본 연구는 IT서비스관리체계의 기술수준과 IT서비스 관리 프로세스 성숙도 정도가 IT 아웃소싱 성과에 미치는 영향을 통계적으로 유의한 분석을 통해 객관적인 결과를 제시함으로써 기업에 IT 서비스의 SCM에 대한 의식 수준 강화와 IT서비스 관리 프로세스의 중요성을 인식 시켜 주고, 이것이 고객만족과 SLA의 성과에 영향을 주고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

기후변화-수자원 적응과제들의 성공적인 수행과 결과물의 활용을 위해서는 안전행정부, 환경부, 농림축산식품부 등 물관련 정부부처간의 긴밀한 협조체계가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 이를 위해서는 (1)안전행정부의 재난관련 방재패러다임 전환 및 위기관리 체계강화를 위한 추진과제(자연재해 지자체 방재시스템), (2)환경부의 기후변화에 따른 물환경관리 대책 추진과제(비점오염, 수질, 수생태, 습지), (3)농림축산식품부의 농업수자원 및 산림자원 확보 추진과제(농업용수, 산림재해) 등의 진행상황 및 결과의 공유체계 및 공동활용을 위한 채널구축이 필요하다. 포럼에서의 의견으로서, 타분야 특히 산업일선에서는 이미 기후변화에 따른 적응정책과 더불어 관련기술의 개발이 진행되어 우리 수자원분야는 많이 늦은 감이 있다는 지적, 그리고 제시된 기획과제 중에서 제4세부과제인 수자원의 가치를 평가하는 기술개발이 매우 중요하다는 언급이 많았다. 이에 저자들은 수자원의 가치를 높이기 위해서는 농업 그리고 에너지 분야의 전문가들과의 협력연구(Water-Food-Energy Nexus)를 통하여 세 분야의 통계기반, 정보공유, 융합가치 등의 제반연구는 매우 중요한 미래과제라고 강조하였다.

From the comparison of the current systems for the spatial statistical information in some countries, USA, UK, Canada, and Japan, it was reviewed how to manage and control the spatial statistical information. And it was discussed on the types of the administrative structures and the law systems, and the types of the applications to manage the spatial statistical information. Finally, it was suggested to the strategies for the standardization of spatial statistical information as the NGIS framework data.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present the direction of improvement of safety management by reviewing the current status of forest fire accidents that are becoming larger throughout the year and the problems of the response system. Method: Domestic and foreign literature survey and statistics of recent forest fire accidents by Statistics Korea investigated and analyzed the cause, number of damage, and suggested ways to improve forest fire safety management through domestic and foreign forest fire response systems. Result: Through the analysis of the causes of recent wildfires and overseas response cases, measures to improve the safety management of wildfires in terms of hardware, software, and humanware were derived. Conclusion: The plan to improve forest fire safety management was classified into three main categories and presented, and it should be embodied through further related research.

The Computerizing Record Management System(RMS) has been developed for ULJIN Nuclear Power Plant in Korea on the basis of the Manual System. By means of review and analysis of processing flow & project requirements, system logics such as Receiving system, Logging system, Distribution system, Filing system, Indexing & Retrieval system and Output system of statistic and various reports, have been established for computerizing. Structure of Masterfile has been designed so as to include Bibliographic data, Transmittal data, Distribution data, Area data, RMS data for operation of Plant. The RMS data have been designed for construction and operation of the plant by adding index parameters for operation such as System code, KEPCO No., Component link code and Retention period on the point of receiving. The RMS has turned out an easy access to cross-reference between RMS and Material Control System.

현행 국내 항공안전감독 업무 및 시스템의 인허가 AOC(Air Operator Certificate) 관련 정보 확인 기능 부재, 연 월간 감독계획 간의 연계성 취약, 점검 데이터 활용 통계 및 분석 기반 취약, 점검 및 인허가 대상별 인허가 점검 관련 데이터 관리 기반 미흡, 제한적 시스템 기능 구현에 따른 상당 업무기능의 수작업 문서처리 등의 한계점을 파악하고 이를 개선하기 위한 대안으로 위험관리(Risk Management) 기법을 활용한 항공안전감독 업무절차 및 현행 운영 시스템의 개선모형을 도출하고 이를 적용한 운영체계의 구현 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

겨울철 가스보일러에 의한 CO 중독사고가 자주 발생함에 따라 한국가스안전공사는 지난 `97년 CO 중독사고 예방대책을 마련하고 $\ulcorner$가스보일러 사고 예방대책협의회$\lrcorner$를 구성한 후 본격활동에 들어갔다. 이 협의회는 그 동안 보일러의 제조$\cdot$설치단계에서부터 검사를 강화하는 한편 기 설치된 보일러에 대한 제조자 및 시공자의 추적관리체계 구축 등 안전관리체계의 개선을 통해 가스보일러 사고를 미연에 방지하는데 크게 기여하였다. 그러나 아직도 가스보일러에 의한 CO 중독사고가 근절되지 않고 있다. 한국가스안전공사의 통계에 따르면 2000년도의 경우 혹한으로 `99년도보다 80$\%$ 증가한 18건의 사고가 발생하였다. CO 중독사고 예방을 위해서는 무엇보다도 가스보일러의 설치관련고시와 시공지침에 의한 철저한 시공과 꾸준한 안전관리가 중요하다. 또한 무자격자에 의한 시공을 근본적으로 차단하는데 적극 앞장서 사고예방에 만전을 기하여야 한다.

오늘날 정보시스템 실패의 많은 원인이 기술적인 문제만을 중시하고 정보시스템과 관련된 조직, 또는 관리적인 요소들을 소홀히 하기 때문이라는 지적이 있다. 여러 MIS 학자들은 정보시스템 개발 시 이러한 기술적인 관점에로의 편중의 원인을 시스템 개발자들이 가진 편협된 준거체계(Frame of reference)에서 찾고 있다. 그러나 이러한 주장들은 아직까지 단순히 이론적인 단계에 그치고 있는데, 본 연구는 이러한 주장에 대한 실증적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 그 방안으로 본 연구는 시스템 분석가의 준거체계와 시스템 개발 시 분석가가 발견하는 개발시의 문제의 유형간의 관계를 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 결과 사회-기술적(Socio-technical)이거나 사회적인(Socio) 준거체계를 가진 분석가들이 기술적인(Technical) 준거체계를 가진 분석가들보다 더 조직적인 문제를 많이 발견하고 중시함이 나타났다. 그리고 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았지만, 사회-기술적인 시스템 분석가들이 사회적이거나 기술적인 준거체계를 가진 분석가들 보다 기술과 조직적인 문제 모두에 균형있는 관점을 유지하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 본 연구의 연구결과는 학문적이며 실무적인 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 우선 학문적 시사점을 살펴보면, 시스템 개발 현장에서 조직과 관리적인 관점의 문제가 소홀히 다루어지는 원인을 알아 볼수 있는 이론적 배경을 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 그리고 실무적 시사점은 보다 균형 있는 시각을 가진 시스템 분석가를 만들기 위하여 학교 프로그램에서 어떤 교과과정을 만들어야 하며, 또 기업의 정보시스템 관리자들이 평소에 어떤 문제들을 보다 많이 강조하고 상기시켜야 할 필요가 있는지를 알려 준다는 것이다.

This study was to identify the level of perception and practice of hospital infection control among nurses at geriatric hospitals for the convergent approach. Data were collected from October 29 to November 3, 2012, using hospital Infection control questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using a t-test, ANOVA and Correlation. The mean values of hospital infection control practice were lower than that of perception, the differences were statistically significant. There were statistically significant differences in the perception on age, education, existence of guidelines for infection control, and in the practice according to the existence of guidelines. There was a statistically significant positive correlation between perceptions of hospital infection control and practice. Therefore, it is necessary to provide continual opportunities for systematic, professional, and practical education, as well as to develop relevant programs aimed at improving the capacity of hospital infection control.
