신경망을 이용한 추천 기술은 항목이나 사용자간의 가중치를 학습할 수 있고, 자료 유형에 상관없이 데이터 처리가 용이하다. 또한 최근 연구를 통해서 그 우수성이 입증되고 있다. 그러나 사용자간의 상관관계로 추천하는 사용자 신경망 모델과 항목간의 상관관계로 추천하는 항목 신경망 모델이 서로 다른 관점으로 다른 선호도를 제시한 경우에 선택한 모델의 선호도에 따라 시스템의 성능이 좌우된다. 그러므로 효율적이고 성능이 우수한 추천 시스템을 위해 사용자와 항목 신경망 모델의 통합 방법을 제안한다. 두 모델 사이에 우선 순위를 결정하여 통합하는 순차적 통합 방법과 두 모델을 동시에 고려하는 병렬적 통합방법을 제안한다. 그러나 두 통합 방법은 선호도 예측 기준에 있어서 정적이고, 문제에 대한 적응성이 없다. 그러므로 신경망(퍼셉트론, 다층 퍼셉트론)을 이용한 통합 방법을 제안한다. 또한 퍼지의 소속함수를 이용하여 퍼지 추론를 적용한 통합 방법을 제안하고, 패턴 인식 분야에서 사용하는 BKS 방법을 적응하여 두 신경망 모델을 통합하여 실험한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자와 항목 신경망 모델을 통합함으로써 기존의 추천 기술인 연관 규칙과 단일 신경망 모델을 이용한 추천보다 우수함을 보이고 있다.

온라인 정보 소스와 정보 사용자의 수는 인터넷과 통시 기술의 확산으로 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이는 정보시스템간의 통합을 요구한다. 정보 시스템 통합에 대한 연구는 오래 전부터 시작되었고, 많은 결과들이 발표되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 정보통합 방법은 일반적으로CDM(Common Data Model) 작성과 스키마간 통합 등을 요구하고 있다. 이는 최종 사용자에게 다양한 질의를 제공하기 위함이다. 하지만, 일반적으로 시스템 최종사용자는 사용자인터페이스 수준의 질의 유형마을 요구한다. 본 논문은 웹환경과 같이 질의 유형이 제한된 곳에서 정보시스템 통합 시 기준정보 통합 방법의 오버헤드를 제거하기 위한 방법으로서 데이터베이스 접근 인터페이스를 중심으로 한 정보 통합 방법을 제안한다. 이는 질의유형이 제한된 곳에서 기존의 데이터베이스 통합 방법에 비해 단순하고, 확장성 있는 데이터베이스 통합을 제공한다.

In collaborative recommendation two models are generally used: the user model and the article model. A user model learns correlation between users preferences and recommends an article based on other users preferences for the article. Similarly, an article model learns correlation between preferences for articles and recommends an article based on the target user's preference for other articles. In this paper, we investigates various combination methods of the user model and the article model for better recommendation performance. They include simple sequential and parallel methods, perceptron, multi-layer perceptron, fuzzy rules, and BKS. We adopt the multi-layer perceptron for training each of the user and article models. The multi-layer perceptron has several advantages over other methods such as the nearest neighbor method and the association rule method. It can learn weights between correlated items and it can handle easily both of symbolic and numeric data. The combined models outperform any of the basic models and our experiments show that the multi-layer perceptron is the most efficient combination method among them.

클라이언트/서버 환경, 다양만 플랫폼지원, 다양한 어플리케이션 인터페이스 통합관점에서 소프트웨어 재사용 방법은 소프트웨어 공학의 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 최근 호환되지 않는 어플리케이션을 통합 처리하는 방법으로 EAI(Enterprise Application Integration: 전사적 어플리케이션 통합)가 대두되고 있다 EAI는 이 기종간에 어플리케이션을 통합하는 것으로서, 필요한 정보의 통합, 관리를 제공하며, 다른 환경의 어플리케이션에서 이질적인 데이터를 사용할 수 있도록 환경을 구현 한 것이다. 이러한 어플리케이션을 통합하는데 있어서 본 논문에서는 최소한의 변경만으로 통합이 가능하고, 쉽게 적용 할 수 있도록 하기 위만 방법으로 퉁합 메시지 패싱 방법을 제시 하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans), JMS(Java Messaging Service)를 이용하여 통합 메시지 어댑터를 정의하고 그 방법을 제 시 한다.

XML 스키마의 수가 급증함에 따라 동일한 도메인에 속하는 유사한 스키마를 통합하는 방법에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 일반적으로 XML 스키마 통합 과정은 스키마 클러스터링과 통합 스키마 추출의 두 단계로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 통합 스키마의 추출을 위한 효율적인 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 공통 구조 추출, 스키마 통합, 그리고 최적화의 세 단계로 이루어진다. 실험결과, 제안된 방법은 처리시간 및 정확도 측면에서 우수란 결과를 보였다.

In this paper, a method to decide the number of additional edges to integrate two communities in social network by using modularity is studied. The modularity is a measure to be used to describe the quality of the community. By adding additional edges to the communities, the quality of the communities is enhanced, To integrate two communities, we propose methods to decide the number of additional edges by calculating the modularity. Also, the conditions that the proposed method is valid is investigated in a simple test graph and the efficiency of the proposed method is approved by integrating two communities in Zachary Karate Club network.

Fisher's classical method for combining independent p-values from continuous distributions is widely used but it is known to be inadequate for combining p-values from discrete probability distributions. Instead, the discrete analog of Fisher's classical method is used as an alternative for combining p-values from discrete distributions. In this paper, firstly we obtain p-values from discrete probability distributions associated with multi-sample location test data (Fisher-Pitman test and Kruskall-Wallis test data) by permutation method, and secondly combine the permutaion p-values by the discrete analog of Fisher's classical method. And we finally compare the combined p-values from both the discrete analog of Fisher's classical method and Fisher's classical method.

인터넷의 활용이 급속하게 증가하여 인터넷에서의 정보보호에 대한 필요성이 대두되면서 표준화된 인터넷 정보보호 프로토콜인 IPsec이 등장하게 되었다. 이러한 IPsec은 현재 여러 가지 플랫폼에서 구현되고 있으며 이러한 구현은 일반적으로 IP 계층에 통합하는 방법, BITS, BITW 중 하나의 방법론을 선택하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IPsec 구현 방법론을 간단히 살펴보고 이들의 장단점을 분석하여 이 중 가장 효율저이라 생각되는 IP 계층에 IPsec을 통합하는 방법을 선택하여 구현하였다. 이에 본 논문은 공개된 운영체제인 리눅스 커널 상에서 IPsec을 구현하기 위해 리눅스 커널의 IP 계층 및 소켓 버퍼 구조를 분석하고 정보보호 정책(SPDB)과 SADB와 연동되는 IPsec 엔진을 IP 계층에 통합하여 구현하는 방법을 제안한다.

인터넷의 활용이 급속하게 증가하여 인터넷에서의 정보보호에 대한 필요성이 대두되면서 표준화된 인터넷 정보보호 프로토콜인 IPsec이 등장하게 되었다. 이러한 IPsec은 현재 여러 가지 플랫폼에서 구현되고 있으며, 이러한 구현은 일반적으로 IP 계층에 통합하는 방법, BITS, BITW 중 하나의 방법론을 선택하고 있다. BITW는 outboard crypto processor를 사용하여 물리적인 인터페이스 카드 내에 IPsec을 구현하는 방법으로 효율성이 문제가 되므로 본 논문에서는 IP 계층에 통합하는 방법과 BITS 방법을 중심으로 장단점을 분석한다. 이에 본 논문은 리눅스 커널 상에서 IPsec을 구현하기 위해 리눅스 커널 모듈을 분석하고 가장 효율적이라 생각되는 IP 계층에 통합된 IPsec을 구현하는 방법을 제안한다.

Codesign 방법론은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 공존하는 시스템을 설계할 때 이드의 설계를 각각의 특성에 맞는 방법을 사용함으로써 효율적인 디자인방법을 제공한다. 전체 시스템의 동작 및 성능을 검증하기 위해서는 다른 방법으로 개발된 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 같이 시뮬레이션해야 하는데 이를 통합시뮬레이션(Co-simulation)이라고 한다. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 개발하는 방법이 다르기 때문에 야기되는 통합의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 DEVS(Discrete Event System Specification)에 기반한 중간단계형태를 통한 변환방법론을 제시하고 이를 사용하여 C++ 모델과 Verilog HDL 모델간의 통합시뮬레이션을 구현함으로써 효용을 보이고자 한다.
