Accident Information Based Reliability Estimation Model for Car Insurance Smart Contract (자동차보험용 스마트 컨트랙트를 위한 사고정보 기반 신뢰도 산정 모델)

  • In order to reduce the time and cost used in insurance processing, studies have been actively carried out to apply blockchain smart contract technology to car insurance. However, by using traffic data that is insufficient to prove accidents, existing studies are being exposed to the risk of insurance fraud, such as forgery and overstated damage by malicious insurers. To solve this problem, we propose an accident data-based reliability estimation model by using both various types of data through sensors, RSUs, and IoT devices embedded in automobiles and smart contracts. In particular, the regression model was applied in consideration of the weight estimation according to the type of traffic accident data and the reliability estimation model trained according to various accident situations. The proposed model is expected to effectively reduce fraud and insurance litigation while providing transparency in the insurance process and streamlining it is well.

  • 현재 반도체나 이동통신 분야는 사용자의 요구에 따라 PCB의 회로선폭이 갈수록 좁아지고 있다. 이러한 정밀 부품을 제조하기 위한 제조공정에서 각광받기 시작한 기술 중 하나가 대기압 플라즈마 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 미세패턴 형성이 가능한 에폭시 본딩 필름위에 무전해 도금공정을 통한 패턴 도금법을 이용하여 패턴을 형성하였고, 형성된 패턴에 대기압 플라즈마 처리 횟수에 따른 접촉각(Contact Angle)과 Peel Strength의 변화를 분석하였다. 또한 에폭시 본딩 필름을 이용한 Build-up공정을 거쳐 Micro Via를 형성하여 대기압 플라즈마 처리 횟수에 따른 Via 표면을 분석하였다. 대기압 플라즈마 기술은 진공식에 비해 소규모 장비를 이용한 전처리가 가능하고, 초기 설비비용을 절감하는데 탁월한 효과가 있어 널리 사용하는 기술 중 하나이다. 이 연구를 통하여 대기압 플라즈마 처리 횟수에 따른 표면에너지의 변화로 인한 접촉각이 좋아지는 것을 알 수 있으며, 대기압 플라즈마 처리를 한 패턴표면이 친수성으로 변하면서 현상된 드라이 필름 사이로 도금액이 원활히 공급되어서 미세패턴 모양이 우수하게 구현되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 Via Filling에도 뛰어난 효과가 있었음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Recently, the logistics industry in Asia is growing rapidly mostly with Chinese economic development. A variety of studies have been carried out to reduce the logistic cost under the situation that the global freight traffic continues to increasing. The Short Sea Shipping(SSS) system, a multi modal transport system centered around coastal shipping to realize high value-added logistics, achieved considerable success in EU. To implement the SSS system in Korea, it is necessary to develop the various essential technologies related to development of efficient ships and port facilities, including equipment for loading and unloading containers, operating and managing systems for freight terminals and technologies for tracking and securing containers. The present paper focuses on the survey of the current essential technologies available for implementation of the SSS system and suggests the direction of future development in the technologies.

  • Recently, the most remarkable word is 'ubiuuitous' in field of information and communication. Ubiquitous has a meaning 'exist everywhere' that means our daily life is connect as network. It means we can get the information which in need whenever and wherever with safety. We predict this word will be symbolical keyword which lead an information-oriented society including the internet a quite long it. It's already per-meate to us the Ubiquitous. It's taken by CCTV when we visit bank. It's made to us can know the fastest way the GPS system to be connected by an artificial satcllite on mobile, and many people use mobile and PDA for investment in stocks. Among them, it has begun to spread many mobile services to us. In this paper, it's the aim a creation of value added through an efficient mobile services to use wireless internet different with previous way, cutting down on expenses and business modeling.

  • In this paper, we propose a novel pc-based 8-channel USB interface digital multi-controller (DMC) has capacity to be able to adjust ultrasonic motor's (USM's) the parameters-frequency, amplitude, phase difference using FPGA. The proposed DMC can control parameters directly by digital logic through a FPGA. Since it has counter circuit for rotary encoder to measure position and velocity of USM, the other separate circuits are unnecessary. Therefore, it could reduce the size of controller and the production cost. Finally, to verify the performance of proposed DMC, we tested the speed characteristic of two types USM with no-load as adjusting the parameters.

  • Due to the rapid development of information & communication technology under high performance computing environments, the multimedia production techniques have been applied to a variety of multimedia fields such as general banner advertisements including texts, images and animations, and the internet-broadcasting dealing with videos and sounds. This paper presents an authoring tool with main functions to setup events objects (image, animation, sound, button, area) and to setup action functions, so that non-experts can easily produce multimedia including images, sounds, animations and so on. The authoring tool implemented in Java can be applied to the CD-ROM title production as well as the web-site construction. We can expect that when this authoring tool is used for in multimedia production, both cost and time will be reduced due to its convenience and powerful functions. We have a future plan to integrate intelligent multimedia presentation techniques with the presented tool for the autonomous multimedia authoring works.

  • It is activated a virtual university(digital university) without limitation time and space that the diffusion of internet, the rapid development of information and communicative technologies, web-technology. It is great importance of school-site to support various and qualitative education services, to cut social education spending, to strengthen national competitiveness with breed expert. Many people who are in universities are putting a school-site to the test. So we need study and analysis it to build up a virtual-study-space efficiently on web. This thesis is supposed to help in school-site design to make it reduce errors and save time and efforts. First, it suggests most general design pattern by analysis visual elements using HTML Tag. Second, it suggests a guide-line and a specific of design to use convenience through research on web-design problem and finding out user's favor.

  • The objectives of access control are to protect computing and communication resources from illegal use, alteration, disclosure and destruction by unauthorized users. Although Biba security model is well suited for protecting the integrity of information, it is considered too restrictive to be an access control model for commercial environments. And, Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) model, a flexible and policy-neutral security model that is being widely accepted in commercial areas, has a possibility for compromising integrity of information. In this paper, We present the role graph model which enhanced flexibility and integrity to management of many access permission. Also, In order to represent those rule and constraints clearly, formal descriptions of role assignment rule and constraints in Z language are also given.

  • In this paper, we present the hull blasting machine with vision-based weld bead recognition device for cleaning shipment exterior wall. The purpose of this study is to introduce the mechanism design of the high efficiency hull blasting machine using the vision system to recognize the weld bead. Therefore, we have developed a robot mechanism and drive controller system of the hull blasting robot. And hull blasting characteristics such as the climbing mechanism, vision system, remote controller and CAN have been discussed and compared with the experimental data. The hull blasting robots are able to remove rust or paint at anchor, so the re-docking is unnecessary. Therefore, this can save time and cost of undergoing re-docking process and build more vessels instead. The robot uses sensors to navigate safely around the hull and has a filter system to collect the fouling removed. We have completed a pilot test of the robot and demonstrated the drive control and CAN communication performance.

  • In October 2016, the NFSA (National Financial Supervisory Authorities) revised the network separation clause of the Regulation on Supervision of Electronic Financial Activities in order to promote the Cloud Computing implementation in the financial sectors. The new regulation, however, limits the Cloud Computing usage to non-critical information and its processing system. Financial institutions that provide customer data analysis and personalized services based on personal data regard current revision as unchanged as before. The implementation of Cloud Computing has greatly contributed to cost reduction, business innovation and is an essential requirement in ever-changing information communication technology environment. To guarantee both security and reliability of the implementation of the Cloud Computing in financial sectors, a considerable amount of research and debate needs to be done. This paper examines current Cloud Computing policies in the Korean financial sector and the challenges associated with it. Finally, the paper identifies policy suggestions based on both European Union and United States' approach as they have successfully introduced Cloud Computing Services for their financial sectors.
