고객 데이터 중심의 통합을 근간으로 하는 CRM을 추진하면서 데이터 품질은 필수적인 선결과제로 인식되고 있어, 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 데이터, 데이터구조, 데이터관리프로세스를 대상으로 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 품질 개선을 위해 표준화를 통한 데이터구조에 대한 품질관리 모델을 제안하고, 제시한 모델을 적용하여 기존 시스템의 관리 항목을 현저히 감소시켜 데이터구조의 품질을 개선하고 데이터구조 표준화 관리 시스템을 통하여 지속적인 개선이 가능하도록 하였다.

최근 IPTV 사용자가 증가 하면서 품질에 대한 사용자들의 기대가 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 서비스 제공이 가능한 IPTV 서비스의 품질 측정을 위하여 IP 망의 도메인별로 성능 모니터링을 수행하는 시스템과 이를 통합적으로 관리 할 수 있는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다. 구현된 성능 모니터링 및 통합관리 시스템의 시험을 위하여 IPTV 실험 환경을 구성하였으며, 실험 환경에서 IP 계층 및 MPEG-2 전송 스트림의 품질 파라미터를 측정 및 비교하였다.

As new information technology emerges, companies are introducing an Enterprise Security Management system to cope with new security threats, reducing redundant investments and waste of resources and counteracting security threats. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a security evaluation metric based on related standards to demonstrate that the Enterprise Security Management(ESM) System meets security. Therefore, in order to construct a metric for evaluating the security of the ESM, this study analyzed the security quality related requirements of the ESM and constructed a metric for measuring the degree of satisfaction. This metric provides synergies through the unification of security assessments that comply with ISO/IEC 15408 and ISO/IEC 25000 standards. It is expected that the evaluation model of the security quality level of ESM will be established and the evaluation method of ESM will be standardized in the future.

The FTA between South Korea and China has been concluded in 2014. This means that there is high possibility of the economic integration in Northeast Asia. China's rapid growth has led the global economy, and the Northeast Asia has been attracting attention as the main market. Although the South Korean government cannot help continuing the overseas market-oriented policies, South Korea's construction orders in the Northeast Asia are insignificant, and their profitability is still low. It is time for South Korean construction industry to promote qualitative growth instead of quantitative growth. South Korean construction industry have to focus more on quality management to produce high-quality construction output. In order to support South Korean construction industry, Korean government needs to provide more advanced national quality management system. Therefore, this study compares national quality management systems in South Korea, Japan, and China, and suggests the direction of the South Korean national quality management system reform. In addition, another objective of this study is to confirm the importance of an ISO9001 based quality management system as a basis of the economic integration in Northeast Asia.

본 연구는 Building Information Modeling(이하 BIM)의 본연의 목표인 정보의 통합 관리 및 재활용 측면에서 모델의 정보를 정확하고 체계적으로 구축될 수 있는 품질검증의 필요성을 인지하고 이를 위해 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안에 관하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 BIM 관련 품질관리 현황을 파악하고 국내 정보시스템 구축에 관한 지침으로 한국데이터베이스 진흥 센터의 데이터 품질관리 지침을 분석하여 BIM 품질검증 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 첫쩨 사전적 의미로부터 품질관리의 개념을 수립하고, 그 대상을 설정 하였으며, 둘째로 품질관리의 최종 목표인 정보의 재활용 관점에서 단계적 접근방안으로 5단계의 전략적 방향을 제시 하였다. 마지막으로 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 사례 분석을 토대로 BIM 모델 관점에서 품질 검증 시기, 기준, 방법을 제시하였다.

기존의 컴포넌트 기반으로 응용 프로그램을 개발하던 소프트웨어 개발 방법론이 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 대규모 시스템 통합의 요구가 생겨남에 따라 서비스-기반 구조(SOA: Service-Oriented Architecture)로 점차 변화하고 있다. SOA를 구현하기 위한 최신 통합 기술인 엔터프라이즈 서비스 버스(ESB: Enterprise Service Bus)상에서 상호 작용하는 시스템 간에 교환되는 데이터 품질을 보장할 수 있다면 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 DAQUM(Data Quality Measuring tool)(1)을 이용하여 ESB상에서 통합된 시스템들간의 상호 작용하는 데이터 품질을 보장하기 위한 서비스를 개발한다.

During the past 10 years, serious game industry has been growing steadily. But the system which could stably and reliably provide metadata information and quality information related to serious game remained unexploited. Existing systems only support the basic management functions of metadata search centered. Therefore, we have developed an integrated system to manage the quality information of serious game as well as to improve the inconvenient details of the existing systems. And we designed quality evaluation elements and quality information supply-methods, and linked up them to the system. Furthermore, we conducted user's satisfaction assessment survey on the use of the system. The advantage of the system is that the system provide a lot of useful information for general users and developers, and support a tool to manage all information related to serious game by easy and convenient method for managers.

통신망의 규모가 커지고 구조가 복잡해짐에 따라, 통신망의 성능을 최적화하여 사용자들이 요구하는 서비스 품질을 보장해 주는 성능관리의 기능이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 현재 성능관리의 주요 기능이 되는 트래픽에 대한 분석을 위해서 넷플로우(NetFlow), RMON, 그리고 패킷을 캡처하는 방법이 쓰이고 있지만 통합적인 관점의 해결책은 되지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 전송기술(Multi-technology), 다양한 장치 제조사(Multi-vender) 장비들의 성능관리를 가능케 할 수 있도록 통합적인 통신망 성능관리 구조를 제시하고, 그에 따라 성능관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The development and utilization of underground spaces are increasing as the use of land based on ground surface became limited due to rapid urbanization triggered by population growth and industrialization. Despite its merit of efficient use of limited land and space, it may contribute to occurrence of various disasters such as sinkholes and damage to underground facilities. After the sinkholes formed and occurred across the country in 2014, there has been an effort to establish Underground Space Integration Map containing 15 types of underground information. Still, there is an increasing demand to improve the quality of underground information stemmed from continuation of such events including the rupture of the hot water pipe in Goyang-si and the fire in the KT site in Ahyeon-dong, Seoul. Hereby, with the aim to improve the quality of Underground Space Integration Map, this study analyzes quality standards, regulations, and guidelines related to spatial data to improve quality inspection standards and methods included in the production rules for the Underground Space Integration Map. In particular, it suggests improvement plan for data quality management for pipe-type underground facilities, known as lifelines, which are essential part of daily life of the citizens, and the largest cause for accidents according to 15 types of underground information managed through the Underground Space Integration Map.

인터넷 통합 서비스 모델(Internet Integrated Service Mode)은 인터넷에서 화상, 음성, 데이터 등의 다양한 멀티미디어, 실시간 응용들에 대해서 서비스 품질을 제공하기 위해 새로운 인터넷 서비스 모델이다. 현재 인터넷을 통해 제공되는 서비스는 최선형 서비스(best effort service)에 속한다. 따라서 인터넷 서비스 제공자는 사용자가 원하는 서비스 품질을 보장할 수 없다. 인터넷 통합 서비스 모델에서는 자원 예약 프로토콜과 새로운 구성을 추가하여 각 플로우에 대해 예약된 서비스 품질을 제공한다. 즉, 인터넷 통합 서비스 모델에서는 신호 프로토콜, 패킷 분류자, 패킷 스케줄러, 수락 제어 등의 요소를 사용하여 각 플로우에 대해 예약된 서비스 품질을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 FreeBSD 기반이 라우터에 SCFQ(Self-Clocked Fair Queueing) 스케줄링방식, 버퍼 관리 방식 및 RSVP(ReSource Reservation Protocol)와 커널 사이의 트래픽 제어 인터페이스 부분을 구현하여 RSVP를 이용한 자원 예약을 가능하게 함으로써 라우터가 인터넷 통합 서비스를 지원할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 그리고 테스트 베드 상에서 기존 라우터와 구현된 라우터와의 성능 평가를 수행하였다.
