It needs various technology assessment informations to perform reasonable technology valuation. It takes large amount of time and cost to collect technology assessment informations which is same or similar. To provide technology assessment informations efficiently, we develop new system which can batch search and browse all technology assessments gathered from institute of technology valuation, research institute and so on. In this paper, we explain how to use the method such as "metadata integration" and "metadata collection", "mapping for National Science & Technology Standard Classification" as a part of the system.

방대한 웹 페이지의 홍수 속에서, 의미상 서로 연관되었지만 산재되어 있는 정보들을 사용자에게 효과적으로 제공하기란 그리 쉽지 않다. 웹 페이지에서 질적으로 향상된 정보를 얻기 위해서는, 이질적이지만 서로 연관된 의미를 갖는 데이터들을 하나로 융합하는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 형태로 이루어진 다수의 웹 페이지들을 XML 기반의 메타데이터(metadata)로 융합하여 사용자에게 제공하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템에서 메타데이터는 온톨로지와 OWL을 이용하여 융합된다. 또한 제시한 방법을 검증하기 위해 지역정보 중 부동산을 사례를 들어 시스템을 구현한다. 구현된 시스템은 각기 다른 데이터를 가지고 있는 다수의 웹 페이지를 하나의 웹 페이지로 통합하는 과정을 거쳐 XML 문서 형태로 사용자에게 제공한다.

The necessity of the raw data management and reuse is issued by diffusion of the recognition that research data is a national asset. In this paper, a metadata design model by schema class inheritance and a metadata integrated search model by schema objects are suggested for a structural management of the data. A data architecture in which an schema object has an 1 : 1 relation to the data collection was designed. A suggested model was testified by creation of a virtual schema class and objects which inherit the schema class. It showed the possibility of implement systematically. A suggested model can be used to manage the data which are produced by government agencies because schema inheritance and integrated search model present way to overcome the weak points of the 'Top-dow Hierarchy model' which is being used to design the metadata schema.

In this paper, we introduce a big data platform and a metadata management technique for fishery science R & D information. The big data platform collects and integrates various types of fisheries science R & D information and suggests how to build it in the form of a data lake. In addition to existing data collected and accumulated in the field of fisheries science, we also propose to build a big data platform that supports diverse analysis by collecting unstructured big data such as satellite image data, research reports, and research data. Next, by collecting and managing metadata during data extraction, preprocessing and storage, systematic management of fisheries science big data is possible. By establishing metadata in a standard form along with the construction of a big data platform, it is meaningful to suggest a systematic and continuous big data management method throughout the data lifecycle such as data collection, storage, utilization and distribution.

Recently, the frequency and scale of natural disasters such as typhoons, flood, earthquakes, and tidal waves from earthquakes has been increasing. Several nations have recognized that earth observation is essential for protecting the Earth's environment. However, as the data format from earth observation varies depending on areas, institutes, and countries, sharing and exchange between data is difficult. Thus, we have a metadata standardization scheme suitable for the domestic situation to allow exchange of data between societal benefit areas with reference to principles of data sharing and exchange that are discussed on GEO (Group on Earth Observation). We have also designed metadata schemes required to identify the metadata situation of earth observation data being used for 9 societal benefit areas of GEOSS(Global Earth Observation System of Systems).

IEEE LOM 기반의 ADL SCORM, KEM 등을 통해 생산된 학습 콘텐츠는 데이터의 표준을 준수하여 이종의 학습시스템에서도 연동 될 수 있도록 상호운용성이 크게 향상되었고, 이를 통해 학습 콘텐츠의 유통과 검색, 접근이 매우 수월하게 개선되었다. OAI-PMH는 XML 기반의 학술 정보에 대한 메타데이터 통합을 통하여 개방형 검색이 가능하도록 시스템을 구현하기 위한 프레임워크로써 학술 정보의 통합 유통 체제에 매우 활용도가 높다. 본 논문에서는 OAI-PMH 의 SP/DP 개념의 메타데이타 수확(Harvesting) 기술을 활용하여 국내의 교육기관(학교), 연구 기관, 학술단체, 기업연수원 등에서 보유하고 있는 SCORM, KEM 기반의 학습 콘텐츠와 DC(Dublin Core) 기반의 학술 정보를 통합하여 사용자에게 정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 개방형 학습.학술 정보 공유 시스템 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 MPEG 의 멀티미디어 응용 표준인 MAF(Multimedia Application Format)를 기반으로, 효율적인 비디오 콘텐츠의 검색 및 활용을 위한 통합 미디어 구조, 즉 비디오 MAF 를 제안한다. 제안하는 비디오 MAF 는 ISO 미디어 포맷을 기반으로 하고 단일의 비주얼 스트림과 다중 음성을 지원하기 위한 다수의 오디오 스트림, 내용기반의 정보를 포함하는 메타데이터, 그리고 비디오 콘텐츠의 대표 이미지를 동시에 포함하는 구조이다. 제안하는 파일포맷의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 비디오 MAF 로 생성 및 해석할 수 있는 부호기(encoder)와 복호기(decoder)를 설계하고 구현하여, 통합 미디어에 내재된 메타데이터를 이용한 효율적인 검색과 멀티트랙의 오디오 스트림을 활용한 다중 음성에 대한 지원이 가능함을 확인하였다. 또한 내재된 대표이미지는 비디오 콘텐츠에 대한 브라우징이 효과적으로 활용됨을 확인하였다.

The development of ICT technology has a huge impact on the existing closed CCTV security equipment market. With the importance of video data particularly highlighted in areas such as self-driving cars, unmanned vehicles and smart cities, various technologies using video are emerging. In this paper, we proposed a method to transmit videos and metadata as a part of smart city integration, and to solve the traffic, environment and security problems caused in urban life by utilizing the metadata instead of using CCTV videos for simple recording purposes, and reverse tunneling technique was designed and implemented as a method for accessing CCTV videos for vehicles from remote locations. Integrated management of CCTV videos and metadata for vehicles that have been used only for limited purposes in closed environments will enable efficient operation of integrated centers in real time required by smart cities, such as vehicle status check, road conditions and facility management.

In this paper we have developed metadata system in order to utilize and refer to ICT educational resources which stand on the basis of standard international metadata " DC Core Education" by analyzing into the time input resources during each lessons. This metadata system makes addition metadata elements(introduction, development, review) in the flow of a general lesson to many ICT educational resources and high quality educational information in the web. It means elementary school teachers feel easy and convenient by offering systematically interface and unify reference. The system could expect to willing to help effectively lessons with ICT.

새롭게 발견되는 단백질의 구조와 기능 예측에 사용되는 모티프는 단백질 원시 데이터가 빠르게 증가함에 따라 그 중요성 역시 나날이 증가하고 있으며 이러한 모티프에 대한 다양한 서열 메소드들과 데이터베이스들이 개발되었다. 그러나, 이러한 모티프 데이터베이스들은 각각 이질적인 데이터 구조를 지니고 독자적으로 개발, 개발되어 왔기 때문에 서로 다른 형태의 검색 결과를 제공한다. 따라서 사용자는 각 데이터베이스에서 사용하는 데이터 구조들에 대한 전반적인 지식을 습득해야 하며 모티프 데이터베이스들 각각에 대해 중복된 반복 검색 작업들을 수행하여야 한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제 해결을 위해, 각각의 모티프 데이터베이스들에서 제공하는 자원을 분해하고, 합병하는 과정을 거쳐 하나의 통합된 모티프 데이터베이스를 구축하였고, 기존의 데이터베이스에서 지원하지 못했던 단백질 3차 구조정보, 분류 정보의 지원을 가능케 하였고, 각 멤버 데이터베이스 검색 메소드의 장점을 그대로 적용할 수 있는 메타 엔진을 설계하여 사용자 편의적 검색 환경을 제공한다.
