Comparison of Fuel Consumption Estimation for Passenger Cars (승용차 유류소모량 산정 방법의 비교 연구)

  • Evaluation of fuel consumption for the various road condition and vehicle type is necessary to perform the economic analysis of road construction which is important for the efficient design and management of road. Economic analysis of road should consider the social cost which can be divided into agency cost including initial construction expense, maintenance cost, and so on, and user cost consisting of vehicle operating cost, congestion cost, etc. Since vehicle operating cost depends on the traffic volume, fuel consumption that is a major part of vehicle operating cost will change by traffic volume as well. Fuel consumption is significantly affected by vehicle speed and road condition, especially the roughness. Thus, fuel consumption should be evaluated in terms of road condition, which is not currently considered. In this study, the estimation model of fuel consumption for the passenger cars in Korea has been developed by considering the road condition. First, the relationship between vehicle speed and fuel consumption that is used to calculate the vehicle operating cost for investment evaluation of transportation facility and the initial feasibility study of road construction was investigated. Second, with the consideration of road roughness, fuel consumption of the passenger car was measured. From the measurement, it was found that fuel consumption increased by $80m{\ell}$ per 100km driving as the roughness increased by 1m/km. Therefore, it is recommended that for the economic analysis of road design and management, the fuel consumption should be a function of road roughness.

  • Flood discharge capacity in a dam downstream reach has been decreased after dam construction because of the river cross section reduction impacted by farm lands, sand-bars and parking lots, etc. in river flood plains. Those obstacles being in the river inside areas have caused negative influences to the dam operation policy. Therefore, the dam downstream river improvement work associated with the dam operation improvement plan is under construction for removing reduction factors on the dam effective storage, assuring flood safety in the dam downstream river and incrementing dam operation benefits. But the project has issued some problems such as project feasibility, economic evaluation, cost allocation and benefit share, etc. Since a dam enterpriser has not committed such kind of project before, it is necessary to set up an objective analysis process and a quantitative financial valuation. This study examines the measurable economic benefits and the cost allocation of the project for the fairness between benefit owners (central government and water electricity enterprisers). As a result, the total economic benefit from 3 dams (Imha, Daechung and Youngdam Dam) accounts for 14.41 Billion Won/year. The financial valuation of K-water as a project enterpriser is approximately estimated at 40% of the total value and the government is 60%.

  • 교통주제도는 건설교통부와 한국교통연구원이 ${\ulcorner}$국가교통DB구축사업${\lrcorner}$의 일환으로 제작한 것으로, 국토지리정보원의 NGIS 수치지도(축척 1:5,000)를 기반으로 하여 현장조사 및 문헌조사를 통해 갱신, 보완하여 교통 분야의 활용에 적합하도록 구축한 GIS 수치지도이다. 교통주제도는 현장조사와 문헌조사를 통해 수집된 자료를 기반으로 구축되며 이중 교통시설물조사는 문헌자료(준공도로현황 등)를 참고하여 산정된 조사대상에 대하여 GPS 조사시스템을 활용, 도형 및 속성정보를 취득하는 것을 말한다. 조사항목은 도형정보(노드, 링크) 및 속성정보(차선수, 도로번호 등)이며 GPS 조사시스템과 조사원장(도면)을 이용하여 조사한다. 교통시설물조사와 문헌자료조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 단위도엽(1:5,000기준)별로 교통주제도에 반영되며 최종적으로 전국단위의 통합자료로 구축된다 교통주제도는 사용목적과 축척기준에 따라 단순화되며 이를 교통주제도 레벨이라 한다. 교통주제도의 레벨은 총 4단계로 구분되며 현재 레벨2에서 레벨4까지 구축되고 있다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통시설투자계획, 수요분석, 타당성 평가와 같은 교통분야의 연구를 수행하기 위해 반드시 필요한 자료이다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도보다 더 단순화된 도로망 모델로서 구성요소는 노드(시점, 종점, 죤 센트로이드)와 링크(도로망, 센트로이드 커넥터)이며 도로의 기하구조보다는 논리적 구조(방향성, 노드/링크 연결성 등)에 중점을 둔 데이터이다 교통분석용 네트워크는 교통주제도의 도형과 속성정보를 기반으로 하며 각종 통계자료(도로교통량통계연보 등)를 활용, 구축된다. 교통분석용 네트워크는 구축시점에 따라 현재 및 장래 네트워크로 구분되며 장래 네트워크는 기준년도부터 2031년까지 5년 단위로 계획된 장래도로를 반영하여 구축된다. 교통주제도 및 교통분석용 네트워크는 국가교통DB구축사업을 통해 구축된 자료로서 교통체계효율화법 제9조의4에 따라 공공기관이 교통정책 및 계획수립 등에 활용할 수 있도록 제공하고 있다. 건설교통부의 승인절차를 거쳐 제공하며 활용 후에는 갱신자료 및 활용결과를 통보하는 과정을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다.

  • The study has try to find out the relationship between airfreight service quality and satisfaction in international forwarding practice which has focused to figure out the mediating role of performance that measured as subjective evaluation on profit. For the purpose of this paper, questionnaire survey has been performed on the relationship among the procedure of the air freight service quality was found to have not only direct influence but also indirect impact through performance on satisfaction. This research made some contribution both academicals and logistic practices. Academically, it is the first research to address the relationship between air freight service quality and profit performance in Korean academic field. Practically, this study provides justification for the investment to improve forwarding service quality. The results of this study bear some implications on international shipping and practice. The quality of the air cargo transportation management system for customer satisfaction and its impact on business performance in the process to make an empirical identifies. The role and influence of the working-level analysis to derive the performance as transportation management, as well as the effectiveness of customer satisfaction for quality and promote a point. Arrange this point take advantage of air cargo companies are composed of service quality management system for the dimension of course aims to foster a competitive advantage in terms of performance. This paper suggest that real-time movement of the consignment route provides information such as verification and business cooperation for the purpose of proper features a reflecting on the stability of cargo air freight management system, that improve the quality of services on this performance to increase the customer satisfaction strategy in connected getting and so on, is in the process of the formation of customer satisfaction.

Economic Evaluation with Uncertainty Analysis of Glycerol Steam Reforming for the H2 Production Capacity of 300 m3 h-1 (수소 생산 규모 300 m3 h-1급 글리세롤 수증기 개질반응에 대한 경제적 불확실성 분석)

  • In this paper, an economic evaluation with the uncertainty analysis using a Monte-Carlo simulation method was performed for the glycerol steam reforming to produce $H_2$ at a capacity of $300m^3h^{-1}$. Fluctuations in a unit $H_2$ production cost were identified based on the variation of key economic factors at ${\pm}10-{\pm}40%$ and the probability of 30.9% was obtained for a previously reported unit $H_2$ production cost of 5.10 $ $kgH{_2}^{-1}$. In addition, fluctuations in the B/C ratio were obtained by varying the fixed capital investment (${\pm}20%$), cost of manufacturing (${\pm}20%$), revenue (${\pm}20%$), and discount rate (2-10%) and the probability ranging from 17 to 55% was observed to meet a minimum B/C ratio of 1 for the economic feasibility of the glycerol steam reforming to produce $H_2$.

A study on Appraisal Methods of Timber Assets for the Forestry Household Economy Survey in Korea (우리나라 임가경제조사를 위한 입목자산가치 평가방법 연구)

  • For the last few decades, forest resources in Korea have continuously increased in terms of their stocks. However, due to the low profitability of timber harvesting in Korea, their economic values have not been well recognized. Furthermore, their economic values have not been counted in national statistics associated with forest resources such as the Forestry Household Economy Survey or the National Accounting. This research fundamentally aimed at building a forest valuation system or a procedure that enables one to evaluate the national-level economic values of timber assets in Korea. For this research, it is necessarily required to understand the principles of appraisal methods and any issues raised in their practical applications. Thus, a comprehensive review of appraisal methods utilized in Korea and other countries was conducted in this research. Also, the current valuation system of the National Forests in Korea was investigated. Through the review and the investigation, it was found that an alternative consists of two appraisal methods, the 'Capitalized Income Value' method adopting the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for the below-rotation age forest and the 'Derived Residual Value' method for the above-rotation age forest, could be the most acceptable for evaluating timber assets of forestry households derived from the Forestry Household Economy Survey in Korea.

  • In the resent years, the importance of VE (value engineering) and LCC (life cycle cost) analysis for apartment building construction projects has been fully recognized. Accordingly theoretical models, guidelines, and supporting software systems were developed for the value engineering and life cycle cost analysis for construction management including large building systems. However, the level of consensus on VE and LCC analysis results is still low due to the lack of reliable data on maintenance. This paper presents time dependent LCC model based value analysis method for rational investment decision making and design alternative selection for construction of apartment building. The proposed method incorporates a time dependent LCC model and a performance evaluation technique by fuzzy logic theory to properly handle the uncertainties associated with statistics data and to analyze the value of alternatives more rationally. The presented time dependent VE and LCC analysis procedure were applied to a real world project, and this case study is discussed in the paper. The model and the procedure presented in this study can greatly contribute to design value engineering alternative selection, the estimation of the life cycle cost, and the allocation of budget for apartment building construction projects.

  • Companies are required to invest in numerous intial marketing costs for establishing brand power, thus, many companies in the foodservice industry are increasing their budgets on communication to strengthen their own brand equity components such as brand recognition, brand royalty, perceived quality and associated image using mass media that has not been used before. For this study, 617 samples were analyzed by such analytic methods as a frequency analysis, cross-tabulation, a factor analysis and a reliability analysis for validity, and a confirmatory factory analysis, a model adequacy evaluation, and a path analysis using AMOS 17.0. The hypothesis verification by the AMOS analysis has revealed that all hypotheses positively influenced contract foodservice brands, and the brand recognition of a university contract foodservice company has an impact on sincerity and refinement. Therefore, positive brand image formation encourages strong brand establishment between a university contract foodservice business and customers, and this study strongly suggests continuous further studies about constructing a positive brand image.

  • 본 연구에서는 건설CALS/EC 기반의 정보화 추진을 위한 정보시스템을 개발할 때 적용되는 기존의 소프트웨어 개발방법론의 문제점을 분석하고, 표준화되지 않은 개발방법론의 적용으로 시스템 개발에 비효율적인 비용을 투자하는 문제점과 특성상 입찰, 구매, 계약 등 분야별로 상이한 기능의 업무에 따라 구축되는 건설산업 정보화에 있어서 상호간에 데이터 및 프로세스를 원활히 통합하지 못하므로 인하여 발생되는 개발의 중복성, 정보 활용의 비효율성 등의 문제점을 개선하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 최근 새로이 부각되고 있는 방법론인 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론(CBD: Component-Based Development)을 사용하여 건선CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스를 위한 시스템의 업무프로세스를 모델링하여 사용자가 쉽게 재사용가능하고 타업무분야에 확대 가능한 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 위하여 기존의 소프트웨어 개발 방법론의 적용상 문제점 분석을 통하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발방법론의 필요성을 증명하고 비즈니스 컴포넌트 프레임워크를 사용하여 건설 CALS/EC 표준지침 웹서비스의 업무프로세스에 적용할 기술적인 방법론을 고찰하고 업무에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 업무프로세스 컴포넌트를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 컴포넌트 모델은 향후 타업무분야의 시스템을 개발할 때 사용자요구분석 단계부터 별도의 재 작업이 없이 사용될 수 있으며 시스템을 구현할 때 개발 모듈의 중복방지와 용이한 비즈니스로직의 변경 등이 가능하며, 추가의 업무 프로세스나 연관된 다른 분야의 업무프로세스의 반영 및 추가 시 컴포넌트의 활동모델을 쉽게 수정하여 정의함으로써 쉽게 시스템의 기능을 확장할 수 있다.LE 산정에 관한 지속적인 실험적 연구가 이루어져야 하겠다. 증가할 것이다. 또한 부분육을 이용한 완전제품, 적색육제품, 유기농이나 별미식 제품과 같은 형태의 다양한 포장육 제품이 도입 될 것으로 생각되어진다.e in vitro SPF test method will be able to be used as an alternative method for in vivo SPF in case of lotion and cream. replica.   • 본 NEWASA 지역의 접수관정관개 개발에 따른 정제성분석 연구는 IBRD-EDI와 INDIA RESERVE BANK의 College of Banking이 공동주최한 Trainers Trining for Rural Finance (1985. 1.19-3.1)의 일환으로 1985. 2. 14-19 까지 NEWASA BLOCK에 대한 정수정관개의 경제적 효율성을 평가하기 위하여 농가조사를 실시하였고, 그 분석결과를 정리한 것으로 농지는 넓으나 농업용수가 부족한 본 지역은 빈곤과 저생산성 농촌잠재 실업을 특징으로 하고 있다. 농촌소득의 제고와 농촌실업의 고용확대는 전 인구의 80% 이상이 농민인 본지역뿐만 아니라 선언도 경제개발의 중심과제이다. 호당 6 acres 규모의 관개가 가능한 Dug-well Irrigation Development는 연평균 강우량이 650m/m에 불과한 인도의 Plateau 지역에서는 농촌빈곤과 실업문제의 해결, 토지 이용율제고를 통한 토지생산성 향상등 농촌경제개발의 중심과제로서 인도정부가 추진하는 핵심적인 농업정책이다. 본 지역의 농가호당 평균 소유농지연적은 8.67 acres(3.5ha)로써 모두가 Rainfed farming으로 현재 본 지역의 관개율은 17.5%에 불과하다. 농작물은 Jowar라고 하는 내한성 작물이 재배되며, 관개 조건하에서는 Jowar, Wheat, Sugarcane이 재배된다. With and Without Dug-Well Irrigation 조건하에서 각 작물별 ha당 생산성을 보면 Jowar는 0.86 ton/ha에서 2.22 ton/ha으로 증산되고 Wheat는 2.96 ton/ha, Sugarcane는 98.8 ton/ha이 생산된다. 한편 Dug-well Irrigation 전후의 농가소득의 변화를 보면 시행전의 4,275Rs가 되어 4배의 농가소득이 증가된다. 이와 같은 농업소득을 획득하기 위해서는 Dug-well에 대한 Initial Investment로서 33,400Rs(2,137,600원)이 투자되어야 하는데 종류별 융자 기간을 보면 Dug-well 15년(95%융자) Pump Set 9년(95%융자), Woriking capital 1년이며 인도의 Union Bank에서 융자하고 있다. 결론적으로 이러한 Dug-well Irrigation Development에 따른 IRR는 Before Financing시에는 29%이며 After Financing 시에는 24%이고 B/C ratio는 두경우에 있어 1.89, 1.24를 각각 나타냈다. 따라서, 본 사업은 재무적인 측면 즉 농가소득증대와 농촌고용증대 및 토지이용면에서 타당성이 크며 Dug-well Irrigation은 인도의 농업성장 및 경제개발의 관건으로 생각된다. 한국의 수리개발 기술 및 농업기술(Bio-chemical, Mechanical & Hydrological Technology)이 이전된다면 보다 괄목할 만한 농업발전이 이룩될 것을 생각된다.
