인간 게놈프로젝트가 거의 완성되어 감에 따라서 해독된 유전자의 암호를 바탕으로 기능을 밝히는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 그중에서 디스플레이 프로테오믹스에 관한 연구가 주목을 받으면서, 세계적으로 2-DE 데이터베이스가 많이 구축되었다. 이 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서는 자동화된 구축도구가 필요한데, 이 도구를 개발하기 위해서는 데이터베이스 통합이 필수적으로 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 생물학적 실험을 통하여 얻어진 펩티드 질량으로써, 다수의 펩티드 질량검색기를 통합하여 자동으로 단백질을 인식하고, 인식된 단백질에 대한 정보를 제공하는 다수의 프로테옴 관련 데이터베이스의 통합을 통해서 2-DE 데이터베이스를 자동으로 구축하는 도구와 데이터베이스 구축결과를 제시한다.

Objective : The aim of this study was to investigate how many studies for sensory integration intervention in Korea reflect the principle of Ayers' sensory integration through a systemic review. Methods : The systemic review was executes using RISS, NDSL, KISS, DBpia. The key words for search were 'sensory integration therapy', 'sensory integration intervention', 'sensory integration program', 'sensory integration training' to search the articles, published in 2000-2012. To analyze ASI fidelity of 49 studies included in the present study, the numbers of items were calculated if the study describe the ASI principle. Results : The IV was the most levels of evidence, and the subjects for the studies were mental intellectual disability (15), developmental disability (14) and autism spectrum disorders (13) etc. It was described the most that presenting sensory opportunities (43), challenging postural, ocular, oral and/or bilateral motor control (37) of ASI fidelity. The studies using more than 4 ASI principle were 26.5%(13), and 7 studies using 8 or more than 8 were studied in OT. Conclusion : In OT, 34 of 49 studies performed, and they used several principles of ASI. To have unity for sensory integration principle and to improve therapy professionalism the study using various data and systematic review study will be needed in the future.

인터넷 상의 정보교환을 위한 국제표준인 XML은 여러 분야의 응용에 사용되며 응용의 특성에 따라 다양한 형태의 구조로 정의되어 사용된다. 이러한 XML은 응용에 따라 의미적으로 유사한 정보라 하더라도 서로 다른 구조정보를 가질 수 있으며 때로는 스키마(DTD)가 없는 XML문서 형태로 존재하기도 한다. 그 결과 특정 영역(동일 스키마 따르는)의 응용들 사이의 통합은 용이해 졌으나 서로 다른 영역 또는 영역에서 소외된 응용과의 통합은 여전히 문제로 남아있다. 본 연구에서는 대부분의 XML문서는 구조정보에 의미를 내포하고 있다는 특성을 고려하여 문서의 구조정보만을 이용하여 서로 다른 영역의 정보들 사이의 유사성을 판단하고 이를 이용하여 의미적으로 유사한 정보를 찾는다. 또한 XML 문서의 특성을 고려하여 보다 정확한 유사정보를 찾기 위하여 처리의 단위를 정의하고 이를 기반으로 프로토타입 시스템을 구현하였다.

With the advent of distributed computing and Web service technologies, lots of users have been requiring services that can conveniently obtain and/or support well-assembled information based on Web. For this reason, we are to construct Automatic Linking Support Systems for generating Web-based integrated information and supporting retrieval information according to user's various requirements. Our system organization is based on client/server system. A server environment consisted of automatic linking engine that can provide lexical analyzing, query processing and integrated document generating functions, and databases that are made of dictionaries, image and URL contents. Also, client environments consisted of Web editor that can generate integrated documents and Web helper that can retrieve them via automatic linking engine and databases. For client's user-friendly interfaces, web editor and helper programs can directly execute by down leading from a server without setup them before inside clients. For reducing server's overheads, Parts of server's executing modules are distributed to clients on which they can be executing. As an implementation of our system, we use the JDK 1.3, SWING for user interfaces like Web editor and helper, RMI mechanism for interaction between clients and a server, and SQL server 7.0 for database development, respectively. Finally, we showed the access procedures of automatic document linking engine and databases from Web editor or Web helper, and results appearing on their screens.

This study explores the importance of OSI standards in library environment and specifically of Z39.50/SR information retrival protocols and ILL protocol. Libraries and other information systems need to implement these ap lication protocols in order to facilitate the sharing of library information resources through information networks. The foreign systems which have implemented the standard protocols are reviewed in this paper, and it is suggested that search results of OPACs and other bibliographic databases be directly used for electronic document request for fast document delivery, first by implementing Z39.50 OPACs and standard interlibrary loan systems and next by integrating the two systems in Korean electronic libraries.

Recently many researchers have been studying various methods for data integration. Among the integration methods that the researchers have studied, there are a method using metadata repository, and Topic Map which identifies the relationships between the data. This study suggests Meta-Topic Map to create Topic Map about search keyword by applying metadata and Topic Map, and the XMDR as a way to connect Meta-Topic Map with metadata in the legacy system. Considering the semantic relationship of user's keyword in the legacy system, the Meta-Topic Map provides the Topic Map format and generates the Topic Map about user's keyword. The XMDR performs structural integration through solving the problem of heterogeneity among metadata in the legacy system. The suggested svides isproves the interoperability among existing Relational Database constructed in the legacy system and the search efficiency and is efficient in expanding the system.

본 논문에서는 우리나라 연구지원기관에서 기구축한 연구과제 데이타베이스 기술요소를 분석하여 CERIF(Common European Research Information Format)를 준용한 국내 연구과제정보 교환을 위한 데이타 포맷(KRIF)을 정의하였다. KRIF에서는 국내에 기구축된 연구과제정보 기술항목의 특성을 고려하여 CERIF를 확장 적용하였으며, 각 엔티티에 로컬정의 필드를 두어 교환이 불필요한 데이타요소를 로컬이 재량껏 정의할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 이를 바탕으로 국내에 기구축된 이형의 연구정보를 단일 창구고 검색할 수 있는 국내통합연구현황정보 데이타베이스 구축 모형을 제안하였다.

In order to process video data effectively, it is required that the content information of video data is loaded in database and semantic-based retrieval method can be available for various query of users. In this paper, we propose semantic-based video retrieval system which support semantic retrieval of various users by feature-based retrieval and annotation-based retrieval of massive video data. By user's fundamental query and selection of image for key frame that extracted from query, the agent gives the detail shape for annotation of extracted key frame. Also, key frame selected by user become query image and searches the most similar key frame through feature based retrieval method that propose. From experiment, the designed and implemented system showed high precision ratio in performance assessment more than 90 percents.

In collaborative environment, since each agent generally uses different words for the same meaning, there is an obstacle for information sharing. In collaborative product development environment, each agent has different words for representing same product information. As a result, it is hard to share product information in this situation. For solving this problem, semantic-based product information is needed. In this paper, a ontology-based semantic searching system which is able to interact with legacy PDM systems is proposed for product information sharing in collaborative environment Product ontology is represented with OWL format, and the product ontology is processed by Pellet reasoning engine for semantic searching. The system is implemented as a web service which can be integrated with other systems. This paper also introduces the approach with which a PDM system provides a function of semantic search with this search system.

최근 웹 확산에 따른 일반인들의 인터넷 이용이 급증하였고 이에 따른 정보 기술도 빠르게 변화하고 있다. GIS 분야에서도 시대의 흐름에 맞춰 공간 데이타를 웹상에서 제공하는 웹 GIS 분야가 등장하게 되었다. 그러나, 상호이질적인 공간 데이타를 웹 기반 분산 환경에서 서비스하기 위해 표준 인터페이스와 각각의 웹 서비스 모델을 정의한 통합 시스템이 요구되고 있다. OGC에서는 기존 OPenGIS의 상호운용성을 웹 환경에서 지원하고, 또한 피쳐 인스턴스 단위의 지리정보를 접근하기 위해 새로운 웹 피쳐 서비스 구현 명세를 제안하였다. 웹 피쳐 서비스 구현 명세에서는 클라이언트로부터 HTTP를 통하여 요청된 공간.비공간 질의를 처리하기 위한 URL 컴포넌트를 정의하고 있다. 이 컴포넌트는 클라이언트 질의를 수행하여 피쳐 인스턴스 단위로 데이타를 검색 및 조작하고, 검색된 데이타는 GML로 정의하여 클라이언트로 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 OGC가 제안한 XML 기반의 표준 공간 데이타 포맷인 GML과 웹 피쳐 서비스 인터페이스를 이용해 분산된 지리정보 데이타를 웹 브라우저를 통하여 서비스할 수 있는 웹 피쳐 서비스 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
