보안에서 인적보안(Personal Security)의 예방통제 중 하나로 개발/운영을 분리하는 직무분리(Separation of Duty)를 해오고 있다. 고의적인 시스템의 오용을 줄이기 위한 방법이며, 많은 국제 표준과 국내 표준(COBIT, ISMS, 등)에서 직무분리를 명시하고 있다. 하지만 무중단 시스템이면서, 운영자가 특정 전문가 집단으로 한정되고, 수 많은 변경이 발생하는 무중단 환경에서 개발/운영이 분리 됨으로 인한 여러 가지 문제점이 발생 하고 있다. 체계를 운영하면서 전문지식을 기반으로 한 요구사항을 명확하게 이해하지 못하면, 추가적인 요구사항이 발생한다. 이는 체계의 품질저하와 위험(Risk)증가로 이어지게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개발운영조직 통합관리(DevOps) 방법론을 SCADA와 같이 운영자가 해당 분야의 전문성을 가지고, 무중단으로 운영되며, 수많은 변경이 반영되는 시스템에서 개발 및 운영을 통합하였을 때, 발생할 수 있는 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

OMG(Object Management Group) 에서는 CORBA(Common Object Broker Architure) 환경에서의 보안 문제를 해결하기 위해서 CORBA 보안 서비스$^{[8]}$ 를 정의하였다. CORBA보안 서비스는 다양한 보안 기술을 허용하는 보안 구조를 제안하고 있으며, 사용자 인증, 접근제어, 보안 통신 등에 필요한 보안 객체를 정의하고 있다. 또한 CORBA환경에서 수행되는 응용들에게 투명한 보안 통신을 제공하는 것을 기본으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 ECMA(European Computers Association) SESAME(a Secure European System for Application in Multi-vendor Environment) Ver. 4$^{7}$ 를 사용하여 CORBA 환경에서 수행되는 응용들에게 보안 통신을 제공하는 것에 중점을 둔 CORBA보안 서비스의 설계및 구현관리 기능 등을 제공하는 보안 소프트웨어인 SESAME Ver. 4에서 제공하는 GSS-API(Generic Security Application Programming Interface)$^{[9,10,11]}$ 를 사용하여 CORBA 환경에서 보안 통신에 필요한 보안 객체들을 설계 구현하였고, CORBA 환경을 위한 전체 보안 구조를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 보안 구조는 보안 통신을 제공하기 위해 구현된 보안 객체와 SESAME Ver. 4에서 제공하는 인증, 접근제어, 보안 정책관리 기능을 통합한 형태이다.

기존의 보안 시스템은 침입탐지, 침입차단, 그리고 VPN 등과 같은 기능을 각 개별 시스템에서 제공한다. 이로 인하여 관리하기가 불편하고 비용면에서도 효율적이지 못하다는 제한성이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 침입탐지, 침입차단, 그리고 VPN 기능을 통합하여 제공하는 능동형 보안 엔진 개념이 부각되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 능동형 보안 엔진을 라우터나 스위치 등과 같은 네트워크 노드에 탑재하여 안전한 네트워킹이 가능하도록 하는 보안 프레임웍을 소개한다. 또한 침입탐지, 침입차단 기능을 통합하여 제공하는 라우터용 능동형 보안엔진의 구조를 소개하고, 이를 위해 구현된 핵심기능을 기술한다. 이러한 능동형 보안 엔진이 탑재된 안전한 라우터로 구성된 보안망 구조와 기존의 개별 시스템으로 구성된 보안 망 구조와의 비교를 통하여 능동형 보안 엔진의 효율성을 설명한다.

In a long-term perspective of development of spatial information industry, security regulation, such as limiting public picture resolution of aerial photographs, needs a rational improvement. However, unplanned deregulation of spatial information could lead problematic results such as national security issues because its present security management system is not established in reasonable manner. The main purpose of this research is to suggest the improvement plan of spatial information security management system to meet the reducing security regulation in accordance with changes of political and economic condition including current national spatial information security polices and spatial information industry. From an analytical standpoint, we examined the overall aspects of legal, operation management, and technical system while we maintained especially integrated perspective of spatial information security management. Followed by investigation of spatial information security issues, as well as its regulation and policies in overseas, rational improvement plan of security management is proposed in the aspects of legal, operation management, and technical system. It is also suggested the three-step improvement plan of reducing regulation of security management system.

Water resources sector has been building a system of control that can be performed electronically, communications, management, energy, and other work-related. Water resources sector has been a paradigm shift in water management and the control system is integrated into a single network. The control system security vulnerabilities are exposed - other control networks, business networks, linking with outside agencies, etc. Cyber terrorist society can cause a huge mess economically, The importance of security for control systems is becoming. In this paper, ICT infrastructure - the water resources in the field of control systems will analysis security measures.

Nowadays economic and commercial businesses have been increased because of the Internet. As a result of this, electronic commerce is becoming one of the most Interesting topic of discussion. Electronic commerce is equal to a real market, only the place of business is the imaginary space supported by the Internet. There are a few conditions to consider, making electronic commerce work safely. The electronic commerce should be connected by a substantial system and an on-line Protocol. There are some conditions needed for information security, authentication, and payment by electronic currency etc. Although there are many kinds of existing systems, which create services successfully, further research for security is required. Therefore, this paper suggests an authenticated Agent management, which offers more convenience and security than before. Also, this paper shows many authenticated methods for a management system. An Agent that is one of interesting things to study can handle information problems and works related to electronic commerce.

인터넷 사용의 급증으로 통신망 관리와 정보보호 시스템에 대한 연구 개발이 급속히 이루어지고 있으며, 정보보호를 위한 시스템이 개별적으로, 구축하고 있다. 구축된 정보보호 시스템은 사설망과 WAN에서 독립적인 시스템으로 운영관리 되고 있는바, 사설망과 공중망 간의 통합적인 정보보호 관련 정보공유의 부재 및 상호 호환성이 없는 실정으로 사이버 테러와 효율적인 정보보호 관리에 능동적인 대처를 하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정책 기반의 방화벽, IDS, 라우터 등의 정보보호 시스템에서 보안정책 정보를 공유하여, 보안 시스템을 손쉽게 제어관리 가능한 보안정책 정보모델을 제시하였으며, UML를 사용하여 보안정책 객체들 간의 접속과 정보공유 모델을 확인하였다.

조직의 네트워크를 관리하기 위해 기관이나 단체에서는 다양한 보안관리 시스템을 운용하고 있다. 그러나 보안관리 시스템기능과 설정방법등이 서로 달라 외부의 공격에 대하기에는 어려움이 많다. 이한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 여러 보안관리 시스템 정책이 일관되고, 신속하게 적용될 수 있는 인터프리터를 제안한다. 안한 시스템을 네트워크 관리에 적용할 경우 관리자가 보안관리 시스템의 특별한 설정방법을 숙지하지 않고도 정책을 신속하고 일관되게 적용할 수 있어 외부의 공격으로부터 내부 네트워크를 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있을 것이다.

광대역 통합망(BcN: Broadband convergence Networks)이란 통신$.$방송$.$인터넷이 융합된 품질 보장형 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 언제 어디서나 끊임없이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 차세대 통합네트워크를 말한다. 이를 위하여 BcN 전달망은 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service) 보장, 고도의 통신망 관리 기능과 보안(Security) 기능, IPv6 주소체계의 수용을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 쉽게 창출할 수 있는 개방형 망구조(Open API)를 도입한 통신망으로 유선ㆍ무선ㆍ방송 등의 다양한 가입자망의 특성을 통합하여 수용해야 하며, 표준 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 이용 환경을 제공할 수 있어야 한다.(중략)
