제 투자 활동 간의 관계를 추정해보고자 한다. 위험회피 성향이 엔젤투자자에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 탐색하는 것에 중점을 두고, 엔젤투자자의 행동과 관심사에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 포함하여 진행한다. 연구 표본은 서울 및 경기 지역의 일반 성인과 엔젤투자자로 설문조사를 통해 필요한 데이터를 수집한다. 이 연구는 위험회피 성향이 엔젤투자 결정에 어떻게 반영되는지에 대한 깊은 이해를 제공하고, 엔젤투자 활성화를 위한 정책 및 전략을 수립하는데 중요한 통찰력을 제공할 것이다.

Traditional financial approaches have been failed to satisfy the firms in evaluating the payoffs from information technology(IT) investment. This research developed a processed-oriented model to evaluate the impacts of IT on the primary business activities within the value chain. The model proposed in this research incorporates corporate goals for IT and strategic alignment as key measurements of IT impacts. We found that corporate goals for IT can be classified into one of four categories: unfocused, operations focus, market focus, and dual focus(operations and market focus), using survey data collected from 137 corporate executives in Korea. The empirical analysis confirms that corporate goals for IT are useful indicators of impacts from IT in that executives in firms with more focused goals for IT perceive higher payoffs from IT in the value chain. We also found that strategic alignment contributes to higher perceived levels of IT payoffs.

This Research suggested direction of development and analyzed necessity and given condition of CM(Construction Management) operation system of SOC private infrastructure project which is judged to grow up continuously from now on, Direction of development which is suggested in this research is largely there, (1)development of SOC private infrastructure project CM work standard process guide, (2)development of SOC Private Investment project feasibility study Performance standard, (3)checklist of SOC by stages and functionally private investment projects risk. Through this development, later we judge effect not only supply of a model case to artivate CM system but heightening of efficiency in domestic construction industry.

오늘날 IT투자의 가장 중요한 목표는 더 이상 단순히 생산비용을 낮추는 것이 아니고 최적화된 대량 생산을 위해 디지털로 연결된 세상에서 고객들과 파트너들에게 기업의 유용성을 높이는 데 있다. 따라서 기업들은 BPM을 통해 확장된 기업의 프로세스를 자동화하고, 통합하고 최적화하기 위해 모든 역량을 집중하고 있다. 또한 RFID 응용시스템을 통해 기술적 측면에 접근하여 비즈니스 확장을 위한 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있다. 그러나 기술적 측면, 비즈니스 프로세스적인 측면, 조직적인 측면을 함께 고려하여야 성공적인 기업 역량을 이룰수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 RFID 시스템을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 접근 방법론을 제안하였다. 이 방법론을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 분석에서부터 시스템 분석 및 설계에 따른 시간, 비용, 품질, 및 고객의 만족 수준에 혁신적인 개선을 이끌어내는 접근 방법론을 기대할 수 있다.
