한국원자력연구소에서 발생되는 방사성폐기물은 다양한 형태, 다양한 핵종으로 구성되며 소량씩 불규칙한 시기에 발생하는 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 폐기물의 효율적인 관리와 처리를 위하여 체계적인 이력관리와 신속한 통계를 도출할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템 구축이 선행과제로 대두되었다. 이에 방사성폐기물 통합관리 시스템(Radioactive Waste Management Integration System ; RAWMIS)을 구축하였으며, 이 시스템은 방사성폐기물의 발생부터 수집, 이동, 처리, 저장 등 처분까지의 이력을 관리하고, 서류간소화 및 인적자원 절약 등의 관리효율성을 제고하여 구현되었다. 또한, 한국원자력안전기술원에서 추진하는 국가적 방사성폐기물 통합 안전관리 체계(Waste Comprehensive Information Database : WACID)와 연계를 할 수 있도록 연구개발의 착수 단계에서부터 공동으로 진행하였다. 본 논문에서는 구축된 시스템의 구현사항과 실제 방사성폐기물 관리에 활용하는 사항을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통하여 구축된 시스템은 방사성폐기물 발생기관의 관리와 처리에 있어서 투명성과 효율을 증가시키고, 정확하고 신속한 정보를 도출할 수 있으며, 방사성폐기물의 관리와 처리공정의 데이터를 확보하여 방사성폐기물 처리 분야 연구의 토대를 제공할 수 있다.

This study suggests a methodology for organizing functions of nD CAD model which 4D object is linked with cost and resource information. And the suggested model is composed of process analysis function of plant project based on visualized scenario analysis. That is, it is possible to manage effectively not only construction schedule plan, but also resource and cost information by integrating construction management information into nD CAD object. And the suggested model can be utilized as information of a effective decision-making tool through analyzing of optimal process scenario and sharing of an analyzed information.

IT 자산관리(ITAM, IT Asset Management)는 조직이 소유한 IT 자산과 관련된 모든 이력 변경 정보, 비용, 계약 및 구매/리스 데이터를 관리하는 것이다. 자산 취득 및 처분에 관한 기술, 재무 및 계약 정보를 취득하고 통합한다. 그리고 유지하는 과정. 비즈니스의 효율성과 효율성을 높이기 위해 IT 인프라의 서비스 및 리소스에 대한 자산 관리의 4가지 요소(4C, 특성: 자산 수명 주기 정보, 구성: H/W와 S/W 정보, 계약: 서비스 및 보증, 종합관리: 보증 정보, 비용 및 재무 정보)는 회사 인프라 자원의 TCO 및 ROI를 개선하고 생산성의 범위를 확장하는 것을 목표로 한다. IT 자산 관리의 필요성은 사업에 필요한 IT 자산 정보 제공, 비용 관리, 구매 결정에 필요한 정보 제공, 소프트웨어 라이선스 및 하드웨어 자원의 재활용 촉진, 장치 노후화로 인한 추가 비용 방지를 위한 것이다. 비용 예측 및 관리, 내부 통제 및 외부 감사 대응, 사업부별 IT 비용 및 활용도 분석을 유지 및 지원한다. 사업부의 IT 자원 사용으로 인한 문제는 업무 효율성을 저하시키고 IT 부서의 업무를 증가시키며 결과적으로 기업의 비용을 증가시키며 이것이, IT 자산 관리의 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 적용 사례를 통해 더 나은 관리 방안을 마련하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is an enterprise wide management system made possible by information technology. Organizations have been implementing ERP packages for integrating the business process in various functions. ERP has been helping companies to automate their entire business processes within the organization as a whole instead of just in some functional units. This paper presents five case studies indicating that enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems do enhance the performance of manufacturing organizations. The ERP systems studied are from SAP, Baan, and Oracle. In all five cases, better cross-functional integration was a critical success factor.

RDF treats all resources independently, that's integrated description model for internet resources description, that provides the model to connect resources that related with the specific resources. This article performs theoretical review of RDF model and syntax specification and RDF schema specification that's a common rule of semanics, structure and syntax those provides search and access in the area of dispersed information environment of internet and Dublin Core that's description element for build metadata. And with this way it's materialized metadata design, schema, DTD of Dublin Core element for building RDF-based metadata that is XML application.

Large-scale and complex disasters have frequently occurred all over the world recently, and they are repeated every year. Accordingly, the need for the systematic management and utilization of raw-data and processing information in the past has increased. For this purpose, this study proposed a construction strategy for disaster and safety record information resources archives based on automatic acquisition, which can be used as a hub for disaster and safety information. Based on local and foreign case studies, several consideration factors for building the archives are determined. Finally, this study proposed four steps for constructing the archives. These are as follows: 1) complete enumeration survey of the disaster and safety record information resources, 2) automatic acquisition possibility study, 3) selection of the resources for preservation, and 4) automatic acquisition of metadata. The construction of the archives proposed in this study will facilitate integrated management, sharing, and use of scattered information resources on disaster and safety.

효율적이고 체계적인 정보관리를 위해 최근 연구들은 시멘틱웹(semantic web), 지식관리, 메타데이터의 통합 등에 많은 관심을 두고 있다. 그러한 연구들은 자원(resources)의 기술을 어떻게 표현할 것인가에 대한 기술구조와 그 구조를 표현하기 위한 기계 언어 등을 다루고 있다. 특히 자원의 기술을 어떻게 표현할 것인가에 대한 기술적인 구조로 가장 널리 사용되는 것은 RDF와 토픽맵(Topic Maps)을 들 수 있다. 정보조직이나 시멘틱웹 등의 연구에서 자주 등장하는 위의 개념들을 정확하게 이해하고 무엇보다 그 개념들 간의 관계를 알아보는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 RDF와 토픽맵에서, 정보 즉 표현하고자 하는 대상을 표현하는 방법을 살펴보고, 두 기법간의 상호운용성에 대한 선행연구로 RDF와 토픽맵의 유사점과 차이점을 비교하고자 한다.

가상화 기술을 기반으로 하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 시스템 내에 존재하는 자원을 분할하여 이용하거나 독립적으로 존재하는 자원을 통합하는 측면에서는 매우 편리하고 용이하다. 또한 컴퓨팅 자원의 활용률을 극대화하는 이점도 존재한다. 하지만 가상화 기술 자체만으로는 사용자의 요청에 동적으로 가상화된 자원, 즉 가상 머신(Virtual Machine)을 생성, 복제, 할당 및 삭제 등의 관리 작업에 어려움이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Xen 과 Globus Toolkit 을 기반으로 구축된 환경에서 가상 머신의 관리를 편리하게 처리할 수 있는 가상 머신 매니저를 그리드 서비스로 설계 및 구현하였다. 또한 사용자의 요청을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해 작업과 자원에 대한 실시간 스케줄링 방법을 제안한다.

최근 인터넷의 발달로 활발히 게시되고 있는 전문 지식 정보들이 유용한지를 판별하기 위해 시맨틱 웹 등의 기술을 이용한 다양한 소프트웨어들이 개발되고 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어들은 개별적으로 우수하게 지식을 판단할 수 있는 수단을 제공하지만, 이를 통합적으로 관리하여 사용자들의 요구에 적합하게 유용한 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 시스템은 현재 미미한 상태이다. 따라서 이러한 소프트웨어 및 데이터를 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 및 데이터의 통합을 통해 사용자가 원하는 소프트웨어를 등록하고, 이를 데이터와 통합하여 사용할 수 있는 실행 환경을 제공하는 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 제안하는 시스템은 기존 콘텐츠 관리 시스템보다 사용자가 동적으로 소프트웨어를 등록 및 사용할 수 있는 환경을 제공하기 때문에 경제적인 측면에서는 비용을 절감할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 선택할 수 있으며, 관리적인 측면에서는 소프트웨어 및 데이터 자원의 재활용성을 높일 수 있다.
