The transmission valuation methodology we propose here captures the interaction between generation and transmission investment decisions recognizing that a transmission expansion can impact the profitability of new resources investment, so that a methodology should consider both the objectives of investors in resources and the transmission planner. In this perspective, this paper purports to develop the mixed-integer programming based transmission expansion planning optimization software, which is well designed to determine the construction time and place of new generators, transmission lines, and substations as well as their capacities to minimize total expenditures related to their investment and operations while meeting technical constraints such as capacity margin, constitution ratio of power resources, spinning reserves, energy and fuel constraints, transmission line outages and losses, pi-type branching, and so on. Finally, Garver's simple system is adopted to validate not simply the accuracy but the efficiency of the proposed model in this paper.
This study examines the effect of managerial ownership on the value of firms' cash holdings. According to the management entrenchment hypothesis, managers have incentives to make decisions that can undermine shareholders' value for their own private interests. In this situation, as the managerial ownership increases, investors may evaluate that the cash held by the company may be utilized inefficiently and the value of the cash holdings may decrease. On the other hand, based on the incentive alignment hypothesis, the value of cash holdings may increase as investors perceive cash holdings to be effectively used to increase corporate value as managers' interests are in agreement with shareholders. Empirical results show that the value of cash holdings decreased as managerial ownership increased. This study finds a contribution in that it presents empirical evidence on whether the cash held by the company is differentially evaluated according to the level of the managerial ownership.
This study analyzed the effect of consumer psychological mechanism through ESG activities based on the importance of ESG in the market environment. With regards to this, 252 copies of survey data were collected subjecting consumers, and the hypothesis of this study was verified using Smart PLS 3.0 and SPSS 25.0. According to the results of data analysis, the results revealed that (1) Society and governance had a positive effect on psychological distance among ESG factors. (2) Psychological distance had a positive effect on purchase intention. (3) There was a difference in the effect of ESG activities and psychological distance according to the level of product involvement, but there was no difference in the effect of psychological distance on purchase intention. ESG is important from a consumer perspective through this study. And it was also confirmed that consumer perspective was different according to the level of involvement. Although previous research has mainly focused on the investor perspective, this study was analysed on ESG activities and consumer behavioral intentions. Therefore, it is expected to lay the foundation from a marketing perspective on ESG for subsequent researchers.

This study deals with the credibility of citizens when investing in uncertain project companies, as well as the Social Performance Compensation Project (SIB) and the IT sharing economy. This allows the convergence of the three sectors to address investment inequalities in economic effectiveness and social security. Activates the model of the overall Social Impact Bond (SIB) process that successfully activates the exchange of information. The empirical presentation of the operations and techniques for social IT service finance examines how the innovation ecosystem can be created with social performance and reward projects. The analysis shows that small sharing institutions or citizens can participate directly to create the ability to connect with private investors, identify the possibility of recognizing non-shared barriers to participation, and show the great impact of citizen trust in IT sharing projects in uncertain areas. As a result, for the sake of social sharing and IT cooperation promoted by the City of Seoul, before the project has the ability to design directly, it will be responsible for reliability and safety in the planning of the project. Therefore, non-shared citizens can also participate in the platform that has been effectively constructed and created.
This study aims to analyze the impact of ESG activities on the corporate performance of logistics companies in Korea. To achieve this, the study examines the factors influencing the adoption and implementation of ESG activities, assesses the extent to which ESG activities enhance corporate trust and image, and empirically analyzes the effect of ESG implementation on the corporate performance of logistics companies. An online survey was conducted using Google Forms for Korean logistics companies, and a total of 463 data sets were utilized for PLS structural equation analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 software tools. The findings of the study are as follows: Firstly, external pressure, specifically government pressure, significantly influences environmental responsibility activities, while investor pressure significantly affects social responsibility activities and governance responsibility activities. Additionally, internal management pressures significantly impact environmental responsibility activities, and employees have a significant influence on all ESG responsibility activities. Secondly, environmental responsibility activities positively affect corporate image, whereas social and governance responsibility activities influence trust and corporate image. Thirdly, trust and corporate image demonstrate significant effects on both financial and non-financial performance. Fourthly, trust significantly mediates the relationship between social responsibility, governance responsibility, and non-financial performance, while image mediates the connection between ESG responsibility and both financial and non-financial performance. The contribution of this study lies in providing practical insights for logistics companies to actively promote ESG activities, thereby establishing a reputation for being environmentally, socially, and governance responsible and gaining customer trust. By doing so, this study aims to raise awareness of the importance of ESG activities in the logistics industry and help companies recognize their significance for sustainable management
This study investigates the effect of revenue recognition by percentage of completion method on financial analysts' earnings forecasting information in order industry. Specifically, we examines how the analysts' earnings forecast errors and biases differ according to whether or not to report the unbilled revenue account balance and the level of unbilled revenue account balance. The sample consists of 453 firm-years listed in Korea Stock Exchange during the period from 2010 to 2014 since the information on unbilled revenue accounts can be obtained after the adoption of K-IFRS. The results are as follows. First, we find that the firms with unbilled revenue account balances have lower analysts' earnings forecast accuracy than the firms who do not report unbilled revue account balances. In addition, we find that the accuracy of analysts' earnings forecasts decreases as the amount of unbilled revenue increases. Unbilled revenue account balances occur when the revenue recognition of the contractor is faster than the client. There is a possibility that managerial discretionary judgment and estimation may intervene when the contractor calculates the progress rate. The difference between the actual progress of the construction and the progress recognized by the company lowers the predictive value of financial statements. Our results suggest that the analysts' earnings forecasts may be more difficult for the firms that report unbilled revenue balances as applying the revenue recognition method based on the progress criteria. Second, we find that the firms reporting unbilled revenue account balances tend to have higher the optimistic biases in analysts' earnings forecast than the firms who do not report unbilled revenue account balances. And we find that the analysts' earnings forecast biases are increases as the amount of unbilled revenue increases. This study suggests an effort to reduce the arbitrary adjustment and estimation in the measurement of the progress as well as the introduction of the progress measurement method which can reflect the actual progress. Investors are encouraged to invest and analyze the characteristics of the order-based industry accounting standards. In addition, the results of this study empower the accounting transparency enhancement plan for order industry proposed by the policy authorities.

First, the capital market is accepted IR activity as the positive information. Second, abnormal returns of small company is higher than big size that. We show the difference of abnormal returns between the venture company and general company, the venture company's high. The abnormal returns of corporate with high ownership is above the group of low ownership. Additionally, consider interaction by firm characteristics, we show the interaction between firm size and business type. The result of two-way ANOVA is that venture corporate with big size are more abnormal returns than others. Also, we demonstrate that firm location is the factor of difference on information effect in venture firm.

The twelve bonds paid incentives to investors. It can be said that the government provides incentives to review the issuance of social impact bonds at the government level, which is difficult to expand the social welfare budget. This study confirmed the performance of the social impact bonds and confirmed the possibility of introducing it in korea.
