IVS (International VLBI Service for Geodesy and Astrometry) 통합분석센터는 개별 IVS 분석센터의 산출물을 통합하고 그 결과물을 IERS (International Earth Rotation and Reference Systems Service)에 제공하여 국제 지구기준좌표계를 구축하고 지구회전파라미터를 결정하는데 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 한국천문연구원(KASI)은 2008년 10월 IVS 통합분석센터로 선정되어 현재 통합 분석 시스템을 구축하고 있다. 정규운영에 앞서 통합용 분석 소프트웨어를 정비하고, KASI 통합분석센터의 통합해를 타 IVS 통합분석센터 통합해와 비교 검증하는 것은 필수적이다. 이 연구에서는 통합분석처리를 위해서 GPS 자료처리 소프트웨어인 Bernese 5.0을 IVS 산출물 형식에 맞추어 수정 보완한 후 활용한다. 이 발표에서는 1984년부터 현재까지의 IVS 분석센터의 장기간 산출물을 수집하고 Bernese 5.0을 이용하여 지구회전파라미터(X-극, Y-극, UT1-UTC와 각각의 시간변화율)의 통합해를 산출한 결과를 소개한다. 또한, 타 IVS 통합분석센터의 통합해와 비교 검증결과를 논한다.

본 연구는 국내 장애아 통합교육의 환경에서 통합교육의 특수성과 교육주체들의 현실적 한계를 고려할 때, 온라인 통합교육 지원 인프라의 구축이 필요함을 전제로, 장애아의 통합교육 지원을 위한 공익적 성격의 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성을 연구하고, 국내 특수교육 및 통합교육 관련 온라인 사이트의 사례분석을 통해 장애아를 위한 통합교육 포털의 발전방향을 제시하였다. 공익성 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성 측면은 통합교육의 사회적 당위성을 바탕으로 국내 특수교육 관련 법률 및 장애인 교육실태의 의미와 연계하여 제시하는 동시에 교사, 장애아, 장애아 부모로 구분한 교육주체별 통합교육의 현실적 한계성을 공익성 통합교육 포털 사이트의 사회적 필요성과 연결하여 제시하였으며, 이러한 필요성에 입각하여 장애아 교육 및 통합교육 관련 웹사이트의 비교/분석을 통해 통합교육 포털 사이트의 향후 발전방향을 제시하였다.

Characteristics and patterns of geographic features and human activities can be interpreted in terms of spatiality and temporality. The necessity to record the historical changes and the ability to reason in the real world has lead to a new field of research so called Integrated Spatio-Temporal analysis. The objective of this study is to investigate temporal maps for Spatio-temporal analysis, which have the integration functionality for visualizing spatiality and temporality of the geographic appearances and human activities. Land information is composed of spatial, attribute and temporal data and requires spatio-temporal representations. It is possible to visualize spatio-temporal variations with spatio-temporal databases and temporal map produced by integrated data models. This study constructs spatio-temporal model for temporal maps of land price variation analysis. Taking advantage of the spatio-temporal model proposed here, it is possible to visualize spatio-temporal variations with spatio-temporal database and temporal map. On a practical level, this study would be extended and utilized to various geographic features.

유선의 인터넷과 무선 이동통신 서비스를 통합할 수 있는 다양한 기술에 대한 사실상의 표준인 WAP(Wireless Application Protocol)이 마련된 것은 기존의 유선 인터넷 서비스 제공업체에는 대규모이 무선 이동통신 가입자에 접근할 수 있는 기회가 제공된 것이다. 따라서, 기존의 인터넷 비즈니스 모델을 유, 무선이 통합된 환경으로 재정립할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문은 유, 무선 인터넷 서비스 통합을 위한 기술과 선도적으로 통합 모델을 이용하여 서비스를 확장하고 있는 사례를 분석, 소개하였다. 확장된 비즈니스 모델 사례를 제시함으로써, 인터넷 비즈니스 모델 분석의 영역 확대의 가능성을 제시하였고, 앞으로 좀 더 정교하고 세분화된 통합 모델을 제시하여 유, 무선의 통합 인터넷 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 기업에 실질적인 분석의 틀과 도구를 제공하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the reason why the integration policy of local government in 2010~2014 has failed in the light of multi-dimensional model including normative, structural, constituentive, and technical dimension. Central government pushed integration policy of local government focused on increasing economic efficiency based on the theory of economy of scale on 16 regions and 36 local governments. Only one region(Cheong-Ju and Cheong-Won), however, completed integration procedure in 2014. Although most regions don't have common value on integration, and cultural, political ties in normative and structural dimension, central government pushed the integration policy. Futhermore central government failed to coordinate various interests of the participants and design incentive system including demands of local residents in constituentive and technical dimension. Based on this study central government should consider these policy implications when it propel the integration policy of local government in the future.

A program for integrated gene expression profile analysis such as hierarchical clustering, K-means, fuzzy c-means, self-organizing map(SOM), principal component analysis(PCA), and singular value decomposition(SVD) was made for DNA chip data anlysis by using Matlab. It also contained the normalization method of gene expression input data. The integrated data anlysis program could be effectively used in DNA chip data analysis and help researchers to get more comprehensive analysis view on gene expression data of their own.

Along with the rapid change environment, many organizations have come to consider a method of job analysis for better human resource management. Researchers and practitioners recognize that it is necessary to develop a new method of job analysis, however, there are not enough empirical studies. This research aims to clarify what kind of job analysis methods are proper to develop human resources ultimately. Its specific purpose are the following. First, to study representative job analysis methods theoretically. Second, to develop methods by its goal and practical use. Third, to show a empirical study in the real development case. This paper make contribution to develop a integrated job analysis method by contingent approach.

In Requirements engineering, requirements elicitation and analysis are very important tasks to develop software systems successfully. Even though various methods have been proposed including scenario-based analysis, goal based analysis, and coupling goal with scenario, each method has its own strengths and weaknesses. If you use only one method, it is very difficult to elicit and to analyze system requirements completely. Since these methods don't support a comprehensive elicitation process, this paper proposes an integrated approach. This integrated approach is focused on two viewpoints. One is what factors are comprised and the other is how they are integrated. This paper also shows how the proposed approach can be applied to Meeting Reservation System (MRS) development. An experiment has been conducted using this approach to demonstrate how complete requirements are elicited and analyzed and to show relative time savings during elicitation in comparison to each method.

Development of Intelligent Systems involves effective integration of large-scaled knowledge processing and understanding, human-machine interaction, and intelligent services. Especially, in our project for development of a self-growing knowledge-based system with inference methodologies utilizing the big data technology, we are building a platform called WiseKB as the central knowledge base for storing massive amount of knowledge and enabling question-answering by inferences. WiseKB thus requires an effective methodology to analyze diverse requirements convoluted with the integration of various components of knowledge representation, resource management, knowledge storing, complex hybrid inference, and knowledge learning, In this paper, we propose an integrated requirement analysis method that blends the traditional sequential method and the iterative-incremental method to achieve an efficient requirement analysis for large-scale systems.
