정부는 기술을 활용한 통합 토지 데이터베이스 구축하고 GIS 초고속국가망을 통한 전국적인 네트워크를 활용하여 토지관련 자료들을 정확하고 효율적으로 유지관리하고 토지행정 업무의 생산성을 높이며 토지정책의 적시성 및 과학성을 도모하고, 대국민 민원서비스의 획기적인 향상시키기 위해 한국토지정보시스템을 개발하여, 운영 중에 있다. 한국토지정보시스템은 1998년 개발이 시작되어 전국의 지방자치단체로 단계적으로 보급되었으며 2006년 전국 250개의 지방자치단체에 확산이 완료되어 현재 약 80%의 민원서류가 전산으로 발급되고 있으며 현재 고도화 사업이 진행 중에 있다. 또한 정부는 국토이용 관련 대국민 정보 서비스 개선과 국토정보의 효율적 관리 및 유비쿼터스 시대의 다양한 서비스를 충족하기 위해서 한국토지정보시스템을 기반으로 하는 국토통합정보시스템 구축 추진을 계획하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국토지정보시스템의 현황 분석과 개선사항 도출을 기반으로 국토통합정보 시스템을 구현하기 위한 전략 방향과 추진 과제를 제시하고자 한다.

최근 환자중심의 진료환경 구축을 통한 진료의 질적인 향상을 위해 바이오 및 임상정보 통합의 필요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 따라서 기존의 폐쇄적인 의료시스템들을 개방적인 시스템으로 전환하고 각 시스템간에 정보를 교환하고 공유하기 위해 HL7 등의 표준들이 급속히 확산되고 있다. 그러나 HL7 은 임상문서 교환을 위한 유연성있는 표준이지만 시스템에 의존적인 형태의 메시지는 이질적인 시스템간의 정보교환에는 부적합하다. 따라서 HL7 표준중 XML 기반의 임상기록 저장 구조인 CDA 를 이용하여 환자의 임상정보가 통일되고 통합될 필요성이 있으며 본 논문은 새로운 CDA 를 지원하기 위해 바이오 및 임상정보를 통합하고 통합된 정보를 통합저장소에 저장하는 기능과 시스템 간 자료전송 그리고 외부의 응용프로그램을 통한 통합저장소의 접근제어 기능을 수행하는 미들 웨어를 설계한다.

건설 프로젝트 단계별로 생산되는 다양하고 방대한 정보에 대한 효율적인 관리와 정보의 상호 교환 및 공유는 건설 산업의 생산성을 좌우하는 중요한 요소이다. 최근 건설 정보 통합에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, 기획, 설계, 시공, 유지보수 등의 프로세스 및 엔지니어링 어플리케이션 간의 정보 통합에 대한 연구가 수행되고 있다. 하지만 BIM(Building Information Model)과 같은 정보 모델을 활용하여 정보를 통합 관리하는 것에 대한 연구는 상대적으로 건축 분야에 집중적으로 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 토목 분야에서 프로젝트 정보의 통합적인 관리와 업무 프로세스 별 엔지니어링 어플리케이션 간의 교환 및 공유를 위한 통합관리 시스템이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 토목 프로젝트 통합 관리 시스템 구축을 위하여 토목 프로젝트 정보를 담을 수 있는 정보 모델을 설계하고, 토목 구조물 가운데 교량을 대상으로 하는 토목 프로젝트를 정보 모델에 적용해 보았다.

현재의 3차원 시각 정보 제시기는 Scene Graph 기반의 3차원 그래픽스 API에 기반을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시각 정보 제시에 더불어 다양한 감각을 제시하기 위한 통합 제시 능력을 가지는 시스템으로 시각화 시스템을 확장하였다. 이 확장된 시스템은 다양한 감각 정보를 제시하기 위한 추가적인 정보를 가지는 확장된 Scene Graph을 가지고 운영되며, 통합된 Script System으로 각 감각 제시 시스템들간의 동기화 및 통합 관리와 제시 시스템의 확장에 유리한 장점을 가진다.

A number of companies are considering for merger and acquisition (M&A) as one of business strategies for their growth and survival. However, many of them do not create the synergy they had sought, and failed M&A, often result in negative outcomes in terms of productivity, market share, profitability and turnover of qualified employees. There have been numerous research studies conducted to analyze the factors that determine the success and failure of M&A, and it has been found that with the increasing dependence of many companies on information systems, post-M&A IS (information systems) integration success has a critical effect on the success of M&A. However, there have been very few studies on post-M&A IS integration success, and most have been restricted to integration of IS organizations or physical information systems. In order to conduct a comprehensive research on the factors that affect the success of post-M&A IS integration, this study surveyed preceding researches on not only information systems but also strategic management, economics, finance, HRM (human resource management) and organization management. Based on the findings, a comprehensive and integrated model of the influential factors on post-M&A IS integration has been proposed. The proposed model categorizes the factors into perspectives of M&A, strategy, organization, HRM and IS, and provides an empirical evaluation of each factor on the success of IS integration based on comparative case studies.

네트워크 상에서 송수신되는 데이터를 외부의 침입으로부터 보호하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 그 중 데이터의 무결성을 검증하고 보장하기 위한 방법으로 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트와 서버간에 송수신되는 데이터의 무결성이 위배되었을 경우 그 정보를 검증 및 관리할 수 있도록 OpenSSL을 이용한 무결성 위배 데이터 검증 및 관리 시스템을 구성하고, 검증된 데이터를 IDS(Intrusion Detection System)로 전송하여 침입 탐지 정보와 무결성 검증 정보를 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 IDS 통합 시스템을 제안 및 설계하였다.

The study attempts to propose a distributed bibliographic information retrieval system using distributed retrieval servers and distributed databases. CORBA and JAVA applications have been employed to solve both the bottleneck and the problems that simultaneous searches in distributed databases cannot deal with under the CGI or JAVA applications. The proposed distributed bibliographic retrieval system using two distributed servers with their distributed databases was successfully experimented. However, it is recommended that both heterogeneous information retrieval systems and databases are included in further studies.

최근 XML은 다양한 운영체제와 데이터베이스, 여러 응용체계를 포함하는 이질적인 컴퓨팅 환경에서 통합을 위한 표준으로 각광받고 있다. XML은 특히 데이터베이스 시스템, 과일 시스템 등을 포함한 이질적인 형태의 데이터 처리 시스템 사이에서 데이터를 교환하기 위한 각종 표준을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 여러 분야에서 데이터공유를 위한 많은 노력 끝에 제시한 각종 표준 및 지침을 연구하여 통합적인 정보체계의 기반을 구축할 수 있는 통합 프레임워크를 제안하는 것이다. 통합 프레임워크는 다양한 정보 시스템에서 운영, 유지하고 있는 이질적인 데이터를 통합하기 위한 방법으로 XML Registry를 이용하여 메타데이터를 생성하고 이를 참조하여 통합정보체계에서 필요로 하는 공유데이터를 보관, 관리하는 공유 데이터 Repository를 생성한 후 각종 정보를 제공할 수 있는 구조이다.

레거시 애플리케이션 시스템(이하 LAS: Legacy Application System)은 차세대 비즈니스 시스템들로 통합되어야 하는 가치 있는 자산이다. 이러한 LAS의 이점을 얻기 위해, 레거시 비즈니스 시스템을 역공학적으로 분석할 수 있다. 본 논문은 LAS의 폼으로부터 의미 있는 정보를 파악하여 다음 세대의 시스템에 통합될 수 있도록 객체단위로 분할하여 분석한 다음, 이러한 정보를 이용하여 재사용 및 재공학을 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 역공학적 객체 분석 프로세스(이하 FOAP)를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 FOAP는 4단계 즉, 폼 사용사례 분석 단계, 폼 객체 분할 단계, 객체구조 모델링 단계, 객체 모델 통합 단계 등으로 구성되어있다. 폼 사용사례 분석 단계는 폼 구조 그리고 LAS와 사용자간의 상호작용 둥의 정보를 획득하는 단계다. 폼 객체분할 단계는 폼 정보를 의미 있는 필드들로 구분하는 단계다. 객체구조 모델링 단계는 폼 객체들간의 구조적 관계와 협력 관계를 파악하여 모델링하는 단계다. 마지막으로 객체 모델 통합단계는 객체 단위의 단위 모델들을 통합하여 추상화된 정보를 포함한 상위 수준의 통합 모텔을 유도하는 단계다. FOAP에 의해 결과적으로 생성된 객체 통합 모델은 역공학 기술자들의 LAS 이해와 LAS의 정보를 새로운 시스템에 적용하는데 있어 좀 더 용이한 효율성을 제공한다.
