  • 진단용 X선 투시촬영장치는 고전압발생장치를 필요로 하며, 이에 대용량 전원설비를 갖춘 X선 고전압 발생장치의 개발이 요구되고 있다. X선 투시촬영장치는 단시간 고출력의 촬영과 장시간 저출력의 투시가 가능해야 하므로 고용량의 상용 AC 전원을 사용해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 EDLC를 에너지 저장장치로 사용하여 저용량의 AC전원만으로 투시 및 촬영이 가능한 X선 투시촬영장치용 고전압발생장치를 제안한다. 에너지 저장장치를 기반으로 한 32[kW]급의 X선 투시촬영장치용 고전압발생장치를 구성하고 시뮬레이션 통하여 제안한 고전압발생장치의 효용성을 입증한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 기하 프로그램으로 가장 널리 활용되고 있는 GSP(The Geometer's Sketchpad)를 사용하여 사영기하학의 성질을 반영하는 투시화법(perspective drawing)으로 펜션을 작도하였다. 2000년에 버전 3.1로 작도하였을 때 한 점 투시화법(one-point perspective drawing)으로만 완성된 집을 보였고, 두 점 투시화법(two-point perspective drawing)으로는 미완성된 집이었다. 새로운 버전 4.0은 그 기능이 탁월하게 향상되었으므로 어렵지 않게 두 점 투시화법으로 집을 완성하였고 또한 photo -shop 7.0을 사용하여 아름다운 펜션으로 장식하여 보았다.

  • This study examined present conditions of upper-gastrointestinal X-ray fluoroscopy and patient skin dose. The authors elected 21 equipments to check the X-ray equipment and exposure factor of fluoroscopy & spot exposure in university hospitals, hospitals, and clinics where perform upper-gastrointestinal X-ray fluoroscopy more than five times every day in Incheon areas. The amount of patient's skin dose during upper-gastrointestinal X-ray fluoroscopy was measured by ionization chamber.

An Efficient Perspective Projection using $\textrm{VolumePro}^{TM}$ Hardware (볼륨프로 하드웨어를 이용한 효율적인 투시투영 방법)

  • VolumePro is a real-time volume rendering hardware for consumer PCs. However it cannot be used for the applications requiring perspective projection such as virtual endoscopy since it provides only orthographic projection. Several methods have been presented to approximate perspective projection by decomposing a volume into slabs and applying successive parallel projection to thou. But it takes a lot of time since the entire region of every slab should be processed, which does not contribute to final image. In this paper, we propose an efficient perspective projection method that makes the use of several sub-volumes with cropping feature of VolumePro. It reduces the rendering time in comparison to slab-based method without image quality deterioration since it processes only the parts contained in the view frustum.

  • The most important factor in highway design is to match highway alignment with topography so that the driver can drive the vehicle safely and comfortably. Highway alignment design is completed with combination of horizontal alignment and vertical alignment that is harmony with topography at the last step. In highway alignment design, the use of continuous perspective can meet vehicle's physical requirements, which is useful to keep driver's psychological and physiological balance. The main purpose of this study is to develop a computer pro-gram which is applicable to highway alignment design through study of how to make and analyze perspective by means of computer.

  • 근적외선의 생체투과성이 높은 것이 주목받아, 빛에 의한 생체투시와 광CT의 가능성이 지적받아왔다. 그러나 투과율이 높은 것만으로는 체내구조를 가시화할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 빛의 산란현상을 조사하여 확산되어 나온 빛으로부터 체내구조의 정보를 추출하는 것으로, 빛에 의한 생체투시, 나아가서는 광CT를 실현하는 것을 목-표로, 이의 기초적 해석의 결과를 소개한다.

  • The understanding of medical knowledge regarding cardiac shape and cardiovascular system is essentially required for a medical personnel as well as a medical technician. Correct acquisition of medical knowledge through cardiac miniature model is very critical because it is directly related to a patient life. therefore replica model is necessary for the education regarding cardiac and cardiovascular system. In this study anatomical cardiovascular system on fluoroscopy can be shown by cardiac and cardiovascular fluoroscopy replica model. Also, it helps to understand a cardiovascular radiograph. Consequentially medical personnel and medical technician are able to take advantage of this equipment to understand cardiovascular fluoroscopy system.
