  • 우리나라의 물관련 이슈는 수자원뿐만 아니라 사회, 경제 환경 등의 범위까지 확대되어 복합적이며, 기존 방법론과 기술만으로는 해결에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 새로운 기술적/방법론적 도구 개발의 필요성에 따라 통합수자원관리가 하나의 방법으로 받아들여지고 있다. 통합수자원관리는 지속가능한 수자원관리를 목표로하며, 물과 이와 관련 다양한 요소를 고려하는 통합적인 방법론이다. 그러므로 의사결정에 있어 전체론적인 접근이 필요하며, 세부적인 요소와 요소간의 연관관계를 파악하는 것이 중요하다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 통합수자원관리의 기반 도구 중의 하나인 통합수자원관리 모델링 환경인 WaterRing 시범시스템을 개발하였다. WaterRing은 모델연계에 있어 필수적인 표준성, 사용편의성 및 모델공유를 제공하며, 모델코드 자체보다 모델의 개발에 많은 노력을 기울일 수 있도록 설계되었다. 따라서 수자원분야 및 다양한 분야의 모델을 연계할 수 있다. 모델의 연계를 위하여 기본모델단위를 설정하고 각각의 기본모델단위의 결합을 통하여 보다 큰 시스템으로 구성할 수 있도록 하였다. 기본모델단위는 입력/상태/출력의 세 가지 기본요소와 내부수행 루틴으로 구성되어 있다. 기본모델단위 사이의 결합을 정의하기 위하여 BPM(Business Process Management)(Arkin, 2002)와 STELLA의 모델 결합방식을 활용하였다. 기본모델단위는 독립적인 수행단위로 표준적인 입력과 출력을 수행한다. 따라서 입력과 출력의 속성이 같은 기본모델단위는 결합할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 시범적으로 개발된 수자원통합모델링환경 WaterRing은 통합수자원관리의 실현에 있어 평가, 계획에 이용될 수 있다. 그러므로 향후 시스템의 개발이 완료되면 우리나라의 통합수자원관리의 실현을 위한 기반도구로서 많은 역할이 기대된다. 홍수기에 측정된 성과를 바탕으로 고수위대의 수위-유량관계 곡선식을 개발하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구를 통해 일부 확인된 바와 같이, 일반적인 자연하천이 아닌 감조하천의 경우는, 각각의 수위대별 유량 값의 변화가 발생하는 바 기간별 혹은 간조와 만조부를 포함하여 유량측정을 하여야 할 것으로 판단된다. 청폐화담탕(淸肺化痰湯)은 LPS로 유도된 macrophage에서 NO와 염증Cytokine 생성량을 억제하였고 murine macrophage에서 NF-${\kappa}$B 활성을 억제함으로써 iNOS와 염증Cytokine 유전자 발현을 하향조절 하였다. 이러한 청폐화담탕(淸肺化痰湯)의 항염작용으로 천식, 기관지염, 폐렴, 결핵, 산후감모 등의 호흡기 질환에 응용할 수 있으리라 사료된다.im}$5개월), 9.44${\pm}$1.05 6${\sim}$ll개월)으로 개월에 관계없이 전반적으로 유사한 비율을 나타내었다. 분획물(첨가농도 15.6 ${\mu}$g/ml)은 60%의 저해효과를 나타내면서 농도 의존적으로 그 저해효과가 컸으며 250 ${\mu}$g/ml 농도에서는 80%의 저해효과를 관찰 할 수가 있었다. 에틸아세테이트분회물의 경우 디글로로메탄 분회물에 비해 다소 낮은 저해효과를 나타내었지만 250 ${\mu}$g/ml 농도에서 약 60%의 세포독성 효과를 나타내었다. 디클로로메탄 분획물과 에틸아세테이트 분획물에 의한 면역 활성 증진 효과를 검토한 결과, 디글로로메탄 분획물은 첨가농도 1 ${\mu}$g/ml에서 94%로 Yac-1표적세포를 사멸시켰으며 에틸아세테이트 분획물도 동일 농도에서 96%의 억제효과를 나타내었다.   • As wireless-internet and mobile computer revitalizes, various teaching and learning strategies are appearing. In this study, we suggest a new integrated teaching method in u-learning environment effectively. First of all, to apply information technique to education effectively, we grasped various educational factors centered on learners. And then, we categorized them into contents, time and space as three vital factors and analyzed. Next, by combining the important factors, we suggested the new integrated teaching and learning strategy. We also operated personalized the integrated teaching for elementary school students and verified the effect. As a result, we learned that the integrated teaching was effective in the area of higher-level thinking presented as an effectiveness index, learning motivation and self-directed learning. That is, this study will promote excellence in education centered on learners in the hereafter u-learning environment and support general integrated education effectively.

  • This study investigated the effect of death anxiety on the sense of self-integration in the elderly and verified the mediating effect of psychological well-being in the relationship between death anxiety and self-integration. For this study, a questionnaire was conducted from September 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020, targeting 254 elderly people aged 65 to 94 who live in elderly-related facilities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. As measurement tools, the death anxiety scale, psychological well-being scale, and self-integration scale were used, and Baron·Kenny (1986)'s three-step mediating effect analysis method was used. The results of the study first, The influence of death anxiety on self-integration was statistically significant. Second, the results of using the three-stage mediating effect analysis method proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986), In the relationship between death anxiety and self-integration, psychological well-being was found to have a mediating effect. In conclusion, the results of this study suggest that in order to effectively and positively deal with the elderly's self-integration problem, the elderly's psychological well-being as well as the elderly's death anxiety must not be overlooked.

The Effects of Sensory Integration Group Program on Praxis and Socialization for School-aged Children With Sensory Integration Dysfunction (그룹 감각통합치료가 학령기 감각통합장애 아동의 실행능력과 사회성 향상에 미치는 효과)

  • Objective : The aim of this study is to verify the effects of group sensory integrative intervention on praxis and socialization for school-aged children with sensory integration disorder. Method : The subjects are five children aged between 7 and 13 with sensory integration disorder. All children had participated in 26 sessions of group sensory integrative intervention. The Bruininks-Oseretasky Test of Motor Proficiency(BOT-2) and The Scale for Basic Socialized Function were used so as to evaluate the praxis and socialization. One group pretest-posttest design was used to verify the effect of group sensory integration(SI) intervention. The statistical difference between before and after the group SI intervention in the BOT-2, Scale for basic socialized function is tested by the Wilcoxon matched-pairs signed ranks test. Results : There is a significant difference in BOT-2(Z=-2.023, p=.043) and Scale for basic socialized function(Z=-2.023, p=.043) scores comparing pre-intervention with post-intervention. Conclusions : The results of this study showed that the group sensory integration intervention is effective in improving the praxis and socialization for school-aged children. However, it is difficult to generalize the conclusion because the number of subjects was limited and the environmental confounding factors had not been considered. Therefore, in the future research, it should supplement the aspect these limitations before applying the sensory integration intervention in order to suggest standard criteria for norm data.

  • 이 연구는 청주와 청원의 행정구역 통합에 따른 파급효과를 유량-저량 다이어그램 모형을 구축하여 분석하는 데에 역점을 두며, 제시한 모형은 행정구역 통합에 대한 이론적 고찰과 청주와 청원의 역사적 배경에 토대를 두고, 도시를 구성하는 주요 지표의 인과관계에 기초한다. 첫째, 인구수 측면에서 통합이 이루어질 때의 인구가 분리되어 있을 때의 인구보다 상대적 많이 늘어난다. 분리된 상태에서도 청주와 청원의 인구는 전반적으로 증가 추세를 나타내지만, 통합이 이루어질 경우에는 청원의 인구 유입이 상대적으로 큰 폭으로 늘어나는 경향을 보인다. 둘째, 공무원 수의 측면에서는 통합이 이루어질 때에는 종전에 비해 다소 적은 수의 공무원이 근무하리라고 기대되지만, 그 차이는 미미 하리라고 예측된다. 셋째, 산업체 수와 종업원 수는 인구측면의 시뮬레이션 결과와 유사한 형태를 나타냈다. 통합이 이루어질 경우에는 청주의 산업체수의 변화는 미미하지만, 청원은 산업체 수와 종업원 수에서의 변화가 분리 시나리오에서 보다 큰 증가세를 나타낸다. 넷째, 지방세 수입 측면에서는 통합과 분리 시나리오에 의한 결과 차이가 크지 않았는데, 이는 관련 법령 및 규정에서 통합과 분리에 따른 차이를 조정하고 있기 때문이다. 과거 추세의 측면에서 청주는 지방세 수입 부분이 수렴되고 있는 구조를 나타내고 있으며, 청원은 증가하는 구조를 나타내는데, 청원은 산업체 수와 토지가격의 상승에 따른 세금의 증가로 지방세 규모에서 청주와의 차이가 점차 줄어드리라고 예상한다. 다섯째, 사회기반시설 측면에서 상수도보급률과 도로연장 부문은 통합 시나리오와 분리 시나리오의 결과 차이가 크지는 않았으나, 구축 속도의 측면에서는 통합되는 경우가 청원 지역에 유의미한 효과를 미친다. 왜냐하면 청주에서는 사회기반시설의 상당 부분이 이미 구축되어 있고, 통합 되는 경우에도 사회기반시설측면의 지역개발비가 상당 부분 청원 지역에 우선투자 되도록 통합시 이행결의문이 마련되어 있기 때문이다. 다만, 통합이 이루어지지 않은 경우에도 청원의 사회기반시설 구축은 지속적으로 이루어지리라고 기대된다.

A Study on the Effectiveness of Cognitive Activity Integration Program Designed for the Aged with Mild Dementia (경증 치매노인을 위한 인지활동 통합프로그램의 효과)

  • This study examined the effectiveness of the cognitive activity integration program to delay the progression of the mild demented elderly. The subjects were divided into experimental group and comparative group for 12 cases of mild dementia, and the cognitive activity integration program was conducted for 8 weeks and compared with the MMSE-K, ADL & IADL, CDR and GDS scales. The results show that the effectiveness and continuity of the program are as follows. First, as an implication of practical dimension, integrated program of fusion and complexity is more effective than cognitive activity program of single domain. Second, the cognitive activity integration program must be continuously provided to maintain its effectiveness. Third, the cognitive activity integration program is as important as the practice process. It is necessary to develop and disseminate a cognitive activity integration program that reflects fusion and complex treatment techniques applicable to the elderly with mild dementia by practical suggestion. Policy suggestions are needed to continue the ongoing cognitive activity integration program, to maintain effectiveness, and to delay the progress of dementia.

Mediated Effect of Family Support in Influence Route of Health Condition and Self-integration of Old People -Focused on Difference by Age Group- (노인의 건강성과 자아통합감의 영향경로에서 가족지지 매개효과 -연령집단에 따른 차이를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relation among health condition of physicalness, psychology and society, family support, and self-integration in age group of old people and to analysis if there are any mediated effect of family support in relationship between health condition and self-integration. For that, the survey was conducted people aged 65 or older living in B city. First, the levels of heath condition of physicalness, psychology and society, and self-integration in 'old people aged between 65 and 74' were high, the level was getting lower in the oldest aged. Second, for the aged groups between 65 and 74, and aged group between 75 and 84, health condition of society and psychology influenced meaningfully with a factor of self-integration, and for the people aged 85 or older, health condition of society and psychology influenced meaningfully. Third, all aged groups had the mediated effect of family support through self-integration in heath condition. Therefore, health promotion for the elderly age group according to a variety of family support intervention and self-integrated sense of improvement in the system by age category providing differentiated services and social assistance strategy is necessary.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop theme-based integrated science unit by the interdisciplinary approach and to analyze it's effects on the science achievement and the attitude towards science learning. 'Interaction' and 'Stability' were selected as the integrated themes, and the main concept and subconcept in relation to the themes were extracted from the four areas of science, and the learning contents were constructed in the integrated ways. While the main concept have relevance to subconcept in the interaction, the main concept have little relevance to subconcept in the stability. Therefore, the stability was to fit with middle school integrated science theme, but the interaction was not. The theme-based integrated science units developed was implemented in middle school, and the results are follows. First, the science achievement of group of theme-based integrated science teaching is significantly higher than those of group of traditional teaching. Second, the scores of the test of attitude toward science learning of the group of theme-based integrated science teaching is significantly higher than those of group of traditional teaching. Third, the students' perception of theme-based integrated science teaching was positive. The students have participation, interest, motivation in theme-based integrated science teaching, and students have difficulty in learning theme-based integrated science teaching.

The Effects of Group Sensory Integrative Intervention for Sensory Motor Ability and Behaviors for Children With Developmental Delay (그룹 감각통합치료가 학령전기 발달지연 아동의 감각운동 및 행동 변화에 미치는 효과)

  • Objective : The aim of this study is to verify the effects of group sensory integrative intervention for sensory motor ability, behaviors in children with developmental delay. Method : The subjects were five children with developmental delays aged between 3 and 5. All Children participated in 26 sessions of group sensory integrative intervention. Children' behavior during testing was observed to assess the sensory motor ability, behaviors, the clinical observation. One group pretest- posttest design was used to verify the effect of group sensory integrative intervention. The observed children' behavior during testing were tested by the Wilcoxon matched-pair signed rank test. Results : There is no significant difference in the clinical observation between pre and post intervention. However, subjects showed the significant difference in Social interaction(Z=-2.121, p=.034), Attention(Z=-2.032, p=.042), total score in Behavior during testing(Z=-2.032, p=.042). Conclusions : The result in this study suggested that the sensory integrative intervention is effective in facilitating the social skills and improving the attention and behaviors. On the other hand, there is no effect in sensory motor ability. It is difficult to generalize the conclusion because the number of the subject was limited and the environmental confounding factors has not been controlled. Therefore, it is needed to supplement these limitations in the future study.

The effectiveness of Sensory Integration : Systematic Review (감각통합 중재 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰)

  • This study examined the recent study trends through a systematic review of the effect of sensory integration intervention and the objective reason to show the areas where sensory integration intervention is effective. The databases, Medline and EMBASE, were searched for "Occupational therapy", "Sensory integration therapy", "Sensory processing", "Weighted vest", and "Wilbarger protocol". For the analysis studies, 14 studies on the effects of sensory integration intervention from 2010 to 2015 were analyzed and organized according to the principle of PICO. According to the result, there were 4 studies each of evidence levels I and e V, which was the largest number of studies (28.6%). The result from frequency analysis of the measurement used for measuring the effects of intervention showed that GAS and VABS-II were used in the 4 studies (11.8%). 71.4% of children with autism spectrum were the major subject group in the analysis studies and sensory integration intervention had an effect on the motor performance, sensory processing, behavior, learning-related education, and occupation performance area. This study result will be useful for establishing sensory integration as an interventional program in occupational therapy practice. In further studies, it will be important to verify the intervention effect of sensory integration in another rehabilitation area.
