A Study of the Establishment Scheme of Information and Communication Infrastructure between the South and North Korea after korean Unification

남북한 통일대비 북한지역 정보통신 인프라 구축방안에 관한 연구

In the information age, Every country in the world speeds the information-oriented society as driving competitively the establishment of national information infrastructure to get the new millennium leadership and to correspond aggressively to the information flow This study presents the basic scheme, which is essential to the information and communication infrastructure in north korea, and discusses the unification stragy of the information and communication, which can say the basic for achiving the unification between two koreas in all fields like politics, economy, society, culture after korean unification.

정보화시대의 세계각국은 정보화 물결에 적극 대응하고 21세기 새로운 사회의 주도권을 확보하기 위해 경쟁적으로 국가정보인프라 구축을 강력히 추진함으로써 정보화를 가속화하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통일후 북한의 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화의 제방면에서 남북한간 통합을 달성해 나가는 데 있어 핵심적인 기반이라 할 수 있는 정보통신의 통합전략을 위해 통일후 북한지역에 정보통신 인프라구축에 필요한 기본방안을 제시하고자 한다.
