시스템 통합은 개별적으로 운영되는 여러 시스템을 하나의 시스템으로 모두 합치는 것을 의미한다. 시스템 통합을 통하여 데이터를 치밀하게 조직하고, 동일한 기능의 여러 함수들을 통합하는 둥의 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 시스템 통합과정에서 필연적으로 수행해야 할 작업 중하나가 각 시스템별로 사용하던 데이터베이스들을 모두 합하여 하나의 통합 데이터베이스를 구축하는 것이다. 데이터베이스 통합 과정에서 수행해야 하는 일 중 하나가 각 데이터베이스에서 사용하는 코드시스템을 통합하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 여러 코드 체계들을 통합하는 작업의 모델을 구축하고, 통합 코드 체계를 작성하는 작업 환경을 제공하는 소프트웨어를 설계한다.

The study aims to secure an integrated UFID system-based ID system as it defines the three-dimensional land registration record through selection and standardization of objects. By comparing the integrated ID system secured by the study and the objected ID system proposed by Seoul City, the study came up with practicality of the integrated ID system for the three-dimensional land registration record information system. An integrated UFID-based intellectual spacial information which is consisted of 41 figures in total was developed by the study. The study confirmed the practicality of the integrated ID system by comparing it with the objected ID of the three dimensional land registration record information system established by Seoul City.

There has been constant attempts for integration of public welfare delivery system which lead to integrated case management, then this become more significant issue regarding 'community care' recently in Korea. However, most of them was limited to fractional organization rearrangement or more use of private resources rather than realising user-centred approach. Therefore, in this research, we would like to do a couple of case studies in Britain which has rich experience of reforms for integrated approaches between health and social services and Troubled Family programme resembles the integrated case management in Korea by visiting a London Borough and a local council respectively. In conclusion, we found three conditions are required to establish successful integrated delivery system: elimination of institutional barriers relating to workforce, organization, and finance; shared objectives and partnership among the professional groups and agencies; and information sharing system with technical support regarding individual cases.

The purpose of this study is to define a method of building an integrated service to provide various science and technology knowledge infrastructures that are helpful in R&D activities, and to show the cases that are adapted the methodologies. Knowledge infrastructures scattered throughout the entire R&D cycle, such as generating/development of ideas, finding the R&D project, performing the project, and spreading results, are segmented in terms of services, functions, information, and data, and links and converges to provide the knowledge infrastructure that desired by users in one place. We define the integrated service classification, integration level model, integrated architecture, and integrated user authentication system in consideration of logical linkage and integration rather than physical integration of individual knowledge infrastructures. Also, we considered the extensibility as the reference model for building of similar integrated service.

The time and cost is the most important information for the construction project management. Currently, a lot of studies have been done in order to clearly relate them with each other, but there have been some difficulties. Because of the characteristic of Korean government contract law, the construction project in Korea is managed by only cost and the time and cost information is distinctly separated. In order to manage all the major construction project information smoothly, the time and cost information should have relation with each other. This study suggest methods for relating the time and cost information, especially for road construction project of MOCT. Through the survey of construction field engineers and case study of the road construction project, several alternatives to improve the usability of construction information are suggested in this study. These alternatives can support relating other construction information.

This paper describes the results of the development of the the unmanned aerial vehicle system integration laboratory(UAV SIL) for the integrated verification. This UAV SIL is designed to test the robustness of the UAV system including the operational logics and the flight control system behaviors under many abnormal and emergency conditions such as data-link losses, airborne subsystem failures, engine shut down conditions, and ground control station faults. This paper presents how to build the UAV SIL and how to verify the in-development UAV system through the UAV SIL.

EC 회원국들은 1992년 12월 31일을 기하여 시장통합을 실시하였다. 세계 각국에서의 EC의 시장통합에 대응하는 정책들을 펴나가고 있는 가운데, 특히 시장통합 프로그램 중 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있는 정보통신표준화 분야에 있어서 효과적인 대응정책을 수립하기 위해, EC 정보통신표준의 종류, 표준화 추진체계 및 주요 기관들의 조직, 기능 등 표준화활동, 현황을 분석하여 봄으로써 EC 표준화제도를 이해하여 국내의 효율적인 표준화추진체계 정립은 물론 EC 통합에 대한 우리나라의 대응 전략수립에 도움을 주려한다.

컴퓨터 기술과 정보통신기술의 발달로 인터넷이 보편화되고, 인터넷을 이용한 정보공유가 활성화되고 있으며, 이와 함께 위성영상정보에 대한 통합시스템 구축사업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반구조(PKI)의 공개키 인증서와 권한인증기반구조(PMI)의 속성 인증서를 이용하여, 인터넷 웹서버 접근통제방안을 제시한다. 또한 웹서버에서의 권한인증을 통하여 분산된 위성영상정보 통합체계의 아카이빙시스템에 대한 효과적인 접근통제방안을 제시한다.

Military vessels are complex weapon systems consisting of various integrated onboard equipment. Since their acquisition of military equipment takes a long period of time and a prototype ship is deployed and tested, vessel development has relied on its proprietary process. However, due to the growing complexity of onboard equipment technology, application of systems engineering (SE) process has become indispensable. Nonetheless, an effective design process complementing the existing design with the SE has not yet been developed. As such, we have studied an improved basic design process for submarines based on SE. To do so, we analyzed the processes for the basic design, technical review, and requirement management. Included reviews and requirements are SRR, SFR and PDR, and SSRS, SSS, and SSDD. By combining the results in the SE framework, we built an improved basic design process that can be applied in parallel with the SE-based technical review and requirement management. To assess the process, we applied our proposed model to the submarine development undergoing the basic design phase. It is possible to effectively manage the requirements, design artifacts and improve traceability, and also utilize them as test and evaluation materials. The SE-based basic design process is expected to be useful in other kinds of vessel design.

영국은 1989년 Electricity Act의 발효를 시작으로 전력산업 구조개편을 시작하였다. 이후 Pool 체계를 구성하였으며 10여년의 운영을 거쳐 NETA 체계를 새롭게 구성하였다. 이후 스코틀랜드 전력시장을 통합한 BETTA 체계를 도입하여 영국 전체의 전력시장을 통합하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 영국의 전력시장 구조개편 과정을 분석하고 각 체계의 특성을 정리하였으며 이러한 구조개편 과정에서 얻을 수 있는 시사점을 도출하였다.
