최근 B2B 전자상거래 확산에 따른 물류문제를 해결하고 오프라인 물류와의 차별화롤 시도하기 위한 목적으로 다양한 물류측면의 대안이 제시되고 있다. 먼저 물류산업 자체의 e-business화를 추진함으로 기존 물류체계에서의 고비용 문제, 책임 소재가 불분명한 서비스 문제를 해결하고 운송정보의 실시간 제공을 통한 발주자, 화주자 간의 긴밀한 커뮤니케이션 형성과 해외시장을 겨냥한 글로벌 물류체계를 구축해야 한다. 다음으로 물류업종의 지나친 세분화, 기존 물류업체의 영세성과 혁신마인드의 부족, 그에 따른 제조 유통업체의 경쟁적 자가물류 확충의 악순환으로 제3자 물류시장 성장기반이 제한되어 오는 등 구조적인 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 주요 운송업체가 영세한 화주나 창고관리 위탁업무까지 대행하여 주는 지금까지의 제3자 물류 체제에서 대기업이 물류시장에 새롭게 진출하면서 사이버 물류시스템을 기반으로 기존 주요 운송업계와 VAN 사업자가 장악하고 있는 물류정보 서비스를 주도하는 제4자 물류체제로의 전환이 요구된다. 왜냐하면, SCM과 전자상거래 환경 하에서는 공급 망 내의 물류를 최적화하여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위해서 기능적 아웃소싱의 단계를 거쳐 물류기능의 통합과 운영의 자율권이 증대, 전체적인 공급연쇄 솔루션을 제공하는 서비스 제공자와 함께 기업의 경영자원, 능력, 기술을 관리하고 결합하는 공급연쇄 통합자로서 제4자 물류가 필요하기 때문이다. 이와 같은 제4자 물류체제가 본격 형성될 경우 물류정보와 인프라가 복잡하게 업혀있는 기존 물류산업이 재편되고, 특화된 물류솔루션을 바탕으로 한 산업별 물류체제 구축이 가속화될 것으로 예견되며, 일반기업 입장에서 물류부문의 아웃소싱이 촉진되어 물류산업기반이 확충될 수 있을 것이다.

Safety Management System is the aviation industry policy for while operating the aircraft, to ensure the safety crew, aircraft and passengers. For operating a safe aircraft, in order to establish the international technical standards, the International Civil Aviation Organization has established the Annex 19 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. As a result, member country was supposed to be in accordance with the policy of the International Civil Aviation Organization, to accept the international standard of domestic air law. The South Korean government announced that it would promote active safety management strategy in primary aviation policy master plan of 2012. And, by integrating and state safety programmes(ssp) and safety management system(sms) for the safe management of Annex 19 is to enforce the policy on aviation safety standards. State safety programmes(ssp) is a system of activities for the aim of strengthening the safety and integrated management of the activities of government. State safety programmes(ssp) is important on the basis of the data of the risk information. Collecting aviation hazard information is necessary for efficient operation of the state safety programmes(ssp) Korean government must implement the strategy required to comply with aviation methods and standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization. Airlines, must strive to safety features for safety culture construction and improvement of safety management is realized. It is necessary to make regulations on the basis of the aviation practice, for aviation safety regulatory requirements, aviation safety should reflect the opinion of the aviation industry.

In South Korea, Mine industries were encouraged to obtain the natural resource from 1960 to 1980. However, the depletion of natural resource and decreasing price have been caused by the voluntary closure of non-economical mines and a cut of their production since 1990. Harmful wastewater containing such heavy metals as iron, aluminum, arsenic, and cadmium are being discharged from abandoned pits and waste stone and tailing dumping sites following the closure of mines. Therefore, the objective of this paper suggests a policy of mine hazard prevention(PMHP) and method that allows the combination of new spatial data and as well as collected data on resources for the sustainable mine reclamation and management using EGIS/MGIS technique to develop an integrated plan and management techniques.

There has been constant attempts for integration of public welfare delivery system which lead to integrated case management, then this become more significant issue regarding 'community care' recently in Korea. However, most of them was limited to fractional organization rearrangement or more use of private resources rather than realising user-centred approach. Therefore, in this research, we would like to do a couple of case studies in Britain which has rich experience of reforms for integrated approaches between health and social services and Troubled Family programme resembles the integrated case management in Korea by visiting a London Borough and a local council respectively. In conclusion, we found three conditions are required to establish successful integrated delivery system: elimination of institutional barriers relating to workforce, organization, and finance; shared objectives and partnership among the professional groups and agencies; and information sharing system with technical support regarding individual cases.

최근에 등장한 ERP system은 전사 자원을 통합 관리하여 생산성과 효율성을 크게 향상시켜 줄뿐만 아니라, package로 되어 있어 단기간에 system을 구축할 수 있게 해준다 는 측면에서 획기적인 system으로 많은 기업들의 주목을 받고 있다. ERP 뇬?은 C/S system으로의 downsizing, networking, internet/intranet, BPR의 수행, EIS 등 최근의 정보 기술을 망라하고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 module화된 package를 도입하기 위해서는 process를 package에 맞추어 줘야 하므로 필연적으로 BPR이 따르며 실제 도입사례를 보 더라도 system에 들어간 직접비용보다 표준화를 포함한 process 설계에 투자된 노력이 훨 씬 더 많다. 이제까지의 경험으로 볼 때, BPR은 성공보다 실패 확률이 더 높다. BPR의 실 패는 ERP system 도입에 치명적이다. BPR이 지금처럼 실패를 거듭한다면 ERP 또한 많은 장점에도 불구하고 성공하기 어렵다고 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성공적인 ERP 도입을 위한 전제조건으로서의 process 재설계를 가로막는 요인은 무엇이며, 이를 극복하기 위한 대안으로서의 전략은 어떠해야 하는지 제시하고자 한다.

For the next generation mobile communication system, diverse wireless network techniques such as beyond 3G LTE, WiMAX/WiBro, and next generation WLAN etc. are proceeding to the form integrated into the All-IP core network. According to this development, Beyond 3G integrated into heterogeneous wireless access technologies must support the vertical handover and network to be used of several radio networks. However, unified management of each network is demanded since it is individually serviced. Therefore, in order to solve this problem this study is introducing the theory of Common Radio Resource Management (CRRM) based on Generic Link Layer (GLL). This study designs the structure and functions to support the vertical handover and propose the vertical handover algorithm of which policy-based and MCDM are composed between LTE and WLAN systems using GLL. Finally, simulation results are presented to show the improved performance over the data throughput, handover success rate, the system service cost and handover attempt number.

Ontology is an explicit specification of concepts and relationships between concepts in an interest domain. As considered as one of typical knowledge representation methods, ontology is applied to various studies such as information extraction, information integration, information sharing, or knowledge management. In IT based industries, ontology is applied to research on information integration and sharing in order to enhance interoperability between enterprises. In supply chains or logistics, several enterprises participate as business partners to plan movements of goods, and control goods and logistics flows. A number of researches on information integration and sharing for the effective and efficient management of logistics or supply chains have been addressed. In this paper, we address an ontology as a knowledge-base for semantic-based integration of logistics information distributed in the logistics flow. Especially, we focus on developing an ontology that enables to represent and translate semantic meaning of EPC data in the EPC Network applied logistics. We present a scenario for tracing products in logistics in order to show the value of our ontology.

Integrated heterogeneous database systems provide the unified interface for users and applications today in order to access the underlying diverse data sources located in different sites. The multiple heterogeneous data sources have the different and specialized data structures and transaction processing capabilities. Because of local autonomy, the local system does not have the capability of cooperation to control the global transaction. Hence designing the global transaction manager with supporting the global serializability is difficult task. To resolve the well-known indirect conflict, we define the global transaction model by using the characteristics of global integrity constraints. And then we propose the site-locking operation and its protocol to manage the global transaction. The correctness and analysis of our site-locking protocol is proved and performance gain over the related other methods is also estimated in this paper.

망 자원의 효율적인 사용, 관리 및 기존의 망을 흡수 통합하기 위해서 차세대통합네트워크(NGcN), ALL­IP 망으로 망 진화가 이루어지고 있으며, 이에 따라 동기식 CDMA2000 과 비동기식 WCDMA의 이동 통신망도 통합 및 연동에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그리고, 망 개방화에 대한 분위기도 고조되는 상황에서 CDMA2000, WCDMA등과 같은 서로 다른 무선 액세스 망에서 동일한 게이트웨이를 통하여 무선인터넷 서비스를 제공하려는 움직임도 있다. 본 논문에서는 망 진화에 따른 망통합 및 연동과 망 개방에 따른 COMA200 과 WCDMA 의 서로 다른 무선인터넷 액세스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 시스템인 A­MiDAS(Advanced Mobile internet Data Access System)에 대해서 소개하고, A­MiDAS 내의 CDMA2000 과 WCDMA 를 수용하기 위해서 설계 및 개발된 MNAB(Mobile Network Access Board)에 대해서 기술한다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 환경에서 인증 및 접근 제어와 같은 여러 보안 이슈가 발생하고 있다. 특히, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 자원에 접속을 할 경우, 통합적으로 관리 및 제어가 가능한 인증 및 접근제어 모델이 필요하다. 이를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 상황인식 기반의 통합 인증(SSO) 및 접근제어 모델을 제안하고, 이를 설계 및 구현함으로써, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 유연하고, 편리한 보안 시스템을 검증하고자 한다.
