In the information age, Every country in the world speeds the information-oriented society as driving competitively the establishment of national information infrastructure to get the new millennium leadership and to correspond aggressively to the information flow This study presents the basic scheme, which is essential to the information and communication infrastructure in north korea, and discusses the unification stragy of the information and communication, which can say the basic for achiving the unification between two koreas in all fields like politics, economy, society, culture after korean unification.

This study objectively analyzes the understanding of changes in North Koreans' home lives and the differences between the home life cultures of South and North Korea. A comparative analysis was conducted of terms related to consumer and family resource management to determine language differences and create a mutual understanding of social convergence unification. First, the analysis revealed that the North Korean language is not developed in certain areas, such as consumer welfare or consumer patterns related to resolving issues or complaints connected to consumptive lifestyles. In financial management, there were terms that referred to the collapsed North Korean economic conditions after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991 and the North Korean famine. Second, terms reflecting North Korea's social, political, and economic structures were discovered, and it was found that South and North Korean languages differed from each other with regard to terms about kinship, sports, and art.

1947년 조선보건학회로 출범한 대한예방의학회는 해마다 "예방의학지"를 4회 발간하고 4차례의 학술대회도 개최한다. 또한 "에방의학회 50년도록 "을 비롯 "한국보건의료문제 - 진단과 처방"등 의료참고서를 꾸준히 발간하고 있다. 앞으로 대한예방의학회는 예방의학 뿐만 아니라 의약분업 및 통일대비 의료제도 등 미래지향적인 과제에 대한 연구도 적극 수행해 나갈 것이라고.

The purpose of this paper to lead North Korea to open up is the disclosure of the information. In addition, the world's standards must be tailored to the communication of information and communication world is possible. I closed the meantime, is a country that has a lot on its own standardized. First, the Republic of Korea and North Korea should be able to communicate in every way. So much information as possible should be accessible through the North and North-South cooperation as may be true. North Korea opening up to the leading international organization (UN) as part of this priority is public information and communication to induce North Korea must understand the standard. Therefore, in order to be a true national unity to be a leading priority with each other when integrated information and communications standardization is possible.

On July 6, 2017, President Moon Jae - in attended the Hamburg G20 Summit in Hamburg, Germany, and presented the basic directions for North Korea policy through the Korean Peninsula Peace Initiative. In this paper, the Information needs of North Koreans are very strong, and the party Officials also listened to the fact that they listened to the North Korean broadcasting and watched the drama of South Korea. The broadcasting and communication sector aimed at enhancing the role of broadcasting in preparation for reunification in the light of the fact that physical contact can be excluded even in the presence of distrust of the North and the South. Therefore, it describes the cooperation plan through broadcasting against unification.

This study compared and analysed computer textbooks of the middle school from South Korea and North Korea for preparing the unification of the Korean Peninsula. According to the result of this study, the contents of South Korea textbook were equally selected from all scopes. By contrast, the contents of North Korea mostly consisted of the basic knowledge of computer, word-processing excluding the newest contents as Internet or Multimedia. But with the BASIC programming and algorithm for enhancement of the creative solving ability, prospective IT brains had been trained in North Korea. Moreover, due to differences of language policy and country that delivered IT technology, significant differences were found between South and North Korea in IT terminology. For preparing IT education after unification of the Korean Peninsula, both efforts of people who work in the fields of IT and school system in South and North Korea should be taken in order to relieve these differences.
